This study aims to analyze the potential of sustainable food agriculture land in Lamongan District in 2018. This research emphasizes the potential of sustainable food agriculture land based on Lamongan District Regulation Number 15 Year 2011 concerning Spatial Planning for Lamongan Regency in 2011-2031. The research method used is a quantitative research that emphasizes analytical techniques in GIS (Geographic Information Systems), namely overlay and buffering maps. Map overlay is done between the map of agricultural land use with a map of the carrying capacity agricultural land in Lamongan Regency. Then doing a map buffering analysis technique based on road network parameters. The results showed that the potential area for sustainable food agriculture in Lamongan Regency in 2018 was 45,627.54 hectares or 25.17% of the area of Lamongan Regency.

The results are presented from a 2-year study on the impact of utility trenching on urban flexible road network pavement roughness, pavement surface distress, structural carrying capacity, pavement life cycle, rehabilitation and maintenance requirements, and the costs associated with these impacts in Ottawa-Carleton, Canada. Included are the pavement performance and life-cycle relationships developed using modified methodologies to address concerns raised by reviews carried out by Construction Technology Laboratories Inc. and the National Research Council of Canada on utility trenching studies to date. In this study, normalized individual pavement section life cycle, a composite pavement quality indicator, and performance prediction models calibrated with numerous years of field data were used in the life-cycle and pavement performance determination. These modifications made to the conventional pavement management system when used to determine the impact of utility trenching are shown to provide performance and life-cycle relationships with better correlation than algorithms used in the previous studies. In this study, very high coefficients of determination ( R2) of 0.79 to 0.85 were obtained for the pavement performance and life-cycle relationships regressed from field data for quantification of urban road network pavement with and without the impact of utility trenching. The factors and costs associated with the impact of utility trenching, such as reduction in pavement life cycle, additional cost for subgrade base repair, pavement strengthening requirements from loss of fatigue structural carrying capacity, and the additional area affected beyond the trenched area, are also quantified in this study.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to see the physical changes in the environment of Mandeh area, South Pesisir Regency, from 2008-2018 and formulate an environmental policy model for the Mandeh area. The analysis technique was carried out by overlaying map of Mandeh area land use from 2008-2018, to determine the policy model of the physical changes in the environment of Mandeh area was analyzed by FGD and AHP. As for the results of the land use map overlay shows many physical changes. Based on the results of the analysis and discussions that have been done previously, it can be concluded that Physical Changes in Enviroment of Mandeh area from 2008-2018 have their own impact on the environment For this reason, it is necessary to have an environmentally sound policy model. Based on the results of the analysis, there are five alternative policy priorities are: (1) it is expected that the government to analyze the utilization of natural resources does not exceed the environmental carrying capacity value of 0.752, (2) zoning of land use and marine waters of mandeh area value 0.791 (3) cultivating the main functions of natural resources potential, human resources and artificial resources value 0.794 (4) conservation for mangroves and coral reefs that have been damaged value 0.732 (5) analysis of the system plan and road network of sea and land transportation value 0.726. Keywords: Environmental Physical Changes, Mandeh Region

This paper studies on the status of urban traffic development by analyzing traffic carrying capacity. The concept, characteristics and influencing factors of urban traffic carrying capacity is researched. This paper establishes one quantitative model based on the time-space consumption model, especially taking the reuse coefficient of road resources, reduction coefficient caused by intersections, and integrated utilization coefficient of road network into consideration. And put forward evaluation index which is the level of traffic carrying capacity. Moreover, the evaluation standard and some strategies for improving traffic carrying capacity are provided.
