The purpose of this research is to draw industrial development strategy batik to increase the competitiveness of batik cluster Batangan in Batang distric. Methods used in research is quantitative descriptive using three of analysis is descriptive, policy analysis matrix (PAM) and analytic hierarchy process ( AHP ). The research results show obstacles in the development of cluster batik Batangan consisting of five major aspects that is aspects human resources, financial aspects, marketing aspects, raw materials aspects and technology aspects. Analysis pam obtained the result that cluster batik Batangan having competitiveness through the comparative excellences ( a value 0.25 ) or competitive advantage ( a value at 0.24 ). The results of analytic hierarchy process obtained development strategy cluster business batik Batangan consisting of five program criteria which are prioritized the first criteria raw materials ( a value weight 0,254), second financial criteria ( a value weight 0,231), third criteria technology ( a value weight 0,211), fourth criteria human resources ( a value weight 0,193) and fifth criteria marketing ( a value weight 0,111).

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menyusun strategi pengembangan indutri batik untuk meningkatkan daya saing klaster batik Batangan di Kabupaten Batang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan tiga analisis yaitu deskriptif, Policy Analysis Matrix (PAM) dan Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hambatan dalam pengembangan klaster batik Batangan terdiri dari lima aspek yaitu aspek sumber daya  manusia, aspek keuangan, aspek pemasaran, aspek bahan baku dan aspek teknologi. Analisis PAM diperoleh hasil bahwa klaster batik Batangan memiliki daya saing melalui keunggulan komparatif (nilai 0,25) maupun keunggulan kompetitif (nilai 0,24). Hasil Analytic Hierarchy Process diperoleh strategi pengembangan usaha klaster batik Batangan terdiri dari lima kriteria program yang diprioritaskan yaitu pertama kriteria bahan baku (nilai bobot 0,254), kedua kriteria keuangan (nilai bobot 0,231), ketiga kriteria teknologi (nilai bobot 0,211), keempat kriteria sumber daya manusia (nilai bobot 0,193) dan kelima kriteria pemasaran (nilai bobot 0,111).

This research studies heterarchical collaboration in logistical transport. Specifically, it utilizes a hybrid Delphi-Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach to explore the relevant criteria for the formation and maintenance of a strategic alignment for heterarchical transport collaboration. The importance of this work is that it applies a novel hybrid approach for identifying criteria for success to a little-studied form of supply chain collaboration: heterarchical collaborative transport. The criteria for this form of collaboration identified by the application of Delphi-AHP include ones from the technical, risk, financial, organizational, and operational categories. This novel application of the hybrid approach leveraged the expertise of transportation collaboration experts from the U.K., France, Canada, Sweden, the Netherlands, and Italy to identify key criteria for a strategic alignment between heterarchical collaboration partners. Such collaborative initiatives are important in industry as an environmentally conscious, yet efficient and effective strategy for the transport of raw materials and finished products in the supply chain.

The increased rate of maize production in Indonesia is relatively slow, on the other hand, the need for corn as raw material for the food industry and faster food improvement. Still, demand for maize for direct consumption during the economic crisis also increased. This study aims to identify corn development strategy in Banten Province and formulate priority scale efforts for corn commodity development strategy in Banten province.  The type of this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach, with the research location taken intentionally (purposive). The in Banten Province, then prioritize the strategy to improve and expand the marketing network in the form of fruit and corn processing products (corn kernels) through the program of local superior product introduction to outsiders of Banten Province. The priority of the fifth development strategy is to increase cooperation between farmers, processing industries, and traders with the government. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling method with 52 respondents consisting of farmers, the processing industry, traders, and the government. Data analysis using Analytic Hierarchy Process and Focus Group Discussion. The result of this research is the alternative development strategy of 25 strategies which are all obtained through Focus Group Discussions and Analytic Hierarchy Process method, then get the strategy priority scale, the priority strategy to improve corn cultivation technique in Banten Province, then the priority of strategy improvement of facilities and infrastructure. The priority of further development strategy is to improve the quality and quantity of maize.

PT. Bella Citra Mandiri Sidoarjo merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang pembuatan tempat tidur springbed. PT. Bella Citra Mandiri Sidoarjo saat ini menata diri menjadi perusahaan yang lebih maju, sedang berusaha mengembangkan dan meningkatkan dari segi kualitas sumber daya manusianya.Dengan metode Human Resource Scorecard dan AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) akan didapatkan pengukuran kinerja karyawan yang belum pernah dilakukan pada perusahaan ini. Metode Human Resources Scorecard sendiri merupakan suatu sistem pengukuran yang mengaitkan antara sumber daya manusia dengan strategi. Kemudian metode AHP digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan kinerja karyawannya.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mencari indikator kinerja karyawan serta mencari bobot dari masing – masing perspektif. Serta diberikan usulan kepada perusahaan yang dapat digunakan sebagai perbaikan kedepannya.Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan 18 KPI dari 4 perspektif yang terdiri dari perspektif finansial 4 KPI, pelanggan atau konsumen 3 KPI, proses bisnis internal 7 KPI, dan pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran 4 KPI. Kemudian dihasilkan skor terbobot dari perspektif finansial 3,341 (Sedang), pelanggan atau konsumen 3,524 (baik), proses bisnis internal 3,357 (sedang), pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran 3,38 (sedang).

The paper focuses on the productivity of the natural rubber industries of Cambodia and Thailand by analyzing the diffusion of agricultural and industrial technologies throughout the planting, cultivating and primary processing by adopting the analytic hierarchy process. The paper draws a conclusion that the technology diffusion in Cambodia is behind especially in terms of clone technologies in the agriculture process, foreign materials removal technologies in the industrial process, and the gap of human resources and research institute related to natural rubber industries are highlighted.
