The objective of this research was developed to evaluate the working conditions of workers in an electronic industry located in the city of Mexicali, analyzing a process in a work table where welding operations of electronic components are made and certain factors are presented that generated discomfort to the operating personnel of this manufacturing area. The workers frequently visited the company doctor and health institutions in Mexicali due to symptoms of discomfort and pain in the head, neck, back, spine, arms, hands, and shoulders in addition to discomfort in the eyes due to not having a position due to poor structure (work table and chair) and low light intensity, which caused fatigue and stress and discomfort with eyestrain. In addition, certain employees in the production areas presented symptoms of respiratory diseases caused by an environment contaminated by pollutants, essentially derived from sulfur (sulfides), as well as variations in temperature and relative humidity in the four seasons of the year.

3D printing technology has great potential in today's manufacturing world where one of its uses is in the prototype of a product. One of the most famous and inexpensive 3D printing technologies is the Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) method. Many studies have been carried out using this FDM method. In this study, the printing of motorbike light relay boxes was carried out using the FDM method with two variations of speed, temperature and infill of each mass. 3D Printing uses a nozzle diameter of 0.4 mm and a work table temperature of 60oC and a height of 0.2 mm for each layer with support every where. From the research results, all the products produced have a rough surface with a level of geometric accuracy ranging from 0.91% for the length dimension and 7.73% for the width dimension of the product.

Politeknik Negeri Samarinda adalah salah satu perguruan tinggi di Samarinda yang terdiri dari beberapa jurusan dan program studi. Salah satunya adalah Jurusan Desain yang terdiri dari dua program studi yaitu Desain Produk dan Arsitektur. Ke dua Program Studi tersebut masing-masing memiliki gedung perkuliahan. Karena gedung program studi Arsitektur masih baru maka dibutuhkan meja khusus Ketua Jurusan Desain di gedung tersebut. Tujuan perancangan meja kerja ini adalah untuk melengkapi kebutuhan produk mebel di ruang Ketua Jurusan yang ada di gedung Arsitektur. Desain meja kerja ini menggunakan konsep portable dan sistem lepas-pasang pada bagian-bagian tertentu yang dapat mengatasi permasalahan space ruang kantor dan pintu yang sempit, serta  mengutamakan kebutuhan pengguna dari segi fungsi dan estetikanya. Dengan metode perancangan yang dilakukan antara lain; pengumpulan data, analisa data, konsep atau spesifikasi desain, alternatif desain, pengembangan alternatif terpilih, serta desain akhir, maka didapatkan hasil akhir perancangan meja kerja dengan konsep portable bergaya desain modern sesuai kebutuhan dan keinginan pengguna. Dengan dibuatnya meja kerja yang sesuai fungsi dan estetis diharapkan dapat membantu aktivitas kantor harian untuk Ketua Jurusan Desain Politeknik Negeri Samarinda, sehingga tercipta desain yang lebih baik.  Samarinda State Polytechnic is one of the colleges in Samarinda consisting of several majors and courses, one of which is the Design Department, which consists of two courses, namely the Product Design and Architecture. Study Program Product Design and Architecture have each lecture building. Because the building Architectural studies program is still new, the need for a special desk Chairman of the Department of Design at the building. Work table design objectives are to complement the needs of furniture products in the existing Chairman of the Department of Architecture building. Another objective of this work table design that uses the concept of portable and removable systems in certain parts that can overcome the problems of space for office space and the narrow door, and prioritize the needs of users in terms of function and aesthetics. With a design method of among others; data collection, data analysis, concept or design specifications, design alternatives, the selected alternative development, as well as the final design, the final results obtained design concept portable workbench with a modern design style according to the needs and desires of the users. We make appropriate workbench and aesthetic functions are expected to help the daily office activities to the Chairman of Samarinda State Polytechnic School of Design, so as to create a better design.

Meikarta Apartment Project at the beginning of the implementation of the method that is used is a formwork system so that the spring mounting groove formwork and casting becomes inhibited. With some consideration, the formwork method was changed from the Semi si stem method to the System (Table Form). Therefore an analysis of costs and time in formwork planning is carried out in order to obtain effective and efficient planning results. At this stage begins with field observations, literature studies include information gathering, problem formulation activities, primary and secondary data and data analysis processing with the Analysis of SNI Work Unit Price (AHS-SNI) 2018 To produce the price of formwork work which includes wages, materials and tool. Based on the results of the analysis carried out on each formwork method, it was concluded that the Cost of Formwork System Work (Table Form) is cheaper compared to Semi system. The total cost of work using the Semi system as much as Rp. 4,837,286,252.27 While using formwork System (Table Form) as much as Rp. 3,724,594,795.77. This shows that work using the System (Table Form) is cheaper by Rp. 1,112,691,456.50 or around 23%.

