The word Leader simply means a person who leads. A leader should necessarily possess the characteristics of organizing, staffing, training, motivating, recognizing the special capabilities and talents, setting standards, correcting deviations, achieving objectives etc. or by guiding his subordinates and showing the way to be followed in order to reach the organizational goal. Each and every person has to either lead or follow. This is decided on the basis of aptitude, potential and determination.Very few are daring and courageous enough to risk unpopularity by depending from the herd. The ability to make a spot decision is what differentiates the executive or leader from the clerk. A leader always exerts a positive influence on the life of others, as a member of team or the head of a small department. The role of an effective leader is value addition. Leadership is a multi-dimensional, multi-faceted, multi-situational and multi-role concept."Management is doing things right; leadership is doing the right things." There are nine key qualities that research shows people seek in a successful leader:Passion; Decisiveness; Conviction; Integrity; Adaptability; Emotional Toughness; Emotional Resonance; Self Knowledge; Humility This study intends to study various approaches to leadership adopted by entrepreneurs and leaders in India, specifically those in cities selected for the study. Effectively, the data were analysed and conclusions were drawn.

An important task for present and future generations is the protection of the national cultural resources. The most attractive architectural objects of historic value include palaces, manors, castles and monasteries. Less attention is paid to educational areas, which apart from the main educational and didactic goal (positive influence on the young person’s mind, shaping his personality, social integration) have a great influence on his health, the quality of his life and the shape of his environment. The example of this is the park next to the school complex in Sobieszyn, located in Lublin Voivodeship, Ułęż County. The school complex with its surrounding park established at the end of the 19th century was given by a will of the Count Kajetan Kanty Kicki, Gozdawa coat of arms, a philantropist and a contemporary owner of Sobieszyn. Localisation of the school, far away from the centre of the village, on the slope of one of the right side tributaries of the Wieprz River – Świnka, makes it an extraordinary place, emphasising the nature values that surround it. Nowadays, the building is still a school- Kajetan Kicki Agriculture School in Sobieszyn.

This study contends explicitly that leadership styles (transformational and transactional) are positioned as a pylon for firms’ innovation performance. Further, this study contemplates the intermediating inspiration of absorptive capacity (potential and realized) linking leadership styles (transformational and transactional) and firms’ innovation. Data was collected from 301 permanent employees working in Pakistani manufacturing firms (food and tobacco) through the self-administered questionnaires to test the proposed hypothesis of this study. The study's findings demonstrate a positive influence of leadership styles (transformational and transactional) on the firm's innovative performance. Moreover, both absorptive capacity dimensions (potential and realized) mediate the relationship between leadership styles (transformational and transactional) and innovative performance. This study demonstrates that both leadership styles (transformational and transactional)provide phenomenal path routes to augment firms’ innovation. Overall, this study contributed a legitimate illustration of leadership styles strengthening firms’ innovation, specifically transactional leadership style, encouraging results within the developing economy perspective.

The current study explored the influence of bank value on cash holding among universal banks in Ghana. A panel data covering the period from 2009 to 2018 was used for the analysis. The Panel Least square regression model was utilized as the main technique for data analysis. The findings from this study revealed that, bank value has a significant positive influence on cash holdings of the universal banks in Ghana. Similarly, the study showed that, profitability, working capital and growth contribute positively to cash holdings of the banks. It is recommended that the universal banks should focus more on improving the bank value through value addition policies and measures. This will contribute to achieving a greater level of cash holdings. Keeping enough cash helps the banks to take advantage in any business opportunity that may arise at any time.

Previous data obtained especially from rTMS studies indicate that right hemisphere recruitment has a limiting effect on recovery of poststroke aphasia in right handed patients by inhibiting the activation of intact perilesional areas in left hemisphere and preventing them from regaining function. New researches bring new arguments to support the positive influence of right hemisphere on restoration of language and communication. In this paper we try to review the latest evidences regarding the contribution of the right hemisphere to post-stroke aphasia recovery.
