The study mentioned a curing equipment with UV LED array based on pyroelectric sensor and AP3706, which is based on the primary side control circuit so that it can complete the LED array constant voltage constant current output.the light source drive can output the constant voltage and constant current. The sensing signal processing signal integrated circuit BISS0001 as the pyroelectric sensor amplifier circuit as core, with relay making up the protection module of curing device. The experimental results show that, the curing equipment can realize the stable and homogeneous UV output, and when a human body in front of LED, the array will disabled to keep the human body away from damage UV induced.

Heart Sounds are important things in the human body that can deliver information related to the heart condition. However, a recorded signal such as PCG and ECG that getting through Audicor still contain unexpected components or noise while the recording process happens it makes the result data from Audicor cannot directly use to recognize the condition of the heart. This research presents signal processing and data analysis to suppress the noise of the heart sounds that getting while the process of recording data happens. The cleaned heart sound will be processed in feature extraction by using FFT and PCA that capable to produce the feature both of the normal and abnormal heart sounds. For the normal case, we get the data from some healthy volunteers recorded by using Audicor. While the abnormal heart sound we focus to observe the data that contain Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD) that getting from a partner hospital.  As a result, feature both normal and abnormal heart sounds can be separated.

Abstract The aim of the article is to verify the method of measuring motion capture in wheelchair during conditions of actual use and to formally describe how the measurement points are processed. The developed method and the measurement data processing process extract a set of parameters from the study that describe the kinematics of the human body while propelling a wheelchair. The method includes an algorithm to process data from video recorded with a sports camera to the coordinates of the marker position. For the selected marker positions, a data processing algorithm was proposed to determine universal parameters used in the assessment of the kinematics of the human body in terms of wheelchair use. The method has been verified with actual tests that analyzed the kinematics of the human body while propelling a wheelchair under various operating conditions. The proposed method of measuring motion capture involves inexpensive research equipment, offers the possibility of use in real conditions.

Melatonin is a versatile physiological agent that relating to the control of numerous physiologic processes owing to the multiplicity of sites of formation and the presence of melatonin receptors in various places of a human body. The melatonin metabolite 6-sulphatoxymelatonin (alias aMT6s or 6-SMT) infiltrates in urine. Therefore, there is a sense to find the sensitive and selective express-methods for the precise detection of melatonin metabolites in body fluids. The calibrators are proper tools for the signal processing. In the present research work that is the set of few calibers with well-defined concentrations of analyte. Comparison of the measured response of actual sample with reactions of calibers permits to interpret the real signal. Such a response can be either the transmittance or the optical density of sample that are measured by a photometer. The calibration of dose-response relation has been described by logistic Hill's curve with four parameters. The photometric transmittances of analyzed solutions were considered as the response. This paper describes the evaluation and comparison of sets of Hill's parameters for aMT6s-calibrators of independent producers. Reliable calibrators could help to simplify the analysis of urinary melatonin-sulfate dose. Such express-analysis could be more accessible in addition. Hence, the problem of creation of reliable calibrators is still unsolved and challenging.

Hydroxyapatite bioceramics has attracted many material scientists as it is the main constituent of the bone and the teeth in human body. The synthesis of the bioceramics has been performed for years. Nowadays, the synthetic work is not only focused on the hydroapatite but also on the fluorapatite and chlorapatite bioceramics since later materials have also biological compatibility with human tissues; and they may also be very promising for clinic purpose. However, in comparison of the synthetic bioceramics with natural one on microstructure, a great differences were observed according to our previous results. We have investigated these differences further in this work since they are very important to appraise the synthetic bioceramics for their clinic application. The synthetic hydroxyapatite and chlorapatite were prepared according to A. Krajewski and A. Ravaglioli and their recent work. The briquettes from different hydroxyapatite or chlorapatite powders were fired in a laboratory furnace at the temperature of 900-1300°C. The samples of human enamel selected for the comparison with synthetic bioceramics were from Chinese adult teeth.

This is a combined study of two diffirent branches, photogrammetry and morphology of blood cells. The three dimensional quantitative analysis of erythrocytes using SEMP technique, electron computation technique and photogrammetry theory has made it possible to push the study of mophology of blood cells from LM, TEM, SEM to a higher stage, that of SEM P. A new path has been broken for deeply study of morphology of blood cells. In medical view, the abnormality of the quality and quantity of erythrocytes is one of the important changes of blood disease. It shows the abnormal blood—making function of the human body. Therefore, the study of the change of shape on erythrocytes is the indispensable and important basis of reference in the clinical diagnosis and research of blood disease. The erythrocytes of one normal person, three PNH Patients and one AA patient were used in this experiment. This research determines the following items: Height;Length of two axes (long and short), ratio; Crevice in depth and width of cell membrane; Circumference of erythrocytes; Isoline map of erythrocytes; Section map of erythrocytes.