AbstractSpecifically, maintaining a prolonged sitting position is considered to be associated with an increased risk of musculoskeletal disorders in the back, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, hips, knees and legs. The purpose of this study is to generate data, which can be used to support decisions on improving the health of dental technicians, whose basic activity is carried out in a sitting position at the work table, in order to improve the quality of life. Implementation of ergonomic measures, in the area where professional activities directly affect the physical and mental health of the employee, is of great importance.

CV. XYZ is one of the welding workshops that serves the manufacture of iron products with 4 (four) welding workers. Welding work carries risks for experiencing Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) for the welding worker. This can be caused by work posture factors that often bend and squat when doing welding. Based on the calculation results, REBA score results obtained with action level 3 (three) which states that the welding work in the CV. XYZ is at a high level of risk so immediate corrective action is needed by CV. XYZ Proposed improvement of the worker's posture when welding work is a redesign of the work station or the addition of work aids based on ergonomic principles such as the procurement of a work table for the welding work process so as to reduce the risk of workers' posture to a low risk level. Keyword : Musculoskeletal Disorders, REBA, Welding, Work PostureCV. XYZ  merupakan salah satu bengkel pengelasan yang melayani pembuatan produk besi dengan 4 (empat) orang pekerja pengelasan. Pekerjaan pengelasan memiliki risiko untuk mengalami Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) bagi pekerja pengelasan tersebut. Hal ini dapat disebabkan oleh faktor postur kerja yang sering membungkuk dan jongkok saat melakukan pengelasan. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, didapatkan hasil skor REBA dengan action level 3 (tiga) yang menyatakan bahwa pekerjaan pengelasan di CV. XYZ berada pada level risiko tinggi sehingga diperlukan tindakan perbaikan secepatnya oleh CV. XYZ. Usulan perbaikan postur tubuh pekerja saat pekerjaan pengelasan adalah perancangan ulang stasiun kerja atau penambahan alat bantu kerja berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip ergonomi seperti pengadaan meja kerja untuk proses pekerjaan pengelasan sehingga dapat mengurangi risiko postur tubuh pekerja menjadi level risiko rendah. Kata Kunci: Musculoskeletal Disorders, Pengelasan, Postur Kerja, REBA

Abstrak  Meja adalah salah satu furniture yang memiliki permukaan datar dan bagian bawahnya disokong oleh empat kaki dan memiliki sebuah laci. Yang dimaksud dengan meja kerja adalah suatu produk yang digunakan oleh direktur, staf maupun pegawai sebagai alas untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan kantor. Dalam pekerjaan seorang Staf Administrasi SMAN 7 Samarinda pastinya menggunakan sebuah meja yang dapat memenuhi semua kebutuhan dalam bekerja, Salah satunya adalah tempat penyimpanan berkas pekerjaan dan memiliki ukuran yang sesuai dengan ruangan yang ada. Saat ini Staf Administrasi SMAN 7 Samarinda memiliki meja kerja yang ada pada umumnya, akan tetapi memiliki kondisi yang kurang memadahi seperti halnya pada laci penyimpanan berkas yang rusak atau bolong serta belum adanya modifikasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan penggunanya dalam hal kenyamanan dan fungsionalnya. Dengan kondisi tersebut si pengguna itu sendiri harus meletakkan berkas-berkas pekerjaan diatas meja. Dengan metode yang sudah dilakukan di antaranya, prelimanary design, design development dan final design, maka didapatkan hasil akhir perancangan meja kerja staf Administrasi SMAN 7 Samarinda yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan konsumen dan kenyamanan pada saat digunakan serta diperlukan modifikasi. Dengan dibuatnya Meja Kerja ini dapat membantu aktivitas pekerjaan Staf Administrasi SMAN 7 Samarinda. Kata Kunci : meja,meja kerja, minimalis.   Abstract  A table is one of the furniture that has a flat surface and the bottom is supported by four legs and has a drawer. What is meant by a work desk is a product that is used by directors, staff and employees as a base for completing office work. In the work of an Administrative Staff of SMAN 7 Samarinda, of course, using a table that can fulfill all the needs of work, one of which is a file storage job and has a size that matches the existing room. Currently the SMAN 7 Samarinda Administrative Staff has an existing work desk in general, but has less adequate conditions such as in damaged or perforated file storage drawers and there has been no modification in accordance with the user's needs in terms of comfort and functionality. Under these conditions the user himself must put the work files on the table. With the methods that have been carried out including, data collection, data analysis, and final design, the final results of the design of the SMAN 7 Samarinda Administration staff work table are in accordance with consumer needs and convenience when used and modifications needed.
