We introduce image scaling processor using VLSI technique. It consist of Bilinear interpolation, clamp filter and  a sharpening spatial filter. Bilinear interpolation algorithm is popular due to its computational efficiency and  image quality. But resultant image consist of blurring edges and aliasing artifacts after scaling. To reduce the blurring and aliasing artifacts sharpening spatial filter and clamp filters are used as pre-filter. These filters are realized by using T-model and inversed T-model convolution kernels. To reduce the memory buffer and computing resources for proposed image processor design two T-model or inversed T-model filters are combined into combined filter which requires only one line buffer memory. Also, to reduce hardware cost Reconfigurable calculation unit (RCU)is invented. The VLSI architecture in this work can achieve 280 MHz with 6.08-K gate counts, and its core area is 30 378 <em>μ</em>m2 synthesized by a 0.13-<em>μ</em>m CMOS process.

Fitting platforms of variable freight storage lengths are used for transportation of rails and other cargo up to 25 m long. The use of innovative fixation for transportation on the fitting platforms contributes to enlargement of the range of cargo transported on such rolling stock and establishes conditions for safe transportation of such cargo.To evaluate the effectiveness of the arrangement of long cargo transportation on the fitting platform, this study examines two 25 m long rail transportation options. The transportation option involving two coupled 14.62 m platforms, when the cargo is fixed on the coupled platforms with the standard method is the basic option. The new option involves transportation of the 25 m long rails using 80-feet fitting platforms 25.62 m long at the coupling axes and multiway fi xation sets. A calendar year is assumed as the estimate period. The transported volume is assumed equal for each option, under considering the operating conditions of the calculation unit — one coupling of universal platform (or one 80-feet fitting platform), reducing the financial results to a ton of transported cargo. The value of the annual economic effect for the freight owner (Eyearown) is determined as the change of the freight owner’s expenses due to usage of the new option relative to the basic transportation option.The economic assessment of the transportation is performed considering the interests of each member of the transportation process and tested based on specific data. The results demonstrate the effectiveness of implementation of the technical and technological solution under consideration.

In todays world, the web pages are both descriptive and graphic. The videos are more vivid, and the games more realistic, and so on, which all demand for the ability of concurrently processing greater data flow. Considering that the CPU has more control unit but less calculation unit, so the CPU can not meet multitasking and more concurrently processing greater data flow. But GPU has amount of calculation unit, and it can meet easily. In order to achieve the effect of hardware acceleration, this paper dealing with the redundancy comes from data transmission between CPU and GPU,optimized communication module, raised a VIP channel to multistage process the signals of 2D and 3D,and increased the logic of hardware and the ability of processing the driver from user layer.
