Gonova Beauty Care is a beauty clinic that offers various types of beauty care services, consultations and beauty products, which was established on September 14, 2016. Where all transaction activities at the clinic still use the traditional process where customers must first come to the clinic. To help overcome the problem in Gonova Beauty Care, the author tries to analyze and design a new system using the system development methodology, namely the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. The proposed new system is based on the website to manage transactions that occur at the clinic and can make it easier for customers to place an order. The website is designed to serve the transaction of sales of beauty products and ordering beauty services. The design of this system uses the Bootstrap application for input and output design. Keywords: Website, Gonova Beauty Care, Order Service, Selling Beauty Products

In 1996 he Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles and Public Safety launched the Genesis project, a technology-enabled reengineering endeavor. In September of 1999, after four years of planning, organizational restructuring and system development, the new system was released. To the accompaniment of great publicity, it fell dramatically short of expectations. This case provides the background necessary to understand the origins and shortcomings of the system, then focuses on the turn-around effort that took the system to a point of successful operation within a year of its going into production. The turn around was accomplished under great pressure to retreat to the legacy system. The effort involved a synergy of manual and technical corrections to bring overall system performance to acceptable levels. The DMV now faces the formidable challenge of taking full responsibility for the long-term maintenance of a system that was designed and implemented by outside contractors.

Claim's services in the PT. IBS Insurance Broking Service experiencing some obstacles in handling claim report. Claim officer cannot send notification letter and claim form to client who has not been having facsimile machine, error form filling, resulting the client must resend a new claim form, claim officer cannot quickly having assessment process permission. Therefore, a new system is needed to solve the claim activities problems. Claim system development aim to help claim officers to do their claim process. Analyzing claim process, system designing, implementing new system and testing new system, also analyzing test result, and writing research result are needed to develop new claim system. Claim applications created with Google Cloud Messaging Service, FPDF library, PHPExcel library, and REST Web Service. This research generates claim system helped with application based on mobile android platform. This research’s result shows the new system help client, claim officer, assessment officer, and claim head to do his/her job in the claim process

With the improvement of informatization and standardization of mine development, it is an inevitable trend to apply computer technology to the intelligent design of tunnel blasting excavation. Seeking to the problems existing in the intelligent design system of blasting excavation, a new intelligent design system of blasting excavation is constructed from the perspective of database technology. The new intelligent design system adopts the design of central database system and subuser rights to meet the data synchronization and sharing among different users. At the same time, the new system also extracts blasting design parameters and actual engineering data and designs a more reasonable and comprehensive database structure, database logic, and data word table. Based on the T-S fuzzy neural network model, the intelligent search rules of excavation blasting data are also constructed in the new system. Finally, based on Oracle and VB.NET as the new system development platform, MFC, and ADO as the new system development technology, the new intelligent design system for tunnel blasting and excavation was completed. The implementation of the new system addresses the needs of blasting data information storage and search and lays a foundation for the informatization and standardization of tunnel excavation blasting.

In the last decade, the role of monitoring information has become apparent. The availability of steadfast information, offered in a suitable format is the basis for good decision making in an organisation. Organisations can use these information skills to solve practical problems as well. This chapter provide us knowledge of the features and purposes of information. It also discusses the role of information system for developing a new system using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
