Digitalisation is the use of modern digital tools in the nation, In Indian history there was no significant growth of digital tools during independence moment, but later on there is more scope for the usage of digital tools for the study, like study of archaeological sources, Historical tourism pictures, by the help of the ASI (Archaeological survey in India). India has good flora and fauna in the world, India can generate revenue by expanding its digital implementation in all the tourism centres in India, some of the most visited tourist places by Indians and the foreigners, were The Taj-Mahal, Agra, the gate way of India, The Red fort, Mecca Masjid, some temples like Tirupathi, shabirimala etc, these cities are well aware digitalisation, e-payments, advertisement, online booking availability and the availability of internet has made these Indian cities to invest more in digitalisation to make benefit of the customers and to make profit in their business. More over some the Indian recent schemes like “Digital India, Make in India” can try to implement in Tourism and development of tourism GDP / income. So Indian government can try to announce the benefits for the tourist guides, and create lakhs of employment in India, due to pandemic the tourist visitors has decreased and lakhs of tourists lost their lively income, it became unemployed for many months. So India has to face lot of challenges in the pandemic time and try to increase the tourism income of the nation, sources involves online transactions, social or business and economic transactions in electronic or online mode in the state or country, as it provides benefits for the consumers, producers or citizens by saving time, availability in lower cost and reduces the cost of transportation to purchase any products in the sovereign country like India, like education, hotel services, banking insurance, social services like DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) and commerce sectors. KEY WORDS: Social sectors, use of Digital technology in tourism, Covid-19, E-governance and the Indian Economy.

Digital technology is the usage of modern scientific technology and its implementation in most of the sectors, e-administration and the education sector can be the better example for this digitalisation. In the history of digitalisation we can find by sources that, most of the developed economies in the world were using digital technology from the pat decades, but developing countries in the world are using digital implementation a positive factor for sustainable development for the social development of a nation with good legal system in a country and leads to Indian economic growth and social development. Digitalisation benefits in e-education like conferences, MOOC (Massive Open Online Courses), Digital libraries can be taken as a better example for academic progress by the usage of digitalisation, In India digitalisation is playing a vital role from almost 1.5 years, because of lot of demand due to pandemic covid-19 and lockdown situation, India has to take a appositive steps to implementation of digitalisation in all public and private sectors for positive social-economic growth, for digital education, as koutilya mentioned economics and social-political system and law in Arthashastra

Abstract In this paper, a novel memristor-based multi-scroll hyperchaotic system is proposed. Based on a voltage-controlled memristor and a modulating sine nonlinear function, a novel method is proposed to generate the multi-scroll hyperchaotic attractors. First, a multi-scroll chaotic system is constructed from a three-dimensional chaotic system by designing a modulating sine nonlinear function. Then, a voltage-controlled memristor is introduced into the above-designed multi-scroll chaotic system. Thus, a memristor-based multi-scroll hyperchaotic system is generated, and this hyperchaotic system can produce various coexisting hyperchaotic attractors with different topological structures. Moreover, different number of scrolls and different topological attractors can be obtained by varying the initial conditions of this system without changing the system parameters. The Lyapunov exponents, bifurcation diagrams and basins of attraction are given to analyze the dynamical characteristics of the multi-scroll hyperchaotic system. Besides, the FPGA-based digital implementation of the memristor-based multi-scroll hyperchaotic system is carried out. The experimental results of the FPGA-based digital circuit are displayed on the oscilloscope.

The guide of experts is a directory of researchers from an institution who are willing to collaborate with the media and allows journalists to locate them autonomously in a short time. It is a communication tool that optimizes the media projection of the organization's intellectual capital, increasing the visibility, branding, and organization's intellectual capital, increasing the visibility, brand, and reputation of the institution. For this reason, its presence and management in Spanish private universities are researched. The objectives are to ascertain their presence or absence from the guide; identify the reasons that have slowed down their digital implementation; analyze their location, type of format, and languages; research how an expert is located; analyze the curricular data offered by the researcher; reveal the curricular data offered by the expert, and make known the methods for contacting the specialist. The methodology is based on content analysis and the study period is from February to June 2020. The results indicate a poor presence, although they are always located in the press rooms and their format is usually digital (not in pdf), allowing the search by name-surname or specialty, mainly only in Spanish, offering little curricular information on the researchers and always allowing contact by telephone or institutional e-mail through both direct contact and contact mediated by the communication office. It concludes with an overview of its implementation and an identification of the dysfunctions and good practices detected for transferring scientific knowledge through this organizational tool.

