The agricultural and technological combination is blessed for modern world life. Internet of things (IoT) is essential for comfort and development to our agriculture side. In our study, we detected the various pest using different types of sensors and this information has automatically sent to the farmer's mobile for the alert. All these sensors had a central database. Those sensors collect all the data and display the results compared to the central data. The High-image sensor will be able to detect all the rays emitted from the plant and another one is the gas sensor which is able to detect all the gases coming from the diseased plant. We mainly use sound sensor, MQ138, CMOSOV-7670, AMG-8833 for a better automation system. We test it with real-time environment conditions (40°C≤TA≤14°C). Crop pest detection automatic process is more efficient than the other detection process according to testing output. As a result, far-reaching changes in the agricultural sector are possible. To reduce extra cost and increasing more farming ability we need to IoT and Agriculture combinations more.

В современном мире происходит формирование нового мирохозяйственного уклада, который характеризуется нестабильностью геополитической обстановки и «перекроением» торгово-экономических отношений, а также форсированным развитием высоких технологий и их активным внедрением в производственную сферу. В этой связи актуальным вопросом является усиление позиций России на международном рынке посредством реализации конкурентных преимуществ отечественных продовольственных товаров. Основа любого высокоэффективного и качественного производства, в том числе и аграрного, – техническая и технологическая оснащенность, высокий уровень которой обеспечивает своевременное выполнение агротехнологических мероприятий без нарушения технологических сроков сельскохозяйственных работ. Проведенные исследования показали, что в нашей стране отмечается значительное отставание в техникотехнологической обеспеченности и инновационности АПК в сравнении с передовыми аграрными странами, что не позволяет в полной мере реализовать потенциал сельскохозяйственной отрасли. В развитых странах мира отмечается переход к шестому технологическому укладу, основанному на применении наукоемких технологий. В этой связи для нашей страны все большую актуальность приобретают вопросы техникотехнологической модернизации и цифровизации аграрной отрасли, повышения инновационной активности субъектов агробизнеса, повсеместного использования научных достижений пятого технологического уклада и ускоренного перехода на «рельсы» шестого технологического уклада. Решение данных вопросов обеспечит паритет России с ведущими аграрными странами по качественным и количественным характеристикам выпускаемой сельскохозяйственной продукции на международном рынке. Одним из решений данной проблемы может стать разработка и внедрение единой государственной политики модернизации аграрной отрасли страны. In the modern world a new world economic structure is being formed, which is characterized by the instability of the geopolitical situation and the «redrawing» of trade and economic relations, as well as the forced development of high technologies and their active introduction into the production sphere. In this regard, an urgent issue is the strengthening of Russia's position in the international market through the implementation of competitive advantages of domestic food products. The basis of any high-efficiency and high-quality production, including agricultural, is technical and technological equipment, the high level of which ensures the timely implementation of agricultural technological measures without violating the technological terms of agricultural work. The conducted studies have shown that in our country there is a significant lag in the technical and technological provision and innovation of the agro-industrial complex in comparison with advanced agricultural countries, which does not allow us to fully realize the potential of the agricultural industry. In the developed countries of the world, there is a transition to the sixth technological structure, based on the use of high-tech technologies. In this regard, the issues of technical and technological modernization and digitalization of the agricultural sector, increasing the innovative activity of agribusiness entities, the widespread use of scientific achievements of the fifth technological structure and the accelerated transition to the «rails» of the sixth technological structure are becoming increasingly relevant for our country. The solution of these issues will ensure the parity of Russia with the leading agricultural countries in terms of the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of agricultural products on the international market. One of the solutions to this problem can be the development and implementation of a unified state policy for the modernization of the agricultural sector of the country.

In this study, we propose a real-time pedestrian detection system using a FPGA with a digital image sensor. Comparing with some prior works, the proposed implementation realizes both the histogram of oriented gradients (HOG) and the trained support vector machine (SVM) classification on a FPGA. Moreover, the implementation does not use any external memory or processors to assist the implementation. Although the implementation implements both the HOG algorithm and the SVM classification in hardware without using any external memory modules and processors, the proposed implementation’s resource utilization of the FPGA is lower than most of the prior art. The main reasons resulting in the lower resource usage are: (1) simplification in the Getting Bin sub-module; (2) distributed writing and two shift registers in the Cell Histogram Generation sub-module; (3) reuse of each sum of the cell histogram in the Block Histogram Normalization sub-module; and (4) regarding a window of the SVM classification as 105 blocks of the SVM classification. Moreover, compared to Dalal and Triggs’s pure software HOG implementation, the proposed implementation‘s average detection rate is just about 4.05% less, but can achieve a much higher frame rate.

The article presents indicators of the agricultural industry management system: doing business in a digital and technological transformation from the perspective of an ontological approach. It is important to note that it is impossible to transform under the requirements of the modern world without the introduction of innovation. However, innovation is always marked by financial costs and loss of time, which reduces the innovative activity of organizations in the agricultural sector, and, therefore, determines the diagnosis of innovation and investment policy. Forming an indicative methodology for justifying, measuring and developing the readiness of the agricultural sector’s management system to conduct entrepreneurship in the context of digital and technological transformation from the perspective of an ontological approach is evident as a process of formation and implementation of investment potential to ensure the release of innovative competitive products based on an advanced technology platform.

According to the principle of processing, a non-contact photoelectric detection method for double-enveloping hourglass worm is investigated. The structure of the detection system is designed. It consists of solid-state image sensor CCD and light source. The parallel light source is installed on a sliding-board which is fixed on the rotary table. There is an inclination angular β between the parallel light source and the plane of the work table. The industrial CCD lens is mounted on the other side of the worm through a frame. The plane of the CCD is vertical to the parallel light source. Therefore CCD imaging is along with the direction of the generating process surface. By comparing the measured spiral tooth surface with the standard spiral tooth surface, the manufacturing error of worm can be calculated. Manufacturing accuracy of the worm can be obtained. Based on the four-axis CNC grinder, Non-contact photoelectric detection method is studied through preliminary experimental study. The experimental results indicate that this method is feasible in the precise detection of the double-enveloping hourglass worm.

A stacked CMOS active pixel image-sensor (APS) has been developed for detecting various kinds of charged particles and its noise performance has been measured and analyzed. The sensitivity for ions and electrons with keV energy level utilizes for ion microscopy such-as SIMS and electron microscopy, respectively.Charge particles such as ions and electrons with kinetic energy of keV order are useful probes for surface analysis of material. A measurement system which yields two-dimensional image of charge particles is highly demanded. The conventional two-dimensional detection system is composed of a micro channel plate, a florescent plate which receives multiplied secondary electrons and generates a visible image, and a visible image sensor. However, its limited dynamic range and non-linearity in the ion-electron-to-photon conversion process make a quantitative measurement difficult. The proposed system using a stacked CMOS APS has several advantages over the conventional system such as high spatial resolution, no insensitive time, high S/N, wide dynamic range, nondestructive readout capability, high robustness, and low power consumption.
