Electrospinning has become a popular nanotechnology for the fabrication of tissue engineering scaffolds, which can precisely regulate fiber diameter and microstructure. Herein, we have prepared a three-dimensional polyacrylonitrile (PAN) nanofiber by liquid-assisted electrospinning. The spacing between PAN nanofibers can reach to 15-20 μm, as the uniform internally connected pore structure can be formed, through the regulation of parameters. Furthermore, the chitosan attached to the as-prepared nanofibers gives the material antibacterial effect and increases its biocompatibility. Meanwhile, the special structure of chitosan also provides the possibility for further loading drugs in dressings in the future. This newly developed nanocomposite seems to be highly suitable for wound healing due to its unique properties of biodegradability, biocompatibility, and antimicrobial effectiveness.

This year marks the 35-th anniversary of the events related to the liquidation of the consequences of the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant (Chernobyl NPP) and their most important stage - the closure of the destroyed 4-th power unit with a special structure, which was initially called the «Sarcophagus» (later the «Shelter» object). This article presents information about the period May-November 1986 in the aspect of radiation safety of the builders of this unique facility.

This paper is concerned with the global regularity problem on the micropolar Rayleigh-Bénard problem with only velocity dissipation in $\mathbb {R}^{d}$ with $d=2\ or\ 3$ . By fully exploiting the special structure of the system, introducing two combined quantities and using the technique of Littlewood-Paley decomposition, we establish the global regularity of solutions to this system in $\mathbb {R}^{2}$ . Moreover, we obtain the global regularity for fractional hyperviscosity case in $\mathbb {R}^{3}$ by employing various techniques including energy methods, the regularization of generalized heat operators on the Fourier frequency localized functions and logarithmic Sobolev interpolation inequalities.

We introduce Partially Coherent Direct Sum (PCDS) quantum channels, as a generalization of the already known Direct Sum quantum channels. We derive necessary and sufficient conditions to identify the subset of those maps which are degradable, and provide a simplified expression for their quantum capacities. Interestingly, the special structure of PCDS allows us to extend the computation of the quantum capacity formula also for quantum channels which are explicitly not degradable (nor antidegradable). We show instances of applications of the results to dephasing channels, amplitude damping channels and combinations of the two.

In this work, we propose a fabric electrode with a special structure that can play the role of a noise reduction filter. Fabric electrodes made of the conductive fabric have been used for long-term ECG measurements because of their flexibility and non-invasiveness; however, due to the large impedance between the skin and the fabric electrodes, noise is easily introduced into the ECG signal. In contrast to conventional work, in which chip-type passive elements are glued to the electrode to reduce noise, the proposed electrode can obtain a noise-reduced ECG by changing the structure of fabric. Specifically, the proposed electrode was folded multiple times to form a capacitor with a capacitance of about 3 nF. It is combined with the skin-electrode impedance to form a low-pass filter. In the experiment, we made a prototype of the electrodes and measured ECG at rest and during EMG-induced exercise. As a result, the SNR values at rest and during exercise were improved about 12.02 and 10.29 , respectively, compared with the fabric electrode without special structure. In conclusion, we have shown that changing the fabric electrode structure effectively removes noise in ECG measurement.

The paper considers pseudo-Riemannian spaces, the Riemann tensor of which has a special structure. The structure of the Riemann tensor is given as a combination of special symmetric and obliquely symmetric tensors. Tensors are selected so that the results can be applied in the theory of geodetic mappings, the theory of holomorphic-projective mappings of Kähler spaces, as well as other problems arising in differential geometry and its application in general relativity, mechanics and other fields. Through the internal objects of pseudo-Riemannian space, others are determined, which are studied depending on what problems are solved in the study of pseudo-Riemannian spaces. By imposing algebraic or differential constraints on internal objects, we obtain special spaces. In particular, if constraints are imposed on the metric we will have equidistant spaces. If on the Ricci tensor, we obtain spaces that allow φ (Ric)-vector fields, and if on the Einstein tensor, we have almost Einstein spaces. The paper studies pseudo-Riemannian spaces with a special structure of the curvature tensor, which were introduced into consideration in I. Mulin paper. Note that in his work these spaces were studied only with the requirement of positive definiteness of the metric. The proposed approach to the specialization of pseudo-Riemannian spaces is interesting by combining algebraic requirements for the Riemann tensor with differential requirements for its components. In this paper, the research is conducted in tensor form, without restrictions on the sign of the metric. Depending on the structure of the Riemann tensor, there are three special types of pseudo-Riemannian spaces. The properties which, if necessary, satisfy the Richie tensors of pseudoriman space and the tensors which determine the structure of the curvature tensor are studied. In all cases, it is proved that special tensors satisfy the commutation conditions together with the Ricci tensor. The importance and usefulness of such conditions for the study of pseudo-Riemannian spaces is widely known. Obviously, the results can be extended to Einstein tensors. Proven theorems allow us to effectively investigate spaces with constraints on the Ricci tensor.

In this article contains a comparative analysis of ski resorts in the Dmitrovsky district of Mosccow region. There are considered the most famous resorts like the L.Tyagachev ski complex and the Sorochany resort, where various methods of relief modification like ground raising and building a special structure are used. A variant of the development of the L.Tyagachev ski complex with a roller ski track is proposed. The material contains conclusions and a list of used literature.
