As a result of the constant and rapid changes that the world is witnessing in the field of Information Technology and opening up to global markets, making local industrial companies have a constant decline in profitability as a result of the inadequacy and understanding of these companies of these challenges, due to the inadequacy of measurement processes over traditional systems, which requires a great deal of attention to. This is done by applying the pattern of change strategies in achieving the requirements of performance development and identifying the extent of factors and variables affecting the application and practice of the pattern of change strategies and the extent of their impact in the use of the four-dimensional scale represented by the balanced scorecard, so the research included two aspects representing the first aspect.

Due to the increased competition between the various industrial companies at the local and international levels, there became a need to adopt modern and effective methods and tools that enable such companies to acquire and maintain competitive advantages that help them choose, apply and assess the strategies adopted. One of the most important tools is the Balanced scorecard according to the leadership concept and the decisions of the COBIT committee; this tool had a great concern and attention by researchers or businessmen; applying it led to a remarkable success in some companies, which made it move from a mere tool of management to an integrated system of strategic management. The method of measuring the balanced scorecard according to the COBIT committee helps the industrial companies’ measure their strategic performance wisely and even goes further in helping formulate the companies' industrial strategies in a pioneer method, translate them into strategic goals, translate these objectives into strategic measurements achieving a follow-up and finally assess the industrial strategy locally and globally. Accordingly, the study aimed at shedding light on the impact of the cognitive integration among the dimensions of the traditional balanced scorecard and the IT balanced scorecard on the Entrepreneurship value in the industrial companies. The study community consisted of all the public shareholding industrial companies listed on Amman Stock Exchange by the end of (2015) amounting to (63) (Annual Report of Amman Stock Exchange, 2016). (56) Companies were randomly selected to form the study sample. One of the most important results of the study is that the effectiveness of measuring the quality of applying the traditional Balanced Scorecard and the IT Balanced Scorecard will create the Entrepreneurship value of the industrial companies, thus contributing to achieving the company's strategic objectives. The study recommended the need that the industrial companies follow up the local and international issues linked with the IT related to applying the balanced scorecard to reach for the institutional leadership with the need that such companies encourage innovation processes, accepting new ideas and motivating employees to provide innovative ideas.

The study aimed to measure the effect of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC), with its four dimensions (financial, clients, internal operations, learning and growth) on reducing banking services costs in commercial banks in Palestine. The study used the descriptive, analytical, and also the regression analysis methods. The study depends on the questionnaire which was addressed, to (general manager, financial director, observer, head of accounting department). The study sample contained (47) employees working in commercial banks in Palestine. The study results showed a significant effect of using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and its four dimensions (financial, clients, internal operations, learning and growth) on reducing banking services costs in commercial banks in Palestine, The study recommended the necessity for commercial banks departments in Palestine to pay more attention to clarifying the importance of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) method, which is one of the modern methods of accounting and its role in reducing banking services costs. And developing service cost plans using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and paying attention to all dimensions of the Balanced Scorecard for its role in reducing the costs of the services provided.

Rapid changes in the technological and competitive environment are posing serious challenges to accounting education. Meeting these challenges will require accounting educators and programs to undergo fundamental changes and to continuously seek ways to increase the value of their contributions. This article illustrates how the balanced scorecard may be used by accounting educators to stimulate, guide and sustain such continuous improvement efforts. Survey and interview responses from 69 accounting department heads are generally supportive of the balanced scorecard's potential applicability and benefits to accounting programs. These department heads also provide suggestions on the items that can comprise an effective balanced scorecard for an accounting department, as well as factors that can affect its successful implementation.

In Mexico, the Automotive Industry is one of the most important sectors, based on the amount of sales, as well as for the number of people employed. The level of competition facing firms to win OEM programs requires having a very strict control over the whole company’s operation. System Dynamics is presented as a very powerful methodology for modeling the current and future situation of a company and combined with the Balanced scorecard concept, both provide a deep insight into the dynamics of the company. Based on this case of study a new methodology is proposed which provides a deeper insight on how the system works in such a way that the development of the company’s strategy has greater impact. Through the simulation of 24 months into the future it is possible to understand the system´s behavior in terms of the interrelation of the most critical variables which were defined as the main KPI´s.

Enterprises operate in the modern era of growing competition and rapid changes in running a business and are forced to search for effective tools supporting the implementation of the strategy. System of strategic risk, in order to be effective, must comprehensively integrate all issues that may be essential to the economic results of the company. That is why risk should be considered in strategic plans and there shall be created effective instruments for strategic risk reaction. Therefore, the risk area should be considered in the BSC. Operationalization of the strategy completed by risk and described by appropriate indicators, will correctly orient the concentration of managers on issues relevant to the success of the company. Correctly coordinated actions regarding the reaction to strategic risk should allow them flexibly adapt to the dynamics of changes in the business environment. In the article, the author indicates that enterprises shall increase the focus on strategic risks that may threaten the future existence of the enterprise and attempted to determine the direction of risk response in perspectives of Balanced Scorecard used in the strategy operationalization.

This research focused on the strategic management tool Balanced Scorecard and strategic planning, as a guide to guide the management of companies, allowing communication and the functionality of the strategy using KPIs that allow to identify, maintain control and increase efficiency and the achievement of optimal results. For the deductive hypothetical analysis, the specific factors that affect business management performance were grouped into two variables: Balanced Scorecard and Strategic Planning. The objective of the work was to demonstrate the impact of the Balanced Scorecard in the strategic planning of a construction company. In order to support the research, the following theories were approached: the Financial Theory, the Economic Theory of the Company, the Transaction Costs, the Network Theory, the Organization Theory, the Dependence on Resources, the Strategic Management Theory and the Business Diagnosis Theory. The result obtained confirms the hypothesis that there is a significant incidence of the Balanced Scorecard in the strategic planning of construction companies. In conclusion, the construction company has obtained significant improvements in the results in each of the indicators evaluated with the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard, demonstrating improvements in their management results, affirming that there is better performance and management control allowing them to achieve the organizational objectives set.
