Compared with the previous self-cultivation anode electrolyzer, the current prebaked anode electrolyzer has advanced technical and economic indexes, high degree of mechanization and automation, and relatively little environmental pollution, which has achieved great development. However, the continuity of aluminum electrolysis production and the limited economic height of anode constitute two contradictory opposites. In order to solve this contradiction, the processes of replacing anode periodically, cleaning the residual electrode and electrolyte, pressing off the residual electrode and phosphorus-iron ring, crushing and grinding the residual electrode have been produced, which has increased the investment and labor cost per ton of aluminum. Moreover, when the anode is replaced, the operator can say that the working environment is harsh and dangerous directly in front of the high-temperature electrolyte, and a large amount of fluorine-containing flue gas is discharged out of order and pollutes the environment due to the opening of the slot cover plate and the placement of the high-temperature residual electrode during the anode replacement. At the same time, pole change has great interference on electrolytic production. At present, inert anodes can't be put into industrial production, and the continuous preparation anodes in Germany have high power consumption, so it is of great practical significance to perfect or improve the existing anode structure. This paper discusses how to solve this problem.

This method established an inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry method to determine the contents of zirconium, niobium, iron, nickel, copper and manganese in uranium and uranium alloy through the sample pretreatment, sample weighing, dissolution method, uranium separation method, interference test between coexisting elements, precision and recovery test. This method separated the uranium matrix, and avoided the influence of uranium matrix on zirconium, niobium, iron, nickel and manganese.

This paper studies the difference in heat transfer and adhesion performance of glass fiber substrate thermal conductive double-sided adhesive, PVC substrate double-sided adhesive, and PET substrate double-sided adhesive to thermal conductive materials and polymer materials in photovoltaic and thermal integrated modules. Studies have shown that the use of glass fiber-based thermally conductive double-sided adhesive to bond polymer materials and thermally conductive materials can achieve the normal use of PVT modules under weather-resistant conditions. Research has shown that glass fiber-based thermally conductive double-sided adhesive has better adhesion than other materials., Initial viscosity, static shear force, thermal conductivity, etc., can realize the normal use of PVT modules under weathering conditions.

Physical and Chemical Testing Center of North Nuclear Fuel Components Co., Ltd., Baotou, Inner Mongolia, 014035, China The determination process of hydride orientation factor of zirconium alloy mainly includes hydrogen permeation process and hydride display process. The key of hydride orientation factor measurement lies in controllable and effective hydrogen permeation and true and clear display of hydride. When a metallographic picture with appropriate number of hydride and clear display is obtained, the hydride orientation factor of sample can be accurately and quickly measured. By analyzing and testing the possible factors affecting the hydrogen permeation effect of zirconium alloy tube, the corrosion parameters such as temperature, pressure, type, concentration and holding time of corrosion solution were determined.

The uranium content detection method of UO2-BeO pellets was studied. The sample was dissolved in phosphoric acid, and then heated to be completely dissolved at 200℃ by adding 3 drops of nitric acid. In concentrated phosphoric acid solution containing sulfamic acid, excess ferrous sulfate was used to reduce uranium (vi) to uranium (vi), the rest ferrous sulfate was oxidized by nitric acid using molybdenum (vi) as catalyst, vanadyl sulfate was added, and uranium was titrated by potassium dichromate standard solution. The precision of the method is better than 0.1%

In this paper, the determination method of the atomic ratio of oxygen to uranium in UO2-MO pellets was studied. Through the experiments of UO2-MO pellets with different composition ratios, the results showed that MO in UO2-MO pellets was a stable compound and did not participate in the thermogravimetric reaction. Only uranium dioxide was oxidized into stable uranium trioxide in oxygen. By accurately measuring the net weight of samples after dehydration and the total weight after oxidation, the formula for calculating the oxygen-uranium ratio of UO2-MO pellets is derived by formula derivation, and the RSD of this method is better than 0.13%.
