The textbook outlines the course "Environmental Law". Special attention is paid to modern problems of environmental law and innovations in the environmental legislation of Russia. Using scientific literature, the issues of environmental safety, the role of innovations and regional factors in the implementation of environmental protection are highlighted. Such issues as environmental human rights, civil liability for environmental offenses and problems of ensuring nuclear and radiation safety are considered. The textbook discusses the features of the formation of speech and motor functions in children, as well as their disorders. Technologies of examination of the pronouncing side of speech, lexical and grammatical structure of language and coherent speech, tempo-rhythmic organization of speech and motor functions in children are presented. The methods and techniques of diagnostics, criteria for assessing the violation of the formation of functions are described in detail. Meets the requirements of the federal state educational standards of higher education of the latest generation. For students of higher educational institutions studying in the direction of training 44.03.03 "Special (defectological) education" (bachelor's level). It may be useful for undergraduate students studying in the areas of training 44.03.02 "Psychological and pedagogical education" and 44.03.01 "Pedagogical education" - future primary school teachers. It is recommended for the examination of all components of speech and motor functions in children with various disorders.

The article reveals the possibilities of home schoolwork for the formation of search activity skills in younger schoolchildren, the development of their cognitive motivation, aspirations and abilities for educational independence, the development of universal educational actions, which meets the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Second Generation Primary General Education. Properly organized home study work is considered by the author as a necessary element of developmental education. In this regard, a methodology is described for the formation of students at the first stage of school education of the skills necessary to complete home school assignments.

The competence approach and e-learning have changed the role of the teacher in the student's life. In the article, the authors reveal the essence and features of this type of training (mixed). The authors consider the development of a student-centred approach. It is noted that working with the whole group, the teacher organizes the work of each, creating the conditions for the development of students' personal opportunities. Since with the entry into force of the new requirements of the Federal state educational standards, a qualitatively new relationship between the student and the teacher has appeared, the identification of their features and the determination of their role in the educational process have become particularly relevant. The article pays attention to the model of the teacher's activity within the framework of student-centred education and its main elements are noted. The authors identified features of blended learning and tools of electronic platforms that support the development of subject-subject relations between students and teachers. The authors emphasize the need to ensure equal starting conditions for the study of the discipline as a whole and suggest principles that should be followed when implementing the studentcentred approach within the framework of blended learning.
