The federal legislation views the prevention of juvenile delinquency and antisocial actions as very significant, since an offense is understood as an administrative offense and a criminal offense, and antisocial actions include other offenses. This issue is topical for young offender institutions; however, the special category of detainees implies a special category of crimes and violations of the established order of serving the sentence (disciplinary responsibility of convicts). By the end of 2020, there were 949 people in 18 young offender institutions. According to the statistics, the convicts did not commit crimes, yet there were more than 545 other violations. In the current circumstances, it is necessary to improve the prevention of offenses by focusing on specific activities in penal institutions, including active use of non-contact supervision over the behavior of convicts (stationary video cameras, portable video recorders, biometric identification means, access control and management systems). The researchers and practitioners are discussing the possibility of using electronic monitoring systems to supervise the behavior of convicts. This will allow a better quality of supervision over the special contingent and more effective preventive activities in young offender institutions.

Subject Aviation cybersecurity. Significance The aviation sector has significant experience tackling physical security risks, such as lasers shone into the cockpit or preventing dangerous items being taken aboard (especially since the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks). Cybersecurity is proving a tougher challenge not only for corporate IT systems but also operational air traffic control and management systems. Meanwhile, it is becoming easier and cheaper for potential attackers to interfere with electronic systems. Impacts State-linked cyberattacks against critical infrastructure bode ill for aviation cybersecurity. Commercial aviation regulation is fairly consistent globally; no region is particularly ahead or behind on safety rules. Risks posed by malicious uses of artificially intelligent systems in aviation are largely an academic discussion at present.

He analysis of productivity of specialized wireless networks in which the number of operating stations changes by the random law is carried out. In this case, this number of stations can not be reliably controlled in the process of transmitting information. To obtain asymptotic characteristics of the transmission duration, it is proposed to use the information entropy parameters of the model distributions. The review of the basic and additional parameters of efficiency from the point of view of their influence on functioning of a network in the given considered conditions is carried out. An assessment of the cross-correlation of key performance parameters was performed. Dedicated wireless networks use a variety of architectures, technologies and standards, so such networks are heterogeneous by definition. However, the basis of specialized wireless networks are usually IEEE 802 standards networks. Such networks have a decentralized control and management system. In this regard, the centralization of control control is associated with significant time, while ensuring the necessary reliability, mobility and security of such a center, especially in an emergency, it is almost impossible. Heterogeneous self-similar traffic circulates, it is necessary to apply nonparametric methods. As the lower threshold of productivity it is possible to receive any asymptotic comparative estimations, for example, information-entropic measures of the considered probability distributions.
