Now the highspeed railway development is rapid in China. In view of the quality and the features of production technology of railway pre-concrete prefabricated box girder, the experiment researches five kinds of Pumping Concrete, which are composed of different significant slurry. Through researching the Mechanical, conductive, shrinkage and creep properties of specimen, it comes to a conclusion that the main compounding principle of low shrinkage, creep and high-performance concrete of railway box girder is adopting low water and right amount of mineral admixture.

Taking bridge pile of high speed railway as background, resistance to chloride ion penetration of high performance concrete is studied. Theoretical analysis and experimental research of chloride ion penetration are carried out for double-doped mineral (fly ash and slag powder) concrete, C35 single mineral and preservative double-doped concrete, and C35 two kinds of minerals and preservative composite concrete. In addition, the test results are compared and analyzed. Study results show: chloride ion penetration grade of double-doped mineral concrete (C35, C40, C45 and C50) is very low. Resistances to chloride ion penetration of C35 single mineral and preservative double-doped concrete are all poor overall, so the scheme is infeasible. By performance comparison of resistance to chloride ion penetration, C35 two kinds of minerals and solid preservative composite concrete is obviously better than C35 two kinds of minerals and liquid preservative composite concrete , meanwhile obviously better than C35 double-doped mineral concrete, and very close to C50 double-doped mineral concrete. And, it can meet resistance to chloride ion penetration requirement under the corrosion environments along the high speed railway line and can be used as high performance concrete to resist chloride salt.

This paper presents the measurement results of the dynamic tensile strength of a High Performance Concrete (HPC) obtained using full-field identification method. An ultra-high speed imaging system and the virtual fields method were used to obtain this information. Furthermore the measurement results were compared with the local point-wise measurement to validate the data pressing. The obtained spall strength was found to be consistently 20% lower than the one obtained when the Novikov formula is used.

The rolling bearing test rig for heavy vehicles often works under heavy load and high speed, thus it requires high performance for the main shaft and mechanical structure. In this paper a design of test rig for high-speed railway rolling bearings is presented, in which a new structure is adopted to reduce the load on the support bearings. The basic idea is to position the load in a way that they can be balanced by each other.

This paper describes influence of different mechanical properties to the concrete penetration resistance. The resistance is evaluated on the basis of the presented experimental program. In the experiment, non-deformable ogive-nose projectiles with diameter of 7.92 mm and mass of 8 g with impact velocity of about 700 m/s were hitting center of the specimens. Determination of the concrete penetration resistance was than based on projectile residual velocity obtained from high-speed camera record. The specimens were made from high strength concrete, steel fiber-reinforced concrete, ultra-high performance concrete and ultra-high performance fiber-reinforced concrete with different fiber content. The concrete penetration resistance was evaluated on total 32 specimens. Influence of mechanical properties, addition of coarse aggregate and steel fibers were discussed. Mechanical properties of the tested materials were investigated on total 125 specimens. Data from the measurements were used for creation of new RHT concrete models in Autodyn. In order to confirm experiment's setup and results, numerical analysis was performed in Autodyn. Results of the numerical simulations were compared to the experimental program.

In this paper, the main characteristic of definition, property, requirement of raw material, mix proportion design and performance improvement of high volume fly ash concrete (for short HVFAC) are summarized. The applications of HVFAC in dam, highway, building and port are introduced. The research results have shown that HVFAC have outstanding properties of physical mechanics, but some problems need to be further studied. It is believed that an operable strict corresponding technical criterion would be set down as soon as possible for engineering practice.

Turnout, where a train changes its running track, is one of the crucial technologies in China’s high-speed railway construction, turnout is always the important and difficult to maintenance. In order to keep the high technology of turnout and reduce the maintenance work, we based on the experience of accumulated from the design, manufacture and laid technology of high speed turnout, and the scientific maintenance method of high speed turnout was explored. Maintenance of high speed turnout should be in accordance with its high performance requirements and take appropriate measures of maintenance to ensure the high speed turnout working safely.
