Luxury perfume brands are an integral part of the luxury brands sector globally and nationally. One of the main reasons for the same is that luxury perfume brands have had an extended usage across cultures and traditions. Additionally, luxury perfume brands are a high involvement category. Thus, this category needs to be developed and promoted with a specific means. This means is the development of a strong and reflexive relation between the luxury perfume brands and the consumers. Further, it should be premised on both value based and utility based satisfaction. Despite this, there is a dearth of studies that have consolidated the means of developing strong interpersonal relations between this category and consumers. Therefore, this paper aims at discovering a framework for consolidating and developing a strong interpersonal relation between the luxury perfume brand and the consumers. To this effect, we have used qualitative research in the form of semi structured personal interviews supplemented by Zaltman Metaphor Elicitation Technique. The findings from these explorations were developed into a robust framework using the precepts of Brand Personality, CAC (Cogntive- Affective- Conative) model and the Triangulat theory of love.

AbstractMagnetic skyrmions are nanoscale spin textures touted as next-generation computing elements. When subjected to lateral currents, skyrmions move at considerable speeds. Their topological charge results in an additional transverse deflection known as the skyrmion Hall effect (SkHE). While promising, their dynamic phenomenology with current, skyrmion size, geometric effects and disorder remain to be established. Here we report on the ensemble dynamics of individual skyrmions forming dense arrays in Pt/Co/MgO wires by examining over 20,000 instances of motion across currents and fields. The skyrmion speed reaches 24 m/s in the plastic flow regime and is surprisingly robust to positional and size variations. Meanwhile, the SkHE saturates at ∼22∘, is substantially reshaped by the wire edge, and crucially increases weakly with skyrmion size. Particle model simulations suggest that the SkHE size dependence — contrary to analytical predictions — arises from the interplay of intrinsic and pinning-driven effects. These results establish a robust framework to harness SkHE and achieve high-throughput skyrmion motion in wire devices.

The UK’s Cancer Drugs Fund (CDF) was introduced in 2010 following the Conservative Party’s promise to address the fact that numerous efficacious cancer drugs were not available because of their cost ineffectiveness, as deduced by the National Institute of Health and Care Excellence. While, at face value, this policy appears only to promote the UK’s public welfare, a deeper analysis reveals the ethically unjustifiable inconsistencies that the CDF introduces; where is the analogous fund for other equally severe diseases? Have the patients without cancer been neglected simply due to the fear-inducing advertising and particularly ferocious speech which surrounds cancer? The CDF is unjustifiable when challenged by such questions. However, it is troubling to think that the CDF might be repealed in order to abolish these ethical concerns. Intuitively, one feels uncomfortable stripping the cancer patient of their benefits just so that they might be on an equally pessimistic footing with others. In the present essay, I argue that, although there are no ethically justifiable grounds for the CDF’s introduction, its removal would be inappropriate. Following this realisation, I investigate whether the procedural steps of the CDF itself—theoretically removed from the context of resource distribution for all disease types—represent an ethically justifiable system. I believe that the answer is yes, given the CDF’s conformity to accountability for reasonableness, a robust framework of procedural justice, which continuously improves the ethical and epistemological standards of the policies to which it is applied.

In this paper, ways of heat transfer through windows and doors between the indoor and outdoor environment in the northern area are summarized. And every heat transfer way is described by mathematical formula. On this basis, methods to improve the energy saving performance of exterior windows are put forward according to factors affecting heat transfer through windows. The first method is increasing solar radiation heat, and then reducing heat loss by infiltration, and increasing the thermal resistance as much as possible. Ideal form of energy-saving window is proposed based on compared windows with different material and thermal resistance.
