High-resolution pixel LED headlamps are lighting devices that can produce high-resolution light distribution to adapt to road and traffic conditions, intelligently illuminate traffic areas, and assist drivers. Due to the complexity of roads and traffic conditions, the functional diversity of high-resolution pixel LEDs headlamps and traffic safety has come into question and is the subject of in-depth research conducted by car manufacturers and regulators. We summarize the current possible functions of high-resolution pixel LED headlamps and analyze ways in which they could be improved. This paper also discusses the prospect of new technologies in the future.

To improve the efficiency of planning maintenance resources requirement, the artificial intelligent (AI) technology, especially Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) is applied into maintenance resources requirement analysis process, the process is introduced, and the critical techniques of which, such as case representation and organization etc, are discussed in detail, according to the case characteristics, analyzed the cases main ingredient, cases representation and organization which is based on Relation Database and Object Oriented are detailed discussed, the development of case-based maintenance resources requirement analysis prototype system proved the validity of the technique, formed the foundation for the case-based maintenance resources requirement analysis system perfection.

The choline esters potentiated the choline-catalysed decarbamoylation of dimethylcarbamoyl-acetylcholinesterase in proportion to the length of acyl group, although esters containing an acyl chain longer than the hexanoyl group exhibited a corresponding decrease in the potentiation. In structural requirement analysis it was found that both the quaternary ammonium moiety and the ester bond were important for the effective acceleration of choline-catalysed decarbamoylation. In general, the respective thiocholine ester was found to be more effective than the corresponding choline ester. Whereas the binding affinity (Ka) of choline in the decarbamoylation was not significantly altered, the maximum decarbamoylation rate (kr(max.)) of choline was greatly enhanced in the presence of choline esters or thiocholine esters. Along with the above observation, the isotope solvent effect, the effect of ionic strength and the antagonism studies demonstrate that the choline esters or thiocholine esters may interact with one of peripheral anionic sites, and thereby make the choline-catalysed decarbamoylation more favourable.
