The article presents an analysis of the cybervictimization phenomenon. The author justifies the use of an integrative (interdisciplinary) approach to the study of this problem, proposes the definition of the term under study as a process or end result of becoming a crime victim in the sphere of unified computer networks. A theoretical and methodological matrix for the analysis of cybervictimization (PCPPE model) was developed. The model includes five system characteristics of cybervictimization, the comprehensive study of which to a maximum extent will simplify the understanding of the essence of the object of study. These characteristics include: profiling, conditionality, prevalence, predictability and epidemicity. Each of these aspects is explained in detail: the author developed a detailed nomenclature of cybervictimization forms. The problems of identifying its extent, as well as the determinant role of gender, age, behavioral and personal factors are discussed in the article, and a list of key cybervictimization acts is formulated. This meta-analysis includes thirteen global categories and about seventy of its accent forms. Among the global categories the following ones are identified: threats, harassment, illegal interest, infringement, insult, spoofing, disclosure, compulsion, seizure, infecting, access and use. The prevalence rates of cybervictimization on the example of the United States (Internet Crime Report) are also studied, certain aspects of the methodology of cyber victim number counting are considered.

Compared to the integer-order systems, the system characteristics of the fractional system are closer to the system characteristics of the real engineering system, the study found beyond that, strictly speaking, various physical phenomena in nature are nonlinear. The problem of parameter estimation problem of fractional-order nonlinear systems can be transformed into the problem of parameter optimization problem by constructing an appropriate fitness function. This paper proposes a hybrid improvement algorithm based on whale optimization algorithm (WOA) to solve this problem and verify it both in Lorenz system and Lu system. The simulation result shows that the hybrid improved algorithm is superior to genetic algorithm (GA), particle swarm optimization (PSO), grasshopper optimization algorithm (GOA) and WOA in convergence speed and accuracy.

All construction that is engineered and built rests on the ground must be supported by foundation. Foundation is the lowest part of structure that is done first and has important function in the construction of a building to continue the burden on the structure which will then be forwarded to the soil below. The term upper structure is generally used to describe part of an engineering system that carries a burden on the foundation or bottom structure. On the basis of the definition of this foundation, it can be explained that foundation is the most important part of the engineering system. (Bowles, 1991). Single pile foundations can be used on various types of soil and one of them is soft soil. To analyze elastic and non-elastic single piles in the condition of free heads and fixed heads in various dimensions, they were designed according to SNI 1726: 2012 and evaluated using the spectrum capacity method regulated in ATC-40. Based on the results of the study, a pile drift ratio and performace point values will be obtained which describe the behavior of the pile due to gradual lateral force. Results obtained describe the behavior of all the single pile models analyzed. AbstrakSemua konstruksi yang direkayasa dan dibangun bertumpu di tanah harus ditopang oleh fondasi. Fondasi adalah bagian terendah dari struktur yang dikerjakan terlebih dahulu dan memiliki fungsi penting dalam pembangunan sebuah bangunan untuk meneruskan beban struktur di atasnya yang kemudian akan diteruskan ke tanah dan bebatuan yang berada di bawah. Istilah struktur atas umumnya digunakan untuk menggambarkan bagian dari sistem rekayasa yang membawa beban pada pondasi atau struktur bawah. Atas dasar definisi yayasan ini, dapat dijelaskan bahwa yayasan adalah bagian terpenting dari sistem teknik. (Bowles, 1991). Fondasi tiang tunggal dapat digunakan pada berbagai jenis tanah dan salah satunya adalah tanah lunak. Untuk dapat menganalisis tiang tunggal elastis dan tidak elastis dalam kondisi kepala bebas dan kepala tetap dalam berbagai dimensi, mereka dirancang berdasarkan SNI 1726: 2012 dan dievaluasi menggunakan metode kapasitas spektrum yang diatur dalam ATC-40. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, akan diperoleh suatu nilai pile drift ratio dan performace point yang menggambarkan perilaku tiang akibat diberikan gaya lateral secara bertahap.. Hasil yang diperoleh menggambarkan perilaku semua pemodelan tiang tunggal yang dianalisis.

We previously developed Windows-based Biochemical Engineering System analyzing Tool-KIT (WinBEST-KIT), a biochemical reaction simulator for analyzing large-scale and complicated biochemical reaction networks. One particularly notable feature is the ability for users to define original mathematical equations for representing unknown kinetic mechanisms and customize them as GUI components for representing reaction steps. Many simulators support System Biology Markup Language SBML; however, since the definition of the algebraic equations (AssignmentRule) and the events are made through an interface that is distinct from the definition of the reaction steps, there are tough works to define them. Accordingly, we have developed a new version of WinBEST-KIT that allows users to define the algebraic equations and the events through the same interface as those used in the definition of the reaction steps and customize them as GUI components appearing in the symbol selection area. The customized algebraic equations and events can thus be visually arranged at any time and any place. It also allows users to easily understand the roles of the algebraic equations and the events. We have also implemented other useful features, including importing/exporting of SBML format files, exporting to MATLAB, and merging the existing models into the model currently being created. У статті досліджено концептуальні підходи до визначення категорії«конкурентоспроможний потенціал підприємства». На основікритичного аналізу надано власне визначення конкурентоспроможногопотенціалу підприємства. На основі дослідження встановлено, щоконкурентоспроможний потенціал підприємства слід розглядати як«ядро» загального економічного потенціалу підприємства з врахуваннямйого складових: науково-технічної, трудової, виробничо-технологічної,фінансової, інвестиційно-інноваційної, логістичної. Визначено, щоспроможність системи генерувати суттєві результати діяльності,перетворюючи їх на конкурентні переваги вищого рівня, забезпечуєтьсячерез сукупність економічних ресурсів та акселераторів. Встановлено,що системними характеристиками конкурентоспроможного потенціалупідприємства є системність, синергійність, структурність,адаптивність, відкритість, пропорційність, динамічність,відтворюваність, протирічність, реальність, орієнтованість у часі. The article deals with the conceptual approaches to the definition of thecategory of «competitive potential of the enterprise». On the basis of criticalanalysis, the firm's own definition of the competitive potential of the enterpriseis provided. On the basis of the research it was established that the competitivepotential of the enterprise should be considered as the «core» of the overalleconomic potential of the enterprise, taking into account its components:scientific, technical, labor, production-technological, financial, investment,innovation. It is determined that the ability of the system to generate significantperformance results, turning them into competitive advantages of a higherlevel, is ensured through a combination of economic resources andaccelerators. It is established that the system characteristics of the competitivepotential of the enterprise are systematic, synergistic, structural, adaptive,openness, proportionality, dynamism, reproducibility, contradiction, reality,time orientation.

The goal of this article is to evaluate students’ access to qualified teachers (regarding teacher education and experience), from 2001 to 2011 in Brazil. A logistic model was developed, with teacher characteristics as dependent variables and four independent variables: student characteristics (gender, race and socioeconomic status), system characteristics (private or public schools), states (26 states and one federal district) and territory (urban or rural). The database comes from the SAEB statistics, in Portuguese and Mathematics, on fifth and ninth grades. The results indicate the importance of the socioeconomic status in determining educational opportunities and the existence of three evolution patterns concerning the access to qualified teachers from 2001 to 2011. The final considerations focus on three actions: the definition of minimum standards, the development of compensatory policies as well as positive discrimination; and the investment on teacher training.
