The focus of modern project management is increasingly shifting from the management of individual projects to the management of strategic project-oriented development of organizations. Now there is a need to pay more attention to project management as a universal tool for the development of systems at any level. The aim of the article is to study the processes of organization adaptation to constant changes through a synergetic portfolio of projects based on a strategic plan for the development and evolution of the organization. The spiral movement of systems development for studying development processes is considered: the process of transition of an organization from one stable state to another, the process of radical changes that accompanies innovation, as well as the processes of growth and development of crisis phenomena. The methodological principles of the organization evolutionary development management through the implementation of portfolio using its methods and tools are considered. It is proposed to manage the organization evolutionary development by building actions in the form of a synergistic portfolio of appropriate projects content, in order to increase the value of the entire portfolio of projects over the value of individual projects. The synergetic portfolio of projects is seen as a tool for a harmonious transition to the desired evolutionary state, by preserving the internal integrity of the organization and ensuring its sustainability. A mathematical model for estimating the desired properties and relations of the organizational synergetic portfolio of projects is proposed, which allows to determine and minimize the magnitude of the evolutionary goals inconsistency and to stabilize the current state of organization. It is determined that the two main tasks of any organization - external adaptation and internal integration - constantly push the organization to evolutionary development. The article proposes the author's approach to managing the organization evolutionary development through a portfolio of projects identifies indicators of adaptation of the organization to changes in the environment, defines the conditions for maintaining the integrity of the organization in the process of organizational changes.

Building information modeling (BIM) is one of the most exciting recent construction, engineering, and architecture developments. Built environments play a significant role in Smart City worldwide, and they are used to convey useful information to achieve smart city strategic goals. In modern project management, optimizing resources, BIM data integration, and data sharing in a smart city environment is challenging. Hence, in this paper, IoT-based Improved Building Information modeling (IoT-IBIM) has been proposed to overcome the challenges in building information modeling in modern project management for sustainable smart city applications. This paper discusses the efforts to create and integrate built-in environment data with IoT sensors for effective communication. The Internet of Things provides efficient resource control, increased efficiency, and improved human quality of life. As a result, the Internet of Things is a critical enabler of smart societies, including smart homes, smart cities, and smart factories. Building Information Modeling is an advanced asset allocation framework that generates high-quality output, reduces resource use, reduces environmental effects of development, and secures resources and availability for future generations. The experimental results show that the proposed IoT-IBIM method enhances the performance ratio and improves data integration and data sharing in a smart city environment.

Purpose. The aim of the article is substantiation of theoretical and methodological principles and development of practical recommendations for the formation and implementation of innovative technologies in the production of agricultural enterprises. Methodology of research. General-scientific and special research methods are used in the process of research, in particular methods: dialectics and scientific abstraction – in determining the essence of the innovative model of development of the agricultural sector of the economy; economic and statistical – when analysing the current state of implementation of innovative technologies in the agricultural sector of Ukraine; monographic – used in presenting the results of the study. Findings. Theoretical bases of formation of innovative mechanisms and their introduction in agrarian sector are covered. Theoretical and methodological approaches to the management of innovative technologies in the production of agricultural enterprises have been formed. Organizational and economic measures for the introduction of innovative technologies in the production of agricultural enterprises are substantiated. Originality. The mechanism of introduction of innovative technologies in agricultural production in the conditions of unfavourable investment environment in Ukraine is improved, which in contrast to the existing mechanisms provides integration of state instruments of support and regulation of the industry and implementation of state and regional programs at the expense of state and local budgets. In the paper it is offered to allocate production-technological, organizational-administrative, selection genetic, economic and social-ecological mechanisms of integration of innovation in various subsystems of agricultural sector. The production and technological mechanism is a priority in providing state support for the development of animal husbandry and processing of agricultural products. Practical value. Scientific developments will allow to form in Ukraine an effectively functioning agro-industrial complex with optimal financing based on the introduction of innovative technologies in the production of agricultural enterprises. <p>This report describes the current state of my research in software development environments. I argue in favour of strong support for <em>project management, comprehension and navigation,</em> and <em>collaboration</em> primarily based on experiences from developing large-scale industrial-strength applications.</p><p>An underlying model of such an environment, named ``Ragnarok´´, is outlined. A design and first prototype of important parts of Ragnarok is described as well as some results from initial experiments.</p>

Based on the study of the concept of national accounting, it is established that the essence and meaning of this term has its origins in the basics of initial accounting of business transactions in the economy. According to scientific research and conclusions of various scholars on the nature and content of the process of national accounting and in particular national accounts, the main conclusions about the state and methodology of national accounting in the country. A comparative analysis of the evolutionary development of national accounting in different economic systems is made and the necessity of application and efficiency of using the System of National Accounts as a single register of macroeconomic indicators in the system of national accounting is proved. Integrated economic information is the basis for the formation of macroeconomic indicators. The use of integration information resource allows to effectively form and analyze macroeconomic indicators. The relevance of this study is to highlight the main provisions that prove the need to use the mechanism of national accounting in the system of economic mechanism and prove the effectiveness of the system of national accounts as a single register of macroeconomic accounting. The study is based on the findings of many scientists in the field of research of the economic mechanism of the country. Substantive conclusions prove the need to combine the original accounting information and its integration into the general macroeconomic register. This will avoid errors in the formation of macro indicators and increase the transparency and accuracy of national accounting data. Thus, the effectiveness of macroeconomic accounting in order to assess and analyze the state of the economic mechanism and prospects for its development is proved. The main conclusions of economists on the interpretation of the essence and methodology of modern national accounting and the use of the system of national accounts are highlighted and generalized, supplemented with material on the integration of economic resources and its impact on the formation of macroeconomic indicators.
