Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) is a highly infectious and pathogenic virus. To date, there is a lack of proper medication against this virus, which has triggered the scientific community to find therapeutics. Searching of SARS-CoV-2 main protease inhibitors from anti-viral natural products based on traditional knowledge may be an effective approach. In this work, structure-based virtual screening of the compounds of Justicia adhatoda was performed against SARS-CoV-2 Mpro, followed by ADME filtration, molecular dynamics, and MMGBSA-based binding free energy calculation. On the basis of docking score, crucial interacting amino acid residues, molecular dynamics, and binding energy profile, three novel phenolic compounds JA_38b, JA_38c, and JA_39 were selected as potential binders against SARS-CoV-2 Mpro. This information may be used to develop potential therapeutics countermeasures against SARS-CoV-2 infection after in vitro and detailed pharmacological study.

BACKGROUND: Work is a determinant of employee health, and the same conditions that contribute to an illness do not favour return to work; consequently, they hinder job retention, other employees can become ill and new leaves are generated. OBJECTIVE: To analyse the nursing technicians work in intensive and semi-intensive care units (ICUs and SICUs) and discussed the influence of organisational and relational factors on return to work and job retention. This study also discusses the contributions of activity ergonomics to these processes. METHOD: Qualitative case study based on ergonomic work analysis (EWA). Data were collected using documentary analyses, and global, systematic, and participant observations involving nursing technicians working in ICUs and SICUs. RESULTS: Task planning and the staff size adjustment to respond to the work demands of these units were ineffective in real-world situations and were aggravated by cases of absenteeism, medical leave, and employees returning to work. CONCLUSIONS: Work structure limits return to work and job retention. An EWA based on the activities developed by professionals is a valid tool for understanding working processes by applying transforming actions to real-world work situations.

The CAD/BIM Technology Center receives numerous questions throughout the year regarding the development of a Record Package that shows as-built conditions. While the Center does produce Standards on the look and organization of CAD drawings that are used to show as-built conditions, users wanted guidance on the Record Package development. The Chicago District had undertaken the development of such guidance, but a formal document was never officially released. The CAD/BIM Community of Practice (CoP) Work Structure Committee finished this guidance and their efforts are reflected in this document.

The recent COVID-19 pandemic has put the mass tourism sector in Spain in check. The measures to contain the spread of the virus have led to the loss of millions of euros and thousands of jobs in the sector. There are three factors regarding mass tourism management that make the sector even more fragile, jeopardizing its recovery once the pandemic is under control: currently, tourist destinations cannot yet guarantee physical distance, their work structure is not inclusive, and there are not enough multi-sector global alliances. These three circumstances do not allow the sector to be more resilient and able to face future outbreaks. The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals are, today more than ever, essential for the adaptation of the sector to new post-COVID-19 phases. Thus, with a strategy based on objectives 3, 8 and 17, the sector will move towards healthier, more inclusive and more cooperative tourist destinations, being able to face new outbreaks and even future health crises.

Good Corporate Governance is now very important to increase the trust of investors and shareholders of the company. In fact, many companies make Good Corporate Governance (GCG) one of the company's strategies to achieve goals optimally, even used as a measurement tool to assess the quality of the company's work structure. Good corporate governance shows that all parties responsible for the business continuity of the company have understood and played a good role in carrying out their duties and responsibilities in accordance with their authority. Careless management of a company is not only detrimental to shareholders, but also threatens the survival of the company itself. Having ambitious attitudes to achieve business targets is certainly important for management, but excessive ambition can result in companies violating business ethics, internal / external provisions, and even breaking the law. The research method used for writing this article is the Qualitative Descriptive method with the study of literature relating to Corporate Governance; writing is done in a structured manner, according to the facts and field conditions of the research object. The author describes the conditions in accordance with the data, the results of the analysis and interpretation of the theories and applicable provisions. The purpose of this study was to determine how well the implementation of Good Corporate Governance in PT. Bank Mandir (Persero) Tbk.
