Some  Efforts to Improve Business Performance Improvement Through Fishery Business Environment in Cantrang (Boat Seine) and Local Government Policies in The District Rembang

Fishing effort is one of economic activities so that in running its activities are always based on economic considerations for businesses that run to generate profits. Fishing effort has not been able to contribution a larger potion to develop Central Java economy. This is because the factors that affect fishing effort. Therefore, the government should take steps to of improve economic development, especially in the field of fisheries. The purpose of this study is to determine the environmental impact of fishing effort to the performance of fisheries, fishery business environment, and government policies on the performance of the fishery business in district Rembang. The research was conducted in Rembang in April - May 2008. The method used is descriptive by counducting survey. Primary sources of data the fishermen community. The method to determine the respondents by using purposive sampling method. Collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, the presentation of data displayed in a frequency distribution table. To test the hypothesis proposed in this research by using, data analysis technique SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) which is operated using the program AMOS 6. The results of research shows the significance level of 5% positive effect on the business environment business performance with the calculated value of t (4.468)> | 1.96 |. By lookong at, the business environment variables fisheries, fishery performance cantrang can increase the business environment has positive influence on local government policy variables with t-count value (7.017)> | 1.96 |. Government policy is able to increase fishing effort. Capital with low interest rates is able to help fishermen catch fish in running the business. Local government policy has positive influence on business performance variables in thecapture fisheries with t-count (2.311)> | 1.96 |. Capital with low interest rates can increase the performance of the fishery business in the distric of Rembang. In conclusion the fishermen to obtain capital to improve fishing business. Tourism in special district of Yogyakarta which is represented by Slemanregency andBantul regency is ranked fourth and tenth in Indonesia tourism index of Tourism Ministry version. This position shows the Special district of Yogyakarta displaced by other areas that always fix the tourism places. Previously, the special district of Yogyakarta was being the second tourist destination after Bali for both domestics and overseas tourist. The purpose of this study is to analyze the dynamics of tourism in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The primary data collection of qualitative research is obtained through in-depth interviews to the informant. The data analysis was used situation analysis (SWOT). To maintain the strength, reach the opportunities and make weaknesses and challenges as a force need serious handling which is supported by local government policies for the tourism. Local government policy becomes a generator in improving the tourism performance.

The Makassar City Regional Government formulated a policy that previously carried out Mapping conducted on the less prosperous Coastal community, so departing from the mapping results obtained then formulated a policy as in the development of human resources will be carried out in areas that most need to become a poverty pouch. Local government is the most relevant party to be responsible for increasing the budget. All components, which are responsible for improvement, for the Coastal community, and of course for all parties, who are responsible for improving the welfare of the Coastal community, each related agency provides a budget that is appropriate to the community's needs and the duties and functions of each of the relevant agencies. . In addition, it is in the interests of government policies that harm the Coastal community. The implementation of the reclamation policy which is detrimental to fisheries is of course counterproductive to other policies aimed at the welfare of the Coastal community.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji sejauh mana kebijakan pemerintah daerah dalam mendukung tingkat keberlanjutan pengelolaan sumber daya perikanan melalui pendekatan model sinergitas perilaku ekonomi nelayan (Suatu Kasus di Kawasan Pangandaran Kabupaten Ciamis Provinsi Jawa Barat). Analisis terhadap kebijakan pemerintah daerah dalam mendukung tingkat keberlanjutan pengelolaan sumber daya perikanan tangkap dilakukan dengan menggunakan Analytical Hierarkhi Process (AHP). Kebijakan pemerintah daerah dalam mendukung tingkat keberlanjutan pengelolaan sumber daya perikanan melalui alternatif kebijakan Co-Management berpengaruh sebesar 44,6% terhadap tingkat keberlanjutan pengelolaan sumber daya perikanan. Pengendalian upaya penangkapan memiliki nilai bobot 0,336 artinya kebijakan pemerintah melalui pengendalian upaya penangkapan memiliki pengaruh sebesar 33,6% terhadap tingkat keberlanjutan pengelolaan sumber daya perikanan. Sinergitas perilaku ekonomi nelayan memiliki nilai bobot 0,131 artinya kebijakan pemerintah dengan memperhatikan sinergitas perilaku ekonomi nelayan memiliki pengaruh sebesar 13,1% terhadap tingkat keberlanjutan pengelolaan sumber daya perikanan. Penegakan hukum dan kelembagaan memiliki nilai bobot 0,088 artinya setiap kebijakan pemerintah melalui penegakan hukum dan kelembagaan memiliki pengaruh sebesar 0,88% terhadap tingkat keberlanjutan pengelolaan sumber daya perikanan. Kebijakan Co-management memiliki pengaruh yang besar terhadap tingkat keberlanjutan sumber daya perikanan tangkap di Kawasan Pangandaran Provinsi Jawa Barat.Title: Analysis of the Local Government Policy Supporting to Sustainable Fisheries Resources (Case Study in the Pangandaran, Ciamis District). This research aims to examine extent of government policy in support of Ciamis district level management sustainability of fishery resources through the synergy model approach to economic behaviour of fishers. Analysis of government policy in supporting the sustainability of fisheries resource management wes using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Local government policies in supporting the sustainability of fisheries resource management were given through alternatives policies Co-Management, control of fishing effort, synergy model of economic behaviour of fishers, law enforcement and institutional. Government policy in supporting sustainable fisheries resource management through policy alternatives Co-Management influence for 44.6% of the level of sustainability of fisheries resources management. Controlling fishing effort has a value of 0.336 means that partial weight alternative government policy by controlling fishing effort has the effect of 33.6% of the level of sustainability of fisheries resource management; synergy of economic behaviour fishers has a value of 0.131 means that partial weight alternative government policies with respect to economic behaviour of fishers have synergy effect of 13.1% of the level of sustainability of fisheries resource management of law enforcement and institutions have partial weight value of 0.088 means that every government policy through the enforcement of laws and institutions have an influence on the level of 0.88% sustainable management of fisheries resources. Co-management policy has a great influence on the level of sustainability of fisheries resources in the area of Pangandaran, West Java Province.

When some speakers purposively use Politeness Strategy to avoid attacking hearers’s by creating FTA, some other intentionally apply Impoliteness Strategy to insult hearers causing FTA. An interesting use of Impoliteness Strategy is seen in Whatsapp Group where speakers feels free to speak up in private and limited areas inside the Whatsapp Group. This research discuss how some speakers deliberately use Politeness Strategy in commenting local government policies related to Covid-19 safety protocol.

This study aims to determine how the implementation of local government policies regarding parking fees on the side of public roads in Pekkabata Central Market, Polewali Mandar Regency. This research used a qualitative descriptive method, with data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the local government policy regarding parking fees at the Pekkabata Central Market was not good because the supervision carried out by the Transportation Agency, especially from UPTD Parking, was still lacking, especially related to illegal collection practices carried out by illegal parking attendants. To emphasize the security of illegal parking attendants, it is necessary to have socialization by the local government related to Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2018 concerning Retribution for Parking Services on Public Roads and Special Parking Areas.
