The impedance and capacitance properties of Pd/oxide/InP structures within the frequency range from 0.1 Hz to 10 kHz in air and in gaseous hydrogen–nitrogen mixture at 300 K have been studied. The characteristics of investigated structures can be characterized by parallel RC circuit model with the connected serial resistance. In hydrogen medium the active resistance of the structures decreases by 3 orders of magnitude and the capacitance increases by 1–3 orders of magnitude depending on frequency that is due probably to the positive charged centers formed in the oxide layer. In hydrogen medium the hysteresis has been found on CV-characteristics of the structures that may be explained by ion polarization of formed centers. It is shown that measured in electron units the full charge of the centers practically coincides with the quantity of hydrogen atoms absorbed by palladium.

It is currently of huge importance to find alternatives to fossil fuels to produce clean energy and to ensure the energy demands of modern society. In the present work, two types of hybrid solar cell devices were developed and characterized. The photoactive layers of the hybrid heterojunctions comprise poly (allylamine chloride) (PAH) and graphene oxide (GO) and TiO2 or ZnO films, which were deposited using the layer-by-layer technique and DC-reactive magnetron sputtering, respectively, onto fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO)-coated glass substrates. Scanning electron microscopy evidenced a homogeneous inorganic layer, the surface morphology of which was dependent on the number of organic bilayers. The electrical characterization pointed out that FTO/(PAH/GO)50/TiO2/Al, FTO/(PAH/GO)30/ZnO/Al, and FTO/(PAH/GO)50/ZnO/Al architectures were the only ones to exhibit a diode behavior, and the last one experienced a decrease in current in a low-humidity environment. The (PAH/GO)20 impedance spectroscopy study further revealed the typical impedance of a parallel RC circuit for a dry environment, whereas in a humid environment, it approached the impedance of a series of three parallel RC circuits, indicating that water and oxygen contribute to other conduction processes. Finally, the achieved devices should be encapsulated to work successfully as solar cells.

A model of the partial discharges in a sample of solid insulation with air cavity is presented. The material of the insulation is cross-linked polyethylene. The model is based on an active-capacitive equivalent circuit, in which the resistance of the air cavity at the instant of a partial discharge ignition is shunted by the active resistance of the spark. The model takes into consideration the delay of the discharge development. The evaluation of the diagnostic value of the apparent and true charges is carried out. The results of the apparent and true charges relationship with the dimensions and proportions of the air cavity are presented. It is shown that the same magnitude of both true and apparent charges can correspond to the different volumes and shapes of the air cavities in the insulation.

Розглянуті питання передпосівної стимуляції на-сіння високочастотним електромагнітним полем.Запропоновано спосіб опромінення насіння і визна-чення його електричних характеристик. На основібудови клітин визначені електричні властивості біо-логічної тканини, з якої складається насіння. Пока-зана зміна складових активного опору в залежностівід частоти струму. Експериментально доведено,що еквівалентну електричну схему неможливо звес-ти до простих випадків з’єднання опорів і ємностей,а саме насіння не можна вважати нейтральнимдіелектриком. Розроблена методика оцінки інтенси-вності обмінних процесів залежно від електричногоопору насіння. The questions of stimulation of seed before sowing are considered by the high-frequency electromagnetic field considered. The method of irradiation of seed and determination of him is offered electric descriptions. On the basis of structure of cages electric properties of biological fabric which seed consist of are certain. The change of constituents of active resistance is shown depending on frequency of current. It is experimentally proved that it is impossible to erect an equivalent electric chart to the simple cases of connection of resistances and capacities, namely seed can not be considered a neutral dielectric. The method of estimation of intensity of exchange processes  is developed depending on electric resistance of seed.
