Zhangweinan basin is a typical area where has the most serious water resource shortage and water environmental deterioration problems in north of China. To improve the increasingly deteriorated water eco-environment, studies on the integrated management of water resources and water environment in the basin were carried out with focus on the prevention and control of water pollution, and based on which, an integrated management platform on water environment was developed. This paper introduces the platform architecture and elaborates the construction process of the total pollutant load control model and pollution incident early warning model. This platform provides technical supports for weakening the total pollutant load in the basin, reducing the pollutant load flowing into the Bohai Sea, and increasing the eco-flow of river channel and flow into the Bohai Sea.

With the acceleration of the construction of smart city in China, the construction of a smart community that acts as the last mile of a smart city is highly valued. Development of smart community service integrated management platform is to utilize intelligent equipment and software platform, to build an information platform for information sharing, service integration, and resource optimization, and to ultimately realize intelligent management and innovative services within the community. In this article, we propose the overall framework and application system of the intelligent community integrated service platform, providing a strong theoretical basis for the construction of smart communities at this stage, and carry out detailed analysis and design of the underlying infrastructure, supporting platform and basic database of the platform.

Introducing the background of domestic park cloud platform. Comparing the Platform construction operations of Suzhou Software park, Hangzhou east software park, Beijing Zhongguan Village software park, Chengdu Tianfu software park and Dalian software park platform construction operation comparison. Through the study, we concluded that park's cloud platform was more than just an IT service platform. It was also a park assets and service of integrated management platform and learning and employment platform. Cloud platform will support park characteristic industry and provide information for the development of the park’s industry.

we analyzed the fruits and the existing problems of the management of government information resources in China and abroad, studied the management system model of government information resources based on the model theory and the analysis method of the value chain, innovated and optimized the key technologies and standards concerning the links such as collection (acquisition), integration (warehousing), presentation (organization), sharing (exchange) and utilization (analysis) of information. We combined the fruits of theoretical research with the planning and construction of the sharing and management platform of government information resources and the government data opening platform of Qingdao and to realize highly integrated management in the whole process of sharing and utilization of government information resources. The fruits of research and construction will play an important role of reference in terms of theory and technology.

It is an integrated platform of biometrics, intelligent video analysis, anti-theft alarm techniques, 3G video management, valuables management, multifunction video and voice network, multimedia video services, and that it can be used with existing IP network, LAN, internet, 3G network, the telephone network. It is fully compatible and can be used with existing databases, monitoring systems, television networks for docking to achieve a variety of monitoring elements of centralized management, control and interaction. The innovative applications of CSS regional stratification mechanisms, ActiveX terminal buffering mechanism and VM resource allocation mechanism can provide users real-time information. And according to a variety of real-time information, it aggregated emergency solutions of the overall regional security or certain high-risk target key places of security.
