This article presents the modeling and simulation of the asynchronous machine. The aim of this research is the mastery of the electrical, mechanical and magnetic behaviors of this type of machine. The Matlab/Simulink is used for simulation two types of no-load and additional load services in transitional and permanent operation. The Analytical equations describing the two operating systems are evaluated and developed by a generalized model of a three-phase induction motor. The simulation results presented in this article confirms that the proposed model gave a satisfactory response in terms of torque characteristics and speed.

This paper deals with the implementation of carrier based Space vector pulse width modulated methods (SVPWM) in conjunction with a three phase open end induction motor(OEIM). Among various PWM methods, now a day’s carrier based PWM methods draws more attention due to their easier digital implementation. The main focus of this paper is effortless digital implementation of PWM methods to drive the open end induction motor which is supplied using two dc to ac converters (VSI), using various carrier-based Space vector PWM schemes. MATLAB Simulink platform is used to simulate different carrier based PWM methods for the VSI fed Induction motor. In the present work dSPACE 1104 is used for the digital implementation. The simulation and hardware results which are obtained from various modulation techniques for the proposed model are secure produced by using voltage and current waveforms, FFT analysis, and the most predominantly the THD is slighter. Theoretical and realistic values are corroborating by simulation and experimentation.

In this paper, a new technique for diagnosing multiple open switch fault in three phase voltage inverter feeding induction motor is presented. It is based on the so-called the Lissajous curve of an auxiliary winding voltage Park components. For this purpose, expressions of the inserted winding voltage and its Park components are presented. Simulation results curried out for non defected and defected inverter show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Multiphase (more than three phases) is very much popular due to their eminent features compared to conventional three-phase counter parts. In order to drive the multiphase machine, it requires same phase input w.r.t the no of phases at the output. This paper mainly focuses on five phase, because even after failure of one phase, the performance does not degraded much. Voltage source inverters (VSIs) are used to feed the induction motor. voltage source inverters (VSIs) switches are ON and OFF precisely to control the output. In order to implement harmonic waveform characteristic, carrier based PWM (pulse width modulation) is performed. By using with and without third harmonic injection machine torque is highly improved. Using MATLAB software, the simulation results are presented in the form of computer traces and high traded performance of the machine are discussed.

The paper develops a new topology for a three phase multilevel inverter with a view to reduce the number of switches in the path of the current. It encompasses a mechanism to reach the desired target voltage and in turn enable the three phase induction motor to operate at the specified speed. The formulation incorporates the theory of an appropriate pulse width modulation strategy to ensure the elimination of higher frequency components of the output voltage. The use of relatively smaller number of carriers in the process of generating the switching pulses serves to enhance the output voltage spectrum. The intriguing merits of the phase disposition over the other modulation schemes enable to arrive at a nearly sinusoidal voltage. The performance obtained from the prototype substantiate the MATLAB based simulation results and establish the ability of the series parallel switched multilevel inverter topology to offer an improved performance for the induction motor.

Cross-chain exchange swaps assets among different blockchains, which facilitates cooperation among blockchains. A cross-chain exchange contains several transactions from different blockchains. It requires to synchronize asset transfers in those associated blockchains to avoid partial transfers. Current cross-chain methods are divided into two main types. One locks the assets first and transfers the frozen asset to receivers later. The second one is the two-phase or three-phase transaction commit protocol. Those methods require at least two steps, which makes those blockchains coherent to synchronize at different time(steps). Serialization is required as the second step has to wait for the completion of the first step, and even some steps in the same stage are required to be serialized. Meanwhile, their implements are either by smart contracts or special blockchain structures/roles. Smart contract based methods require to pre-deploy a smart contract and cannot change dynamically. Special structure or role-based methods force associated blockchains to have those special requirements. In this paper, we propose a new cross-chain exchange model based on the dependence of associated transactions, which is expressed inside a transaction and can change when sending transactions. It saves the step to lock the asset or perform a pre-commit and has no special requirements for blockchains or pre-deployment of smart contracts. The simulation results show the proposed model exchanges asset effectively among different blockchains.

The article presents a three-phase mathematical model of asynchronous machine with wound rotor based on differential equations. The equations are resolved with respect to the derivatives of flux linkages. The description of the computer program in the Matlab Simulink that implements the model and allows to simulate transients of the asynchronous motor is present. A simulation model of a three-phase asynchronous machine with wound rotor, which allows to investigate static and dynamic operating ranges when power converters are connected to the rotor circuit has been obtained. The results of approbation of the obtained simulation model in the Matlab Simulink environment and experimental research of asynchronous engine with wound rotor, driving into the asynchronous-valve cascade, are presented. The results of experimental studies of the asynchronous machine under sinusoidal voltage using a stand based on the asynchronous-valve cascade, and comparison of the oscillograms obtained with simulation results of the proposed model are presented. The comparison of experimental and calculated oscillograms of the current of the investigated asynchronous motor can be concluded on satisfactory accuracy of the proposed model and the possibility of its application for modeling and analysis of asynchronous electric drives.
