In applying game theory to problems in biology, differences between individuals are often ignored. In particular, when analysing the evolution of cooperation it is often implicitly assumed that ignoring variation will produce predictions that approximate the solution when differences are included. This need not be true. As we demonstrate, differences are not innocuous noise, but can fundamentally change the nature of a game. Even small amounts of variability can stabilize cooperation by, for example, maintaining the need to deal with cheaters. Differences promote the need to learn about others in an interaction, leading to contingent behaviour that can reduce conflict, and to negotiated outcomes that may or may not be more cooperative than unconditional actions. Once there are mechanisms such as mutation and environmental influences that maintain variation within populations, whether cooperation evolves may depend on the variation in the cooperativeness trait. Variation means that it may be worth taking a chance that a partner is cooperative by being cooperative. When there are markets, so that individuals can break off interactions to seek a better partner, variation promotes choosiness and hence penalizes those uncooperative individuals, who are rejected. Variation promotes the need to monitor the previous behaviour of others, and once this social sensitivity exists, the need to maintain a good reputation can promote cooperation.

Abstract: The low social sensitivity to the environment is one of the most frequent problems, as evidenced by the lack of awareness to dispose of garbage in the trash, taking care of plants and others. Schools as the main educator agents play a role in improving the social sensitivity of students through learning so that through the materials and appropriate learning meodel will be able to improve students' social sensitivity to the surrounding environment. This research is a quasi-experimental research using SPSS 17,00 in analyzing data. Based on the pretest and posttest results in the experimental class using the guided inquiry learning model is more effective for improving students' social sensitivity than the control class that carries out the pure inquiry learning model. Analysis with t test by conducting independent sample test, found t count equal to 3,99 with significance level 0,00 (sig <0,05), this means Ho refused and accept Ha. This study proves that if Ha is accepted which contains the implementation of guided inquiry learning model is greater than the use of pure inquiry model in improving social sensitivity of students in social studies subjects.Keyword: Model learning, Inquiry, Social Sensitivity

The effects of responses of another person or a computer occurring prior to the subjects' responses in tasks of recognition of auditory intensity were interpreted in terms of a signal-detection model which assumed that subjects shifted their decision criteria temporarily on each trial. A parameter representing the amount of criterion shift reliably estimated sensitivity to social influence. When the social sensitivity parameter was estimated from the data, discriminative ability, defined as d', was unaffected by the presence of social influence. Principal components analyses suggested that social sensitivity and discriminative ability represented essentially orthogonal components of subjects' decision behavior.

Often traits interact, so that considering the evolution of each in isolation gives too limited an account. As is demonstrated in this chapter, it is then crucial to allow for the co-evolution of traits when analysing evolutionary stability. In particular this is important when there there is disruptive selection. Criteria for stability are presented and are applied to a variety of systems. It is shown that role asymmetries can lead to different predictions compared with the analogous situation with the same payoffs but without such asymmetries. Disruptive selection can lead to the evolution of anisogamy. When parental ability and parental effort co-evolve, disruptive selection can lead to one sex evolving to be better at care and doing most of the care. Furthermore, disruptive selection can lead to multiple ESSs, as when prosocial behaviour and the propensity to disperse from the natal site co-evolve. As is shown, disruptive forces can also act when there is learning, leading to specialization. This chapter sets the scene for the chapter that follows, where the level of cooperation shown by individuals co-evolves with choosiness and social sensitivity.

Pornographical in the way of lex spesialis was regulated in The Law No. 44/2008 and lex generalis loaded on The Criminal Code. The Judge interpreting pornography refer to textual definition of pornography according to the Law No. 44/2008 according the data founded that dominantly on juridical positivist paradigm. Juridical positivist paradigm is not the only one paradigm that used by the judge, moreover related about pornographical, need the change of appropriate paradigm concerning the judge mindset in interpreting pornography recorded to the judge considerations. The aim of this writing is to criticize the judge mindset and social sensitivity in interpreting and handling pornography. This study used qualitative and socio legal research to reveal the judicial considerations textual-contextually. With exposing the textual-contextual meaning of judge’s considerations, it can be traced to the legal paradigm used by judges and need to use appropriate legal paradigm related to the use of social theories that support it. The judge needs to have a non-doctrinal legal science perspective on the correct legal paradigm reform in giving judges consideration to pornographic cases. Judges are more likely shackled to the institutional structure and establishment of the juridical positivism paradigm.
