This study aims to test and provide empirical the effect of profitability, leverage and firm size of the audit report lag. The population in this study is a sub company property and real estate sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2014. Sample of 34 companies was selected by purposive sampling method. The data used in this study as much as 102 samples. This study uses several stage of calculation, using outlier test that is by converting the data into a standardized score or so-called z-score. After going through the process of outlier samples were chosen in this study to 93 samples. Analysis of the data using multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5% and determine the hypothesis used t test and f test. The results test showing that profitability, leverage and firm size are simultaneous positive and significant effect on audit report lag. The results test this study indicate that profitability has significance on audit report lag are partial. Meanwhile leverage and firm size has no significance on audit report lag

The aim of this study was to analize the effects of product quality and service quality on the customer satisfaction. This study took place in the City of Bekasi and objects in this study are all customer who use the Matrass GM-9000. Primary data was obtained from customers of Matrass GM-9000 in Bekasi City through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. The respondent of this study was chosen through accidental sampling method, and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The purpose of this study was to analize the impacts of service quality and customer value on the satisfaction of customers. Questionnaires are used to collect data from Boks Café customer in Bumiayu, Kabupaten Brebes, Central java by using scale of Likert. The aim of this study was to analize the influence of services quality and corporate image on the satisfaction of customers. Primary data was obtained from customers of Standard Chartered Bank through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. In this study, accident sampling method was used and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that services quality and corporate image positively and significant influenced the satisfaction of customers. The conclution of this study is that services quality was dominant than corporate image in influencing the satisfaction of customers.

Purpose Modeling represents the art of translating problems from an application area into tractable mathematical formulations whose theoretical and numerical analysis provides insight, answers and guidance useful for the originating application. The purpose of this paper is to determine the causal causes of schedule overrun and cost escalation of highway projects in Egypt in order to be used as independents variables in mathematical models for predicting the percentages of schedule overrun and cost escalation of such projects in Egypt. Design/methodology/approach A survey of a randomly selected samples yielded responses from 40 owners, 15 consultants and 56 contractors. The survey includes 38 schedule overrun factors and 26 cost escalation factors. The effectiveness degree of the identified factors has been identified by the triangle fuzzy approach. Findings The results of the survey show that “contractor’s technical staff is insufficient and ineligible to accomplish the project” is the most important cause of schedule overrun, while the major cause of cost escalation is inadequate preparation of the project concerning planning and execution. Originality/value The main contribution of this study is predicting the percentages of schedule overrun and cost escalation of highway projects in Egypt. Through the application of the linear regression analysis method and statistical fuzzy theory, four predictive models have been developed and it has been noted that the linear regression-based model shows prediction accuracy better than statistical fuzzy-based model in predicting percentages of schedule overrun and cost escalation.

Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

This study aims to analyze the effect of tax sanctions, tax socialization, tax system, and tax avoidance on the barriers to the tax collection. This research method was quantitative. The population in this study are all individual taxpayers who do free work in Jember Regency. By accidental sampling, the samples are fifty respondents of Individual Taxpayers who do free work. Data collection using a questionnaire, and the data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that tax sanctions, tax system, tax avoidance had a significant effect on the obstacles to tax collection, while tax socialization has no significant effect on barriers to tax collection. Since the tax socialization had no impact, fiscus should use the strategy to avoid the barriers of tax collection by using account representative assistance in active counseling to the taxpayer.

<p><em>The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the formal knowledge of taxpayers and taxpayer awareness on compliance of vehicle taxpayers in the institution of  Samsat Polda in South Jakarta. The data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to the Vehicle Taxpayer registered in the Office of South Jakarta Police Samsat. The populations that will be the object of research are all vehicle taxpayers registered in the Office of Samsat Polda in South Jakarta until the period of December 2016. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. This research uses linear regression analysis method. The results of the research showed that the formal knowledge of taxpayers have a significant positive effect on compliance of vehicle taxpayers. The results of this study also concluded that the formal knowledge of taxpayers, and awareness of taxpayers significantly affect the compliance of vehicle taxpayers simultaneously.</em></p>
