Introductioan: Indonesia is a country that upholds the protection of human rights . One of the human rights pillars of concern for Indonesia is legal protection for Persons with Disabilities.Purposes of the Research: The study aims to determine whether the national regulations in Indonesia have accommodated the implementation of the Right to Work in accordance with Article 27 of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) and the availability of regulation at the regional level, especially in Ambon as a form of protection for the Disability Right to Work.Methods of the Research: This research was conducted using normative methods. The results of this study were presented in a descriptive analysis report.Results of the Research: The results showed that the Act and regulations in Indonesia have not been maximal in providing protection for workers with disabilities because not all rights in Article 27 of the CRPD were regulated in national regulations. Relating to the protection of the right to work for persons with disabilities in the city of Ambon, there was no district regulations.

This study aims at analyzing the legal system for protection of individuals with disabilities in Jordan, especially after the ratification of the 2007 Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities by Jordan. Then, the Jordanian Kingdom presented three-step measures to guarantee the rights of disabled persons. First, it introduced specific laws into the national legal corpus. Secondly, it made up a three-year strategy to enhance the protection of this particular panel of the population. Thirdly, a special committee was established whose duty is to assess the adequacy of national laws to the International treaties.

One of the strongest reasons for proposing polygamy as contained in article 57 letter b is that teh wife have a body defect (imperfect body) so that the husban can file a divorce and disability claim which is called diffable. There are regulations that regulate the similarity of rights before the law such as human rights, law number 4 of 1997 concerning persons with disabilities, the constitution of the Republik of Indonesia years 1945, law number 19 years 2011 concerning the ratification of disability conventions and law number 18 years 2016 concerning disability. Formulation of the problem is 1) what is the jurdical analysis of legal protection for women with disabilities in article 57 letter b KHI. 2) what is the solution or form of legal protection for women with disabilities in article 57 letter b KHI. Methodes is qualitative descreibed by the statute approach and conceptual aprroach. Type of library research and data collection in documentation and data analysis using content analiysis. Validity of data in credibility and data triangulation. Conclusion, the provisions of article 57 letter b conflict with human rights and disability law there are law number 4 years 1997 concerning persons with disabilities, the Republik Of Indonesia years 1945 artcle 27, law number 19 years 2011 concerning convention on the right of persons with disabilities and law number 8 years 2016 concerning disability and the jugde must tigthen not to grant the husban who wants to be polygamy for the reason of the disability. People with disabilities are the most vulnerable and most disadvantaged group in the world. It is estimated that more than a billion people, or about 15% of the world's population, live with some form of disability. More than 250 million older people have moderate or severe disabilities. Disability in the modern world has manifested itself as one of the global problems affecting the interests of almost all spheres of activity, but despite the existing national, regional and international legal norms, as well as the activities of international organizations and the efforts of non-governmental organizations around the world, belonging to people with disabilities human rights are still not adequately respected. This article discusses such important aspects, as discrimination faced by people with disabilities, formation of international legal protection of the rights of persons with disabilities and implementation of international documents in national law by states. The purpose of this research is to find out how the principles of legal protection for persons with disabilities and how the implementation of legal protection for persons with disabilities. Indonesia has strong legal principles in making Indonesia a constitutional state with the existence of regulations on guarantees for the protection and empowerment of persons with disabilities which are reflected in; Pancasila as the state philosophy, the Preamble of the 1945 Constitution, Law, TAP MPR, Conventions and International Declarations on human rights. Likewise, legal recognition of persons with disabilities can be seen from the regulations, both Indonesian state regulations, and regulations, or international organizations that provide legal guarantees for the rights of persons with disabilities.

The purpose of this study was to analyze legal protection for persons with disabilities in Indonesia and the implementation of the convention on the rights of persons with disabilities in Indonesia. The approach used in this research was a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis method. The type of research used normative juridical. Data collection techniques used literature study. The results of the study indicated that legal protection for persons with disabilities in Indonesia had been included in the constitution and several laws and regulations. The principles of equality and non-discrimination were contained in several instruments. The existence of special rights granted to persons with disabilities to be able to maintain their identity, characteristics, and traditions. Non-discriminatory treatment was equally important to achieve equal treatment. The implementation of the convention on the rights of persons with disabilities in Indonesia was evidenced by the ratification of Law Number 19 of 2011 concerning Ratification of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. Providing equal opportunities for persons with disabilities in all aspects of state and community administration, respecting, protecting, and fulfilling the rights of persons with disabilities, including the provision of adequate accessibility and accommodation aimed at protecting from neglect, exploitation, harassment, all discriminatory actions, and violations of human rights.

Indonesia as a democratic country which has the freedom to enjoy its life legally must be protected, including disabilities, so that part of the constitutional right as regulated in Article 28 I paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. Persons with disabilities are far from the government's attention in accommodating their rights so that people with disabilities are often marginalized by other groups so that they are less confident in expression by social interaction with other communities so that their existence is still far from a sense of security and protection legally even though they are rights human rights with disabilities must be treated equally and equally, which should be treated specifically because they have physical limitations, this means that the existence of persons with disabilities can have legal protection. prevailed. The problems in this regard, first, how is the existence of persons with disabilities in human rights, and legal protection in an effort to fulfill their rights. This study is a normative legal study aimed at finding and formulating legal arguments, through analysis of the subject matter. The technique of collecting legal materials is carried out by literature study. The approach used in this research is the statute approach, which is by examining the applicable legal rules relating to disabilities. This research concludes that the government seems still far from fulfilling the rights of persons with disabilities in human rights to obtain government understanding into multiple interpretations that can harm human rights with disabilities.Keywords: Existence, Disability, Human Rights

The state has an obligation to protect its citizens, including the protection of women and children with disabilities. Given that people with disabilities remain the most vulnerable and marginalized group in every society, even though the international and national human rights movements have improved, in general this group is still in the last row enjoying it. The purpose of this research is to analyze and study legal protection for women and children with disabilities and the obstacles that exist in Indonesia. The research method used in this research is normative juridical, with the approach used the statutory approach. The results of his research show that women and children with disabilities in Indonesia have obtained legal protection based on human rights law and international treaties that have been ratified by the Indonesian government, although in implementation there are still obstacles that occur but this does not prevent fulfillment of the rights of persons with disabilities in Indonesia, especially for women and children.
