In the field of information security, passwords are a means of authenticating users. Passwords with weak security cannot perform the role of user authentication and personal information protection because confidentiality is easily violated. To ensure confidentiality, it is important to evaluate the strength of the password and choose a very secure password. Due to this fact, security evaluation models for various passwords have been presented. However, existing evaluation models evaluate security based on the English alphabet. Passwords depend on the memory of the user and are closely related to the language or environment used by the user. In this regard, there are limitations in applying the existing security evaluation models to passwords chosen by non-English speakers. We compose a non-English, Korean language-based password dictionary and propose a password security evaluation model based on this for Korean users. In addition, to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model, we conducted experiments to evaluate the security of Korean language-based passwords using a database of passwords that have been actually leaked. As a result, the proposed model showed 99.38% accuracy for Korean language-based leaked passwords. This is superior to the 80.06% accuracy shown by the existing model. In conclusion, the use of the Korean language-based password security evaluation model proposed in this paper will contribute to choosing more secure passwords for Korean language-based sites or users.

The research of water ecological security evaluation has important practical significance. This paper integrates the multivariate connection number with Markov chain to construct a dynamic evaluation model and set up the water ecological security evaluation index system from four aspects: water resources, water ecological environment, water management and control, social economy. The proposed model and evaluation index system are applied to respectively evaluate the water ecological security of Shandong Province in 1993, 1999, 2005 and 2011, and forecast its change trend, the results indicate that the proposed model has a efficient performance, the "relatively insecure" grade and "relatively secure" grade alternated in the past, the steady-state level of the water ecological security grade in Shandong province tends to be "relatively insecure", and the trend of water ecological system would rise to "relatively insecure" in the future.

We investigate the multiple attribute decision making problems for evaluating the urban tourism management efficiency with uncertain linguistic information. We utilize the uncertain linguistic weighted averaging (ULWA) operator to aggregate the uncertain linguistic information corresponding to each alternative and get the overall value of the alternatives and, then rank the alternatives and select the most desirable one(s). Finally, a numerical example for evaluating the urban tourism management efficiency with uncertain linguistic information is used to illustrate the proposed model.

Abstract: Phishing occurs when people's personal information is stolen via email, phone, or text communications. In Smishing Short Message Service (SMS) is used for cyber-attacks, Smishing is a type of theft of sensitive information. People are more likely to give personal information such as account details and passwords when they receive SMS messages. This data could be used to steal money or personal information from a person or a company. As a result, Smishing is a critical issue to consider. The proposed model uses an Artificial Intelligence to detect smishing. Analysing a SMS and successfully detecting Smishing is possible. Finally, we evaluate and analyse our proposed model to show its efficacy. Keywords: Phishing, Smishing, Artificial Intelligence, LSTM, RNN

Five-category loan classification (FCLC) is an international financial regulation approach. Recently, the application and implementation of FCLC in the Chinese microfinance bank has mostly relied on subjective judgment, and it is difficult to control and lower loan risk. In view of this, this paper is dedicated to researching and solving this problem by constructing the FCLC model based on improved particle-swarm optimization (PSO) and the multiclass, least-square, support-vector machine (LS-SVM). First, LS-SVM is the extension of SVM, which is proposed to achieve multiclass classification. Then, improved PSO is employed to determine the parameters of multiclass LS-SVM for improving classification accuracy. Finally, some experiments are carried out based on rural credit cooperative data to demonstrate the performance of our proposed model. The results show that the proposed model makes a distinct improvement in the accuracy rate compared with one-vs.-one (1-v-1) LS-SVM, one-vs.-rest (1-v-r) LS-SVM, 1-v-1 SVM, and 1-v-r SVM. In addition, it is an effective tool in solving the problem of loan-risk rating.

