The study on single-cell pseudotime trajectory is of great significance to the exploration of the environmental factors of life and diseases. The large scale and complexity of single-cell data make the single-cell pseudotime trajectory algorithms face great challenges. A performance evaluation model is proposed to measure the performance of existing pseudotime trajectory inference algorithms and mine the problems existing in the inference algorithms in order to promote the improvement of the inference algorithms. Under the condition of given original single-cell data, the model uses the Spearman correlation coefficient to evaluate the performance of the inference algorithms from noise resistance and robustness. Experiments on the algorithms Monocle2 and Scout were conducted to analyze the application effect of the model.

In practice, lifetime performance index CL has been a method commonly applied to the evaluation of quality performance. L is the upper or lower limit of the specification. The product lifetime distribution is mostly abnormal distribution. This study explored that the lifetime of commodities comes from exponential distribution. Complete data collection is the primary goal of analysis. However, the censoring type is one of the most commonly used methods due to considerations of manpower and material cost or the timeliness of product launch. This study adopted Type-II right censoring to find out the uniformly minimum variance unbiased (UMVU) estimator of the lifetime performance index CL and its probability density function. Afterward this study obtained the 100×(1-α)% confidence interval of the lifetime performance index CL as well as created the uniformly most powerful (UMP) test and the power of the test for the product lifetime performance index. Last, this study came up with a numerical example to demonstrate the suggested method as well as the application of the model.

The long-term stability and durability of seals are critical for various instruments and types of equipment. For static sealing, an important sealing state, there are currently two representative sealing methods, namely, pre-compressing static sealing and adhesive static sealing. In this paper, the characteristics and shortcomings of these sealing methods are summarized. At present, some static sealing requirements are urgent and difficult. For example, the deterioration of the sealing performance is an important factor which limits the service life of proton exchange membrane fuel cells and redox flow batteries. Therefore, a new method of static sealing whose sealing materials are rubber elastomers is proposed, named alterable static sealing. Then, its sealing processes are proposed. Furthermore, the actual contact area ratio r is used as the standard for sealability. Based on the mathematical model of pre-compressing static sealing, the influence of interface bonding was considered, and the mathematical model of alterable static sealing was established. Moreover, the compensatory effect of alterable static sealing on the static sealing capacity of rubber elastomers was proved.

With the development of the social economy and the improvement of the consumption concept, a new business model combining offline and online has been promoted. The warehousing system is one of the important links of commodity production and circulation, which involves storage, sorting, and distribution. It has a significant impact on the operation cost and the efficiency of the whole logistics system. The progress of robot technology, the Internet of things, and artificial intelligence technology promotes the automation and intelligence of storage systems. The Robotic Mobile Fulfillment Systems (RMFS), which takes the automatic guided vehicles (AGVs) as the way of handling and picking, greatly improves the space utilization, operation efficiency, and flexibility of the system. This paper studies the RMFS with fixed shelves and establishes the performance evaluation model of the picking system considering the AGVs congestion by establishing the queuing network. The effectiveness of the model is verified by simulation, and the optimization of system parameter configuration is further discussed according to the experimental data.

Establishment of a performance evaluation model is a hotspot of current research. In this paper, the performance bottleneck is analyzed quantitatively, which provided programmers with a guidance to optimize the performance bottleneck. This paper takes a matrix as an example; the matrix is divided into a dense matrix or a sparse matrix. For dense matrix, the performance is first analyzed in a quantitative way, and an evaluation model is developed, which includes the instruction pipeline, shared memory, and global memory. For sparse matrix, this paper aims at the four formats of CSR, ELL, COO, and HYB, through the observation data obtained from the actual operation of large datasets, finds the relationship between the running time, dataset form, and storage model, and establishes their relational model functions. Through practical test and comparison, the error between the execution time of the test dataset that is predicted by the model function and the actual running time is found to be within a stable finite deviation threshold, proving that the model has certain practicability.

Introduction: One of the main components of the contractor management system is the assessment of their Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) performance. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to provide a practical structure for evaluating HSE performance at the contractor level. Methods: In this analytical study, the main factors were selected according to the seven main elements of HSE management system and then the sub-factors related to each main factor were determined. Then the questionnaires were sent to experts for weighting in terms of the degree of importance of the main factors and sub-factors. Based on the output of experts 'opinions, the relative importance of the main and sub-factors was calculated and the HSE performance evaluation model was created in the contractors' organization level. Finally, in order to validate, the proposed structure was investigated at the organization level of three main construction contractors of a specialized petrochemical parent company. Results: The final model consists of 7 main factors and 119 sub factors. The maximum achievable score is 300 and the minimum is 60, which indicates a very good and very poor level of performance in terms of HSE, respectively. The performance evaluation results showed that the first contractor has scored higher in terms of HSE than the second and third contractors. Conclusion: Due to the comprehensiveness of proposed structure, it could be used to evaluate the performance of the organizational level of different contractors which the results of the evaluation could be used as an input criterion for the selection of contractors. In addition, contractors can identify their organizational weaknesses in the HSE field and try to eremove them and improve their HSE level.
