Educational evaluation is the main method of modern education management and guidance. Through a systematic collection of information and quantitative and qualitative analysis, value judgments can be made on the degree to which education adapts to needs, which can effectively improve the teaching development of applied undergraduate colleges. This article applies the Internet of Things technology to the information collection process of teaching evaluation in applied undergraduate colleges. This paper establishes an Internet of Things architecture to collect information on the impact indicators of the teaching evaluation process and builds a teaching evaluation index system. On this basis, this article combines fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for the quantification and evaluation process of index information. Through comparative analysis, the program can provide an effective way to construct a teaching evaluation system suitable for application-oriented undergraduate colleges. Constructing the research-based undergraduate classroom teaching evaluation index system aims at guiding the transformation of the concept of teaching and learning of teachers and students in research universities, perfecting the teaching and learning methods, improving the quality of teaching and learning, and promoting the common development of teachers and students.

In order to solve the existent problems of incomplete and ambiguous information during the evaluation on the multiple constraints factors of city underground space development and utilization, this paper applies analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct the comprehensive evaluation index system of the multiple constraint factors of city underground space development and utilization, then Yuzhong District, Yubei District, Beibei District in Chongqing respectively as an example, and comprehensively to evaluate the multiple constraint factors of city underground space development and utilization. Example analysis shows that, it has high feasibility and effectiveness that applies the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to the multiple constraint factors of city underground space development and utilization, and it can contribute to solve fuzziness and uncertainty problems of the evaluation process.

In recent years, the business scale of my country’s circulation industry has continued to expand, and the output value has continued to increase. The leading role in guiding the transformation of the industrial economy has become more and more important. Based on this, this article discusses the research on the promotion of the Internet of Things technology to the circulation industry in the transformation of the resource-based economy. The application of RFID technology and wireless sensor technology in the Internet of Things in the circulation industry can greatly improve work efficiency and information transmission accuracy. This article establishes the circulation industry based on the principles of science, system, safety, and relative independence. The evaluation index system analyzes the role of the circulation industry in the transformation of the resource-based economy in terms of circulation scale, circulation structure, circulation efficiency, circulation innovation, etc., and uses the analytic hierarchy process and entropy method to analyze the collected data. With the support of RFID technology, the output value of the circulation industry in Province Y has reached 140.508 billion yuan in 2019, accounting for about 27% of the tertiary industry, and the number of employees in the circulation industry has also increased to 57.88%, which is a strong boost to the economy of Province Y. It has a greater contribution to the total economic volume. The research of this article has realized the economic transformation of resource-based cities in the circulation industry and has a certain reference effect for the transformation and upgrading of similar cities.

This paper examines the trend in the concept of the Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and related computer-mediated teaching and learning. Implications for social learning theory are examined based on the concept of “cyborg” education through a variety of scholarly and popular media sources with implications for schools and teacher educators. Recommendations for teacher education are posited as the topic of technological mediation between people continues to change in relation to how education will likely need to adapt to provide a prosocial environment through technological mediation, though the social learning itself operates in different ways.

The current evaluation process of architecture external wall thermal insulation energy-saving has met the problems such as information incompleteness and fuzziness. In order to solve the problems, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used, and the external wall thermal insulation energy-saving technique evaluation index system is set. And the method is adopt to compare between the walls using and not using the technology. The result shows that the evaluation of the external wall using thermal insulation energy-saving technique is obviously better than the result of the external wall not using the technique, so the thermal insulation energy-saving material should be promoted and applied nation-widely.

With the development of information and communications technology, communication technology has been widely used in the electric power industry and has brought threats to the safe operation of power systems. Things can not only connect people; things can also connect other things. Therefore, the Internet of things plays an important role in power information system security. This study proposes a triangular fuzzy number weight method to calculate the index weight based on the analysis of the existing fuzzy algorithm and the security of a power information system. A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established in accordance with matrix theory, statistical theory, and other methods after experimental data are analyzed. Results show that this algorithm can accurately evaluate system status and provide reference for managing power systems. The fuzzy algorithm for power information system security level ensures the safe operation of the power system and promotes its healthy development. This algorithm can significantly promote economic development in China.

It goes without saying that the World Wide Web drives learners/students to become more autonomous as it offers an array of tools that cater for students’ diverse needs and learning styles. This paper connects the teaching and learning English for Specific Purposes to the ecosystem of the Internet of Things. More precisely, we explore the concept of Internet of Things and its characteristics and address seminal questions about its role in education. After analyzing the findings, we focus on the educative value of digital technologies to our practice as language educators. Drawing on our experience of teaching with web-based tools, we showcase a lesson plan that increased students’ motivation, interaction and engagement. The paper concludes that teaching will definitely become more and more dependent on technology but policy makers need to consider proactively the use of digital technologies as pedagogical tools and to collaborate extensively with educators and technology experts/developers to create innovative strategies for education.

In recent years, College PE has received more and more attention. Traditional PE and teaching cannot meet the demand of students in today’s society and cannot attract students’ interest in sports. Under the current situation that the country actively promotes information science education, there is an urgent need to innovate PE teaching methods. VRT is very important to support college PE. In order to improve the quality of university PE and increase students’ interest in sports, this article uses the Internet of Things as a research background and 5G technology as a research topic. It provides technical support for the Internet of Things and research sports colleges on the Internet of Things. This study builds a virtual sports teaching environmental education through VRT. Experimental data were collected by sensors and other types of infrastructure. The experiment counted the number of sports safety incidents that occurred before and after the application of VRT in five universities of A, B, C, D, and E, collected and analyzed the teaching data of PE teachers in five universities, and studied the changes in student learning and interest in sports. These experimental data are used to analyze the impact of the application of VRT in PE on sports safety, PE teachers, and students. The final result shows that, after applying VRT in PE, the five schools have reduced the number of safety incidents in sports by more than 65%. VRT has the greatest impact on the teaching philosophy of PE teachers and the least impact on teachers’ teaching management. After the application of VRT, the number of students who independently engage in PE and sports has increased by more than 20%, and the students’ interest in sports learning and sports has increased. Finally, the application of VRT in the PE of the five schools accounted for 25%, 21%, 11%, 35%, and 30%, respectively. The application of VRT will also indirectly affect the quality of PE in universities.

The existing stand-alone multimedia machines and online multimedia machines in the market have certain deficiencies, so they cannot meet the actual needs. Based on this, this research combines the actual needs to design and implement a multi-media system based on the Internet of Things and cloud service platform. Moreover, through in-depth research on the MQTT protocol, this study proposes a message encryption verification scheme for the MQTT protocol, which can solve the problem of low message security in the Internet of Things communication to a certain extent. In addition, through research on the fusion technology of the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence, this research designs scheme to provide a LightGBM intelligent prediction module interface, MQTT message middleware, device management system, intelligent prediction and push interface for the cloud platform. Finally, this research completes the design and implementation of the cloud platform and tests the function and performance of the built multimedia system database. The research results show that the multimedia database constructed in this paper has good performance.
