The demand for identifying a reliable person is increased because of security issues in our daily life. At present, to identify a person biometric technique such as face recognition is introduced. Since,a person with abnormal behaviour recognition system has reached certain level, their accomplishments in real time applications are restricted by challenges, such as illumination variations. The present visual recognition system is good at controlled illumination conditions and thermal face recognition system is better for detecting disguised persons or when there is no illumination control. Hence, a hybrid system which uses both visual and thermal images for recognising a person is better. The objective of this research is to implement a method which improves the quality of the image by fusing visual and thermal imaging images. Our research methodology has introduced to enhance servo line camera images. Nonlinear image transfer functions were introduced, and the parameters associated with those functions are determined by image statistics for making adaptive algorithms. Next methodswereintroduced for registering the visual images to their consequent thermal images. To get a transformation matrix for the registration, the landmarks in the images are first detected and a subset of those landmarks were selected to obtain the matrix, we propose a hybrid algorithm for detection, tracking and classification using OFSA algorithm to fuse the registered thermal and visual images. In this research, we focus on object detection using OFSA algorithm for more accuracy.

Face recognition using thermal imaging has the main advantage of being less affected by lighting conditions compared to images in the visible spectrum. However, there are factors such as the process of human thermoregulation that cause variations in the surface temperature of the face. These variations cause recognition systems to lose effectiveness. In particular, alcohol intake causes changes in the surface temperature of the face. It is of high relevance to identify not only if a person is drunk but also their identity. In this paper, we present a technique for face recognition based on thermal face images of drunk people. For the experiments, the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso-Drunk Thermal Face database (PUCV-DTF) was used. The recognition system was carried out by using local binary patterns (LBPs). The LBP features were obtained from the bioheat model from thermal image representation and a fusion of thermal images and a vascular network extracted from the same image. The feature vector for each image is formed by the concatenation of the LBP histogram of the thermogram with an anisotropic filter and the fused image, respectively. The proposed technique has an average percentage of 99.63% in the Rank-10 cumulative classification; this performance is superior compared to using LBP in thermal images that do not use the bioheat model.

Now a day’s face detection technology is widely used technique. It attracted attention for much valuable application in the market such as face recognition system. Biometric authentication is most important method in security system. Universally used Biometric fingerprint scanner can be bypassed quite easily. It can be broke easily. Biometric face recognition has been introduced to improve the security of a system. Methods such as Motion based and texture based are used for biometric face recognition. But these methods have less robustness and poor generalization ability. But apart from further security issues, this paper presents a new approach to make attendance of the student in class by the face recognition. Now a day’s attendance system is usually done manually or by the biometric fingerprint. Those are mistaken and tedious techniques. So this technique records the student’s participation in classroom consequently and provide facility for teachers for obtaining the data of the student effectively using log to check in and out time

This article shows how to create a robust thermal face recognition system based on the FaceNet architecture. We propose a method for generating thermal images to create a thermal face database with six different attributes (frown, glasses, rotation, normal, vocal, and smile) based on various deep learning models. First, we use StyleCLIP, which oversees manipulating the latent space of the input visible image to add the desired attributes to the visible face. Second, we use the GANs N’ Roses (GNR) model, a multimodal image-to-image framework. It uses maps of style and content to generate thermal imaging from visible images, using generative adversarial approaches. Using the proposed generator system, we create a database of synthetic thermal faces composed of more than 100k images corresponding to 3227 individuals. When trained and tested using the synthetic database, the Thermal-FaceNet model obtained a 99.98% accuracy. Furthermore, when tested with a real database, the accuracy was more than 98%, validating the proposed thermal images generator system.

Biometrics refers to metrics related to human characteristics and Traits. Face Recognition is the process of identification of a person by their facial image. It has been an active area of research for several decades, but still remains a challenging problem because of the complexity of the human face. The objective is to authenticate a person, to have a FAR and FRR very low. This project introduces a new approach for face recognition system using FFT algorithm. The database that contains the images is named as train database and the test image which is stored in test database is compared with the created train database. For further processing RGB data is converted into grayscale, thus reduces the matrix dimension. FFT is applied to the entire database and mean value of the images is computed and the same is repeated on test database also. Based on the threshold value of the test image, face recognition is done. Performance evaluation of Biometrics is done for normal image, skin color image, ageing image and blur image using False Acceptance Rate(FAR), False Rejection Rate(FRR), Equal Error Rate(EER) and also calculated the accuracy of different images.

For unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), object detection at different scales is an important component for the visual recognition. Recent advances in convolutional neural networks (CNNs) have demonstrated that attention mechanism remarkably enhances multiscale representation of CNNs. However, most existing multiscale feature representation methods simply employ several attention blocks in the attention mechanism to adaptively recalibrate the feature response, which overlooks the context information at a multiscale level. To solve this problem, a multiscale feature filtering network (MFFNet) is proposed in this paper for image recognition system in the UAV. A novel building block, namely, multiscale feature filtering (MFF) module, is proposed for ResNet-like backbones and it allows feature-selective learning for multiscale context information across multiparallel branches. These branches employ multiple atrous convolutions at different scales, respectively, and further adaptively generate channel-wise feature responses by emphasizing channel-wise dependencies. Experimental results on CIFAR100 and Tiny ImageNet datasets reflect that the MFFNet achieves very competitive results in comparison with previous baseline models. Further ablation experiments verify that the MFFNet can achieve consistent performance gains in image classification and object detection tasks.

In this study, we designed a four-dimensional (4D) audiovisual entertainment system called Sense. This system comprises a scene recognition system and hardware modules that provide haptic sensations for users when they watch movies and animations at home. In the scene recognition system, we used Google Cloud Vision to detect common scene elements in a video, such as fire, explosions, wind, and rain, and further determine whether the scene depicts hot weather, rain, or snow. Additionally, for animated videos, we applied deep learning with a single shot multibox detector to detect whether the animated video contained scenes of fire-related objects. The hardware module was designed to provide six types of haptic sensations set as line-symmetry to provide a better user experience. After the system considers the results of object detection via the scene recognition system, the system generates corresponding haptic sensations. The system integrates deep learning, auditory signals, and haptic sensations to provide an enhanced viewing experience.
