ABSTRAK            Ikan memanfaatkan padang lamun sebagai habitatnya, ada yang hidup menetap dan adapula yang berkunjung ke padang lamun hanya untuk mencari makan atau untuk memijah, sebagai tempat untuk berlindung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui jumlah dan jenis ikan padang lamun yang tertangkap pada bulan perbani awal dan perbani akhir di Perairan Desa Loleo,mengetahui struktur komunitas ikan padang lamun yang tertangkap pada bulan perbani awal dan perbani akhir dan untuk mengetahui perbandingan komunitas ikan padang lamun yang tertangkap pada bulan perbani awal dan perbani akhir di Perairan Desa Loleo. Hasil penelitian diperoleh komposisi jenis ikan pada bulan perbani awal sebanyak 14 jenis yaitu Caranx ignobilis, Caranx melampygus, Alectis ciliaris, Selar crumenophthalmus, Choerodon anchorago, Cheilio inermis, Lethrinus microdon, Mulloidichthys flavolineatu, Gerres acinaces    Bleeker, Siganus spinu, Siganus canaliculatus, Siganus doliatus, Hemiramphus sp, Balistoides viridescens. Sedangkan ikan pada bulan perbani akhir sebanyak 8 jenis yaitu Sphyraena barracuda, Siganus canaliculatus, Siganus doliatus, Zanclus cornutus, Lethrinus miniatus, Moolgarda seheli, Hemiramphus sp, Amanses scopas. Keanekaragaman jenis baik ikan yang tertangkap pada bulan perbani awal dan perbani akhir tergolong sedang, dan tidak ada jenis yang mendominansi serta penyebaran jenisnya sangat merata. Rata-rata hasil tangkapan antara bulan perbani awal dan perbani akhir memiliki perbedaan dan rata-rata hasil tangkapan terbanyak adalah pada bulan perbani awal. Kata Kunci : Komunitas, Ikan, Perbani Awal, Perbani Akhir, Padang Lamun.ABSTRACT                 Fish utilize seagrass beds as habitat, there were sedentary and those that visit to seagrass beds only to find food or to spawn, as a place of refuge. The purpose of this study was to determine the number and type of fish seagrass caught in neap beginning and neap end in Water Village Loleo, know the community structure of seagrass beds had been arrested in neap beginning and neap end and to compare the fish communities of seagrass caught in neap neap beginning and ending at the village Aquatic Loleo. The results obtained by the composition of fish species in neap early as 14 types of Caranx ignobilis, Caranx melampygus, Alectis ciliaris, scad crumenophthalmus, Choerodon anchorago, Cheilio inermis, Lethrinus microdon, Mulloidichthys flavolineatu, Gerres acinaces Bleeker, Siganus spinu, Siganus canaliculatus, Siganus doliatus, Hemiramphus sp, Balistoides viridescens. While the fish in neap late as 8 types of Sphyraena barracuda, Siganus canaliculatus, Siganus doliatus, Zanclus cornutus, Lethrinus miniatus, Moolgarda seheli, Hemiramphus sp, Amanses scopas. Good species diversity of fish caught in neap neap beginning and end is classified, and no kind mendominansi and very uneven spread of its kind. On the 15th of March 1858, occurred an annular eclipse of the sun, whose entral line of shadow passed near the village of Steeple Aston, a few miles orth of Oxford. Ample preparations were made for observing it by resi­dents in Oxford, and they were met on the ground by many persons from distance; Mr. Lasseli being one of the party, there was no lack of telescopic power. The day was unfavourable—cold and cloudy, with some ccasional feeble and delusive gleams, scarcely permitting a sight of the rogress of the eclipse, which, however, was obvious enough by the grow-g and diminishing darkness. Under these circumstances I devoted my trincipal attention to three thermometers, carefully selected and compared forehand—one mercurial with blackened bulb, another mercurial with lear bulb (these were placed in an open space exposed to the sun); the third, minimum- spirit thermometer, tint red, was placed in a shaded situation. The observations began at 11 h 30 m and lasted till 2 h 30 m , thus including he whole period of the eclipse, which began at 11 h 35 m , reached the maxium of obscuration at 0 h 54 m , and ended at 2 h 11 m . The apparent semi-ameters of the sun and moon were so nearly equal that the eclipse was lmost total (997/1000). The observations were recorded as follows:— During the late partial eclipse of the sun on the 6th of March 1867 observations of'the ingress of the moon were favoured at Oxford by brilliant weather; within fire minutes after the moment of maximum obscuration (742/1000) Clouds appeared; and from this time till the end of the eclips they never wholly disappeared, but did not prevent the progress of the moon and the degrees of obscuration from being correctly marked. At the very end it was only just possible to observe the egress by a momentary attenuation of the clouds; the remainder of the day was cold, cloudy, and finally snowy. The observations began at 8 h and ended at 10 h 50 s , thus including the whole period of the eclipse, which began at 8 h 12 m 15 s , reached the greatest obscuration at 9 h 26 m , and ceased at 10 h 45 m 8 s . At the mo­ment of greatest obscuration the light-giving area was reduced to one-third of the solar disk.

