The need for public services is currently increasing both in quantity and quality. In public service, employees need high job satisfaction because if they are satisfied with their work, they will be happy to do their duties and obligations to provide good service. Employee job satisfaction is influenced by several factors both from within and from the environment. This study aimed to examine the effect of customers Incivility and work stress on job satisfaction through burnout. This research was conducted on 191 respondents in the office of the Unit of Investment and One-Stop Services in the Kelurahan in DKI Jakarta Province. The survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 191 front office officers working in public service offices. The data were analyzed using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis technique using Lisrel. The results of the study found that customers Incivility and work stress have a positive and significant effect on burnout. Furthermore, burnout has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. This study implies the importance of local government to pay attention to employee burnout aspects in increasing job satisfaction and front office employee performance.

<p>This research on health service employees who are in Jakarta wants to observe the work stress experienced and how the risks will arise from organizational commitment and employee performance. The design of this research is to use a survey method with cross-section data collection using a questionnaire. A total of 82 employees of the Private Hospital consisting of Doctors, Nurses and Staff as respondents in this study, were determined by utilizing the simple random sampling method. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as a design in analyzing data analysis on testing research hypotheses. The results of the study present the results that work stress has a negative and significant impact on organizational commitment, then work stress that has a negative and significant impact on employee performance, then high organizational commitment can actually cause a positive and significant impact on employee performance.</p>

Abstract: The aims of this study is to examine the influence of the work environment, new culture organization on employee performance mediated by employee job satisfaction. The number of respondents used in this study were as many as 145 respondents, all respondents were employees of the industry and labor office of the city of Bandung. The research data were obtained through distributing questionnaires and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling analysis technique with the help of the AMOS version 22 program. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, it is found that the work environment, New culture organization and digital leadership are factors that directly affect employee job satisfaction and employee performance. The results of this study also indicate that employee job satisfaction can mediate the indirect influence of the work environment, New culture organization and digital leadership on employee performance. Work environment, New culture organization and digital leadership will increase employee job satisfaction which in turn will increase employee performance. Abstrak:  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja, new culture organization terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja pegawai. Jumlah responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 145 responden, seluruh responden merupakan pegawai di dinas perindustrian dan tenaga kerja kota Bandung. Data hasil penelitian diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modelling dengan bantuan program AMOS versi 22. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini, diperoleh hasil bahwa lingkungan kerja, New culture organization dan digital leadership merupakan faktor – faktor yang secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai dan kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja pegawai dapat memediasi pengaruh tidak langsung lingkungan kerja, New culture organization dan digital leadership terhadap kinerja pegawai. <p><em>The research is conducted on companies that produce gloves both for domestic and abroad. Production companies like these require a lot of employees and high performance. But the company's work has decreased, so the company's target can not be achieved. Not achieving the target company is allegedly influenced by several factors, such as job stress, discipline, employee engagement, and job satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of work stress, discipline and employee engagement on performance with job satisfaction as intervening variable. The respondent  in this study as many as 247 employees. Data analysis technique used is SEM (Structural equation Modeling) with LISREL program Version 8.80. The result of analysis shows that job stress and employee engagement have an effect on job satisfaction, job stress and employee engagement also affect to employee performance. There is no effect of discipline on job satisfaction or performance..</em></p><p><em>Keywords: Job stress, Discipline, Employee Engagement, satisfaction and<br />                       Employee performance</em></p><p align="center"> </p><p>Penelitian ini dilakukan pada  perusahaan yang memproduksi sarung tangan baik untuk dalam negeri maupun luar negeri. Perusahaan produksi seperti ini membutuhkan karyawan yang banyak serta kinerja yang tinggi. Namun hasil kinerja perusahaan mengalami penurunan, sehingga target perusahaan tidak dapat tercapai. Tidak tercapainya target perusahaan ini diduga dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor , diantaranya adalah stres kerja, kedisiplinan, <em>employee engagement, </em>dan kepuasan kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja, kedisiplinan dan <em>employee engagement</em> terhadap kinerja dengan kepuasan  kerja sebagai variabel <em>intervening</em>. Responden  dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 247 karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah SEM (<em>Structural equation Modelling</em>) dengan program LISREL Versi 8.80. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja dan <em>employee engagement</em> berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, stres kerja dan <em>employee engagement</em> juga berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Performance in carrying out its functions is related to employee job satisfaction and is influenced by skills, abilities and individual traits. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of organizational climate, competence, locus of control, on job satisfaction and employee performance in the Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Denpasar. The sample was determined by 90 people with saturated sampling techniques. The analysis technique uses the structural equation modeling (SEM) model. The results of data analysis show that organizational climate has a significant effect on job satisfaction, competence has a significant effect on job satisfaction, locus of control has a significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational climate has a significant effect on performance, competence has a significant effect on performance, locus of control has a significant effect on performance. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on the performance of the Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Denpasar.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of human capital, compensation and work discipline on the performance of the employees for the Central Statistics Agency in Aceh Province and to determine whether the job satisfaction mediates relationships. The data used are primary data by distributing questionnaires to 200 employees for the Central Statistics Agency for Regencies in Aceh Province. The data analysis technique in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which was operated through the Amos software. The results showed that human capital, compensation and work discipline can increase job satisfaction and employee performance. Likewise, job satisfaction is direct and significant on employee performance. In addition, the job satisfaction variable also partially mediates the effect of human capital and compensation on performance and the influence of work discipline on the performance of the employees for the Aceh Province Central Statistics Agency. The lack of competency possessed by BMT employees in Pekanbaru City both related to the competence of sharia science and from business development competencies, lack of employee ability to manage or organize Islamic financial service cooperatives and the low level of job satisfaction possessed by BMT employees . This research method is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative analysis using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) model with PLS program. The population in this study were all BMT employees in the city of Pekanbaru. The number of samples in this study were 79 respondents. The results of this study indicate there is a direct influence between competencies on Job Satisfaction of BMT employees in Pekanbaru, there is a direct effect between satisfaction on the performance of BMT employees in Pekanbaru, there is no indirect effect between competencies on performance through job satisfaction of BMT employees in Pekanbaru. Through the results of this study it is expected that all BMTs in Pekanbaru to pay attention and be more focused on aspects of employee job satisfaction because the level of employee job satisfaction is very significant influence on the performance of BMT employees in Pekanbaru. Objective: This study aims to analyze how the effect of leadership variables on employee performance with job satisfaction as intervening in the provincial government of Gorontalo-Indonesia. Methods: The approach used is explanatory research, pattern of research that seeks to explain the relationship of variables referred so that the relationship of these variables can be tested with a quantitative approach and hypothesis testing used is the method of Structural Equation Modeling, with analytical tools of Loading Factor and Critical Ratio which is preceded by a validity test and reliability test.  The sample was drawn randomly according to representative samples at the level of the position group as many as 5% employee population of the Provincial it. Results ;The results of the study show that leadership style has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction and leadership style has an effect on employees' performance, but job satisfaction has negative and non-significant effect on employee performance. Conclusion; Expected that this research could also be developed in other fields or a wider scope and not only because each region has different characteristics. So it is recommended that policy makers as bureaucratic managers to pay more attention to job satisfaction factors in order to further improve employee performance.

