According to the increasing demand for the steel pipe in the world nowadays, as an effective method, ultrasonic testing plays a very important role in quality controlling procedures. Compared to the mature technology of the world, the domestic one still has some technical difficulties in high-speed probe rotating mode. This paper proposes an approach of combination of multi-probe arrays based on the internal detection way to solve the difficulty of coarse pitch. The structure of the inspection system is described with the workflow laying out. The practicability and reliability of the system is verified by means of a mass of experiments. The numeric automatic ultrasonic testing system has been successfully used and the technical data is given out at last.

In order to meet the development and test demands of the body control module, the simulation testing system of the automobile Body Control Module was designed with the Hardware-in-the-loop simulation technology. Based on the function of BCM, the key technology of modeling and simulation, interface design and automation testing were explained to implement real-time simulation and testing for BCM. It assure the development quality, shorten the design period and reduce the product cost.

The firmware is an indispensable basic system in computer systems. With the increase of BIOS chip capacity and module functions, the hidden security problems of BIOS are also more and more. But there is no BIOS production capacity in Chinese mainland currently. The whole information security system has not really established completely. In the circumstances of computer widespread using in the government, institutions, commercial, schools and so on, how to ensure and monitor the security of BIOS system has important significance to ensure overall control of information security in China. This paper proposes the design and implementation methods for BIOS security testing procedures and testing system through the analysis of BIOS security, and provides a new way of thinking for BIOS security.

SummaryJudgements of examinees’ health status by doctors and by the examinees themselves are compared applying multiple discriminant analysis. The doctors’ judgements of the examinees’ health status are studied comparatively using laboratory data and the examinees’ subjective symptom data.This data was obtained in an Automated Multiphasic Health Testing System. We discuss the health conditions which are significant for the judgement of doctors about the examinees. The results show that the explanatory power, when using subjective symptom data, is fair in the case of the doctors’ judgement. We found common variables, such as nervousness, lack of perseverance etc., which form the first canonical axis.
