x-ray real time imaging detection technology is a kind of important way for industrial nondestructive test. On the basis of basic theory on X-ray detection, The influence factors on x-ray real time imaging detection precision is analyzed in this article. Through analysis for the focus of X-ray source and the unintelligibility of geometric image, the relation between the optimal amplification multiple and the imaging quality is presented and the electric collimator to solve the influence on imaging quality from the scattered ray. The experimental result shows that the detection resolution ratio is up to 50PL/cm and the sensitivity is up to 1.4 % to solve the on-line real time detection for pore, inclusion and looseness and verify the application feasibility in the detection of cast aluminum parts for x-ray real time imaging detection technology.

Ultrasonic phased array imaging detection technology combinating the focused beam and array probe movement can get powerful test information. It has been widely used in the steel butt weld detection. For making up the limitations of 2D view, in this paper,we used one-dimensional linear array probe, got 2D slice view data obtained by phased array ultrasonic S-scan, through software programming algorithm to realize 3D reconstruction of steel butt weld typical defects. Experiment shows that it can display more intuitive performance of the defects in space. Revealing a better shape, size and orientation information. Providing a reference for the final evaluation of the defect.

With the road construction, an automatic detection of road surface of rutting will be the main detection methods. VC-based digital imaging detection technology has an advantage of the vehicle, such as a simple structure, amount of data storage capacity, less affected by vehicle vibration. This article based on digital imaging technology detects grayscale bitmap format captured image information of the rutting. It focused on the grayscale bitmap image processing. The article shows that by generating curve can accurately reflect the actual situation of the road. And it can greatly improve the efficiency of road data and the accuracy of automatic detection.

Abstract Infrared imaging with a single-pixel camera can achieve radiometric accuracy not currently available with multi-pixel thermal cameras. One of the actively investigated single-pixel camera technology is ghost imaging. We propose an optical design to experimentally demonstrate classical ghost imaging in the long-wave infrared frequency range with speckled light without using a spatial light modulator. We obtained an example low-quality ghost image and then used the cross-correlation function to identify and explain the main difficulties in ghost imaging with a thermal camera.