This research uses quantitative research, the aim is to determine the influence of human resource development, religiosity, on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. In this study, data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 100 employees using a purposive sampling method to determine respondents' responses to existing variables. The analysis was performed using the method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on partial least square (PLS). The results of the analysis show that human resource development has no effect on employee performance, religiosity has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Human resource development has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, religiosity has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction variables have a positive and significant effect in moderating human resource development on employee performance and religiosity on employee performance. This means that the more often human resource development is given, the higher the employee's performance and the higher the employee's religiosity, the higher the employee's performance will be and will result in job satisfaction for employees at the Sharia Business Unit Bank in Palembang City.  Keywords: Human Resources Development, Religiosity, Employee Performance, and Job Satisfaction.  AbstrakPenelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, tujuannya yaitu untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh pengembangan sumber daya manusia, religiusitas, terhadap kinerja karyawan  dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Dalam penelitian ini data dikumpulkan dengan meyebarkan kuesioner terhadap 100 karyawan menggunakan metode purposive sampling untuk mengetahui tanggapan responden terhadap variabel yang ada. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) berbasis partial least square (PLS). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan sumber daya manusia tidak terdapat pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, religiusitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengembangan sumber daya manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, religiusitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, Dan variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam memoderasi antara pengembangan sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja karyawan dan religiusitas terhadap kinerja karyawan. Ini berarti semakin sering pengembangan sumber daya manusia diberikan maka semakin tinggi kinerja karyawan dan semakin tinggi religiusitas karyawan maka kinerja karyawan akan semakin tinggi dan akan menghasilkan kepuasan kerja bagi karyawan pada Bank Unit Usaha Syariah di Kota Palembang.  Kata Kunci: Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia, Religiusitas, Kinerja Karyawan, dan Kepuasan Kerja.