A learning style is an issue related to learners. In one way or the other, learning style could assist learners in their learning activities if students ignore their learning styles, it may influence their effort in understanding teaching materials. To overcome these problems, a model for reliable automatic learning style detection is needed. Currently, there are two approaches in detecting learning styles: data driven and literature based. Learners, especially those with changing learning styles, have difficulties in adopting these two approach since they are not adaptive, dynamic and responsive (ADR). To solve the above problems, a model using agent learning approach is proposes. Agent learning involves performing activities in four phases, i.e. initialization, learning, matching and, recommendations to decide the learning styles the students use. The proposed system will provide instructional materials that match the learning style that has been detected. The automatics detection process is performed by combining the data-driven and literature-based approaches. We propose an evaluation model agent learning system to ensure the model is working properly.

Purpose of the study: This article reviews the comparative efficacy, theoretical and practical background of three program evaluation models (Stufflebeam’s CIPP model, Kirkpatrick’s model, and outcome-based evaluation models) and their implications in educational programs. The article discusses the strengths and limitations of the three evaluation models. Methodology: Peer-reviewed and scholarly journals were searched for articles related to program evaluation models and their importance. Keywords included program evaluation’, ‘assessment’, ‘CIPP model’, ‘evaluation of educational programs, ‘outcome-based model, and ‘planning’. Articles on Stufflebeam’s CIPP model, Kirkpatrick’s model, and outcome-based evaluation models were particularlyfocused because the review aimed at analysing these three models. The strengths and inadequacies of the three models were weighed and presented. Main Findings: The three models –outcome-based evaluation model, the Kirkpatric model, and the CIPP evaluation model –discussed in this review, have some strengths and weaknesses. Among the compared models, the CIPP model seems more appropriate for its implantation in evaluating educational programs because it is broader, comprehensive, flexible, cost-effective, and feasible. Applications of this study: Like other programs and projects, evaluation of educational programs is necessary to achieve high standards, better outcomes, and meet the objectives. Evaluation is employed before designing a particular educational program or during the already designed program. This review concludes that among different evaluation models, the CIPP evaluation model is more appropriate in evaluating educational programs because it is more comprehensive, efficient, and feasible.Employment of the CIPP model for evaluating educational programs can achieve plausible results about the overall progress of the educational programs. Novelty/Originality of this study: This review highlights the importance of different program evaluation models. It concludes that the CIPP evaluation model offers an excellent mechanism to evaluate educational programs at different stages.

Reasonable parking charge and supply policy are essential for the regular operation of the traffic in city center. This paper develops an evaluation model for parking policies using system dynamics. A quantitative study is conducted to examine the effects of parking charge and supply policy on traffic speed. The model, which is composed of three interrelated subsystems, first summarizes the travel cost of each travel mode and then calibrates the travel choice model through the travel mode subsystem. Finally, the subsystem that evaluates the state of traffic forecasts future car speed based on bureau of public roads (BPR) function and generates new travel cost until the entire model reaches a steady state. The accuracy of the model is verified in Hangzhou Wulin business district. The related error of predicted speed is only 2.2%. The results indicate that the regular pattern of traffic speed and parking charge can be illustrated using the proposed model based on system dynamics, and the model infers that reducing the parking supply in core area will increase its congestion level and, under certain parking supply conditions, there exists an interval of possible pricing at which the service reaches a level that is fairly stable.

Commercial space features essential characteristics of attracting clients and creating profits; thus, the exterior and interior designs of conventional commercial space were often made to look grandiose and overdecorated. Over time, according to commercial attributes, operator preferences, and style of the designer, commercial spaces have constantly undergone renovation into varied styles. However, the physical renovation processhas caused multiple and composite types of environmental pollution, such as waste and noise pollution caused by breaking of walls or partitions, anddecorative paint pollution, as well as the use of high-energy-consuming lighting equipment, air-conditioning systems, and decorative materials. Global pollution has caused climate change, endangering living organismsand human life. Furthermore, no effective method exists to control the problem of high greenhouse gas emissions. Therefore, this study used energy-saving design concerns of a garden-type commercial space to propose an energy-saving evaluation model. The study combined three methodologies, the Delphi method, analytic hierarchy process, and fuzzy logic theory, to construct a multi-criteria decision support system for designing green commercial spaces, and used the green spatial design of a garden café as an example to illustrate the high objectivity and adaptability of the proposed model in practical application. The study also used an international award-winning case to validate that the proposed model had practical value as a reference to support key design decisions.