Abstract Capitalization of lessons learned on Asset Integrity Management during Front End Loading phases of a green field Project Development, by defining plan for implementation of a diagnostic digital tool for reducing downtime and introduce predictive maintenance during Operation. Eni developed a platform of Digital applications for enhanced Operations management by implementing an Integrated Asset Management (IAM) system. Advanced Analytics tool is part of it and is designed for monitoring, foreseeing and preventing production upsets and anomalies; the tool is set up by verification of areas of interest and criticalities, with identification of main equipment data sets and by the implementation and validation of predictive models. Starting from historical data, data scientists supported by experts develop algorithms capable of finding interdependencies between a set of input variables and an output variable (phenomenon to be predicted/monitored), thus detecting anomalies and criticalities. Main areas of benefit are envisaged on Production continuity, capable of predicting problems on static and rotating equipment and giving information on the most impacting variables on the incipient problems. The tool will support technicians to help them preventing failures and out-of-specs events which may cause loss of production or asset integrity issues, with the activation of predictive maintenance and the aim to strive a continuous monitoring and improvement of plant operational performances. An Energy Efficiency predictive model will also be set up, capable of forecasting the future energy performances of the asset through the prediction of the Stationary Combustion of Carbon Dioxide (CO2) emission index (t CO2/kbbl) and providing the list of the main influencing equipment and variables. The plan for implementation of the tool from the Early phases of development help the organization on prioritizing the implementation of Digital tools as part of the execution and realization of the Asset to be delivered to the Operational personnel, by easing the transition and avoiding subsequent retrofitting carrying brownfield works and additional costs. The implementation of Advanced Analytics tool has been embedded in a new green field initiative of a Development Project since Front End Loading phases, thus fostering digital implementation and minimizing deployment costs by including those as part of the Investment Proposal presented to Joint Venture Partners and Authorities.

AbstractIn this paper, bidirectional-coupled neurons through an asymmetric electrical synapse are investigated. These coupled neurons involve 2D Hindmarsh–Rose (HR) and 2D FitzHugh–Nagumo (FN) neurons. The equilibria of the coupled neurons model are investigated, and their stabilities have revealed that, for some values of the electrical synaptic weight, the model under consideration can display either self-excited or hidden firing patterns. In addition, the hidden coexistence of chaotic bursting with periodic spiking, chaotic spiking with period spiking, chaotic bursting with a resting pattern, and the coexistence of chaotic spiking with a resting pattern are also found for some sets of electrical synaptic coupling. For all the investigated phenomena, the Hamiltonian energy of the model is computed. It enables the estimation of the amount of energy released during the transition between the various electrical activities. Pspice simulations are carried out based on the analog circuit of the coupled neurons to support our numerical results. Finally, an STM32F407ZE microcontroller development board is exploited for the digital implementation of the proposed coupled neurons model.

This paper describes a modularized smart system architecture which is integrated with Internet of Thing (IoT) into the DC-DC converters to build a programmable technique to leverage machine learning algorithms to predict possible future faults to the system. In addition, it facilitates the performance optimization of the boost converter. This system can be established with low computing hardware to simulates the control behavior and data-driven method of IoT-based, due to the unreliability initiated from the integration of IoT technology and power electronic converters. In response to these challenges, the current paper addresses a scientific approach using small signal analysis of dc-dc boost converter (non-Ideal) with closed loop control to analyze the small deviations or abnormalities in transient region and the steady-state operating point. Complete state-space analysis is done to obtain output voltage using pulse width modulation techniques for boosting the voltage of the input voltage to a higher level by momentarily storing and release the energy in the conductor. The model of the converter is designed and simulated using voltage mode controlling method. Digital implementation based on Arduino platform was implemented to compensate perturbations of sudden load variation either on voltage or current loads. A Simulation study is conducted to validate the result of the step-up dc-dc converter using MATLAB.