AbstrakRumoh Aceh merupakan rumah tradisional milik masyarakat Aceh. Saat ini rumoh Aceh masih dijaga dan dirawat oleh masyarakat Aceh di Desa Lubuk Sukon Kecamatan Ingin Jaya Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Pada tahun 2012 Lubuk Sukon ditetapkan sebagai Desa Wisata oleh Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Aceh untuk dijadikan sebagai objek wisata budaya. Rumoh Aceh merupakan rumah panggung dan dihiasi oleh berbagai ukiran ornamen yang mempunyai makna filosofi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan di analisis menggunakan pendekatan teori estetika dan teori motif untuk melihat keindahan bentuk dan pemaknaan ornamen rumoh Aceh. Ornamen yang terdapat pada rumoh Aceh merupakan ornamen hasil representasi dari bentuk flora terdiri dari bentuk motif bungong mawo, motif pucoek rebong, motif pucok labu, dan motif oen ranub. Bentuk fauna terdiri dari motif ayam. Bentuk kaligrafi terdiri dari motif tulisan Allah dan Laa Ilaha Illallah. Bentuk alam terdiri dari motif awan, motif bulan dan motif bintang. Bentuk alam benda terdiri motif kupiah meuketop, motif rante dan motif lungkandet serta motif geometris. Motif-motif tersebut memiliki makna filosofis sebagai kearifan lokal dari nilai budaya Aceh dalam mengatur kehidupan sosial masyarakat.           Kata Kunci: estetika, ornamen, rumoh Aceh AbstractRumoh Aceh is a traditional house belongs to the people of Aceh. The current house is still maintained and cared for by the people of Aceh in the village of Lubuk Sukon Sub District Ingin Jaya Regency Aceh Besar. In the year 2012 Lubuk Sukon established as a Village by the cultural and Tourism Office of Aceh to serve as the cultural attractions. Rumoh Aceh is the home stage and decorated by various carved ornaments that have a meaning of philosophy. This study uses qualitative methods and analysis using the approach in the theory of aesthetics and theory of a motifs to see the beauty of the shape and definition of ornament rumoh Aceh. Ornament in the house It is the result of the representation of the form of the ornament flora consist of bungong mawo motif, pucoek rebong motif, pucok labu motif, and oen ranub motif. The form of fauna consists of a chicken motif. The forms of calligraphy consisting of motif writing Allah and Laa Ilaha Illallah. The form of naturals form consists of cloud motif, the motif of the Moon and stars motif. The forms natural objects composed kupiah meuketop motif, rante motif and lungkandet motif as well as geometric motif. These motifs have philosophical meaning as the local wisdom of Aceh cultural values in governs social life of society.   Keywords: aesthetica, ornament, rumoh Aceh

The results of this study show that: 1) there are no differences in the implementation of tudang sipulung at the district, sub-district and village level, except the participants. Thoseattending the village level are POKTAN, village extension officers, village security apparatus, POPT sub-district, Irrigation Department, in the Districts drained GAPOKTAN in all Sub-Districts, Sub-District Heads, security apparatus, PU. Irrigation,and POPT. The District Level presents stakeholders from the province and representatives from 27 sub-districts including the head of sub-district, POKTAN, PPL, Pananrang, corporate partners, experts and stakeholders. 2) Pananrang uses the calculation of the moon cycle, i.e. Muharram, observes natural phenomena and synchronizes between the phenomena with the Sipariamacalendar (an eight-year of the Hijri calendar) and the Gregorian calendar. 3) The problems resolution of tudang sipulung are the slow and less seed distribution so that the farmers undertake an initiative to provide themselves under the guidance of PPL, rare and expensivefertilizers, irrigation and pests. 4) The results of Pananrang and BMKG prediction are: the rain for the wet season (April-September) is almost the same related to the beginning planting season, i.e. the fourth week of April - early August, major pests are stem borer, planthopper and rats, the technology applied are direct seed planting tools, transplanterand direct planting in managing rice fields and seed varieties used per sector are ciliwungin the Bone Kota sector; IR 66, Ciliwung and inpari 30 in Bone West sector;inpari 30 in Bone Selatan sector; mekongga, sentani 14, ciliwung and inpari 30 in Bone Timursector; ciliwung, inpari 30, inpari 33 and cigelis in Bone Utara sector.
