The Impact of Merapi Mountain Eruption on the Community Economy

The impact of the Mount Merapi Eruption has positive and negative impacts on the economy of the community, especially in the agricultural sector. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the Mount Merapi Eruption on the economy of the people of Sleman Regency, Magelang Regency, and Klaten Regency in terms of the potential sector in the Regency, that is agriculture. Thus it can be used as one of the considerations to boost and develop the agricultural sector. This study uses secondary data from BPS (Central Statistics Agency) Magelang regency in the form of rice production within a period of 3 years, 2010-2012. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that regional income has decreased after the disaster in 2010. The agricultural sector which is the primary sector and the leading / base sector has decreased in contribution so that it shifts its role to the non-base sector. However, variations occurred in some regions in the district to meet their daily needs, eventually turning into a non-base profession. The results of this study see that the impact of the eruption of Mount Merapi on economic productivity in Sleman Regency, Magelang Regency and Klaten Regency. Dampak Erupsi Gunung Merapi memiliki dampak positif dan negatif terhadap ekonomi masyarakat, terutama di sektor pertanian. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dampak Erupsi Gunung Merapi terhadap perekonomian masyarakat Kabupaten Sleman, Kabupaten Magelang, dan Kabupaten Klaten dalam hal sektor potensial di Kabupaten tersebut, yaitu pertanian. Dengan demikian dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu pertimbangan untuk mendorong dan mengembangkan sektor pertanian. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari BPS (Badan Pusat Statistik) Kabupaten Magelang dalam bentuk produksi beras dalam kurun waktu 3 tahun, 2010-2012. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, dapat dilihat bahwa pendapatan daerah mengalami penurunan setelah bencana tahun 2010. Sektor pertanian yang merupakan sektor primer dan sektor unggulan / sektor basis mengalami penurunan kontribusi sehingga menggeser perannya ke sektor berbasis. Namun, variasi terjadi di beberapa daerah di kabupaten untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari mereka, yang pada akhirnya berubah menjadi profesi yang tidak berbasis. Hasil penelitian ini melihat bahwa dampak erupsi Gunung Merapi terhadap produktivitas ekonomi di Kabupaten Sleman, Kabupaten Magelang dan Kabupaten Klaten.

Pergeseran Pola Konsumsi Leisure dan Non Leisure di Kota Semarang

Leisure consumption groups grew by 7.88% higher than the non-leisure group which grew by 6.27% in the year 2016. Data shows indications of a shift in consumption patterns. The purpose of this study was to analyze the shift in consumption patterns of Leisure and Non Leisure households in the city of Semarang, factors that influence the shift in consumption patterns. The research data was obtained from the BPS, and the questionnaire. The method used in this study is descriptive statistical analysis, Binary Logit Regression analysis using SPSS 25, and MPC analysis. The results of this study indicate that Leisure consumption growth in 2010-2017 is higher than the growth of non-leisure consumption which shows that there has been a shift in household consumption patterns in the city of Semarang. Shifting consumption patterns are influenced significantly by income and education level. Suggestions can be given to the government and society in general to be able to optimize the shift in consumption patterns, pay more attention to socio-economic factors of household income and education level, as well as focus on developing the economy in the field of leisure consumption in order to optimize consumption growth and total regional product. Kelompok konsumsi leisure tumbuh sebesar 7,88% lebih tinggi dari kelompok non leisure yang tumbuh sebesar 6,27% pada tahun 2016. Data menunjukkan indikasi terjadinya pergeseran pola konsumsi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pergeseran pola konsumsi Leisure dan Non Leisure rumah tangga kota Semarang, faktor yang mempengaruhi pergeseran pola konsumsi. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik, dan kuesioner. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, analisis Regresi Logit Biner menggunakan SPSS 25, dan analisis MPC. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan konsumsi Leisure pada tahun 2010-2017 lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan pertumbuhan konsumsi non leisure yang menunjukkan bahwa telah terjadi pergeseran pola konsumsi rumah tangga di kota Semarang. Pergeseran pola konsumsi dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh pendapatan dan tingkat pendidikan. Saran yang dapat diberikan kepada pemerintah dan masyarakat pada umumnya untuk dapat mengoptimalkan pergeseran pola konsumsi, lebih memperhatikan faktor sosial ekonomi pendapatan rumah tangga dan tingkat pendidikan, serta fokus dalam pengembangan perekonomian dibidang konsumsi leisure agar dapat mengoptimalkan pertumbuhan konsumsi dan PDRB.

Analisis Kausalitas antara Investasi, Pendapatan Nasional, dan Jumlah Uang Beredar

The relationship between investment, national income and money supply are interrelated. Increased investment can increase national income. Likewise, the increase in national income can increase investment. Besides investment increase can also increase the money supply. As investment increases, the national income will increase, which means an increase in people's income. The increase in people's income will lead to increased public consumption that would cause an increase in the money supply. If there is excess supply of money, Bank Indonesia will take the policy to reduce interest rates. These conditions will encourage investors to invest which in turn will increase the output and national income. This study aims to prove the causal relationship between the investment, national income and the amount of money circulating in Indonesia period 2007.1-2015.4. To prove the existence of a causal relationship between the study variables then performed Granger causality test method VECM (Vector Error Correction Model). Granger causality analysis results show that, first, there is a causal relationship between national income and investment. Secondly, there is a causal relationship between the national income and the money supply. Third, there is no causal relationship between investment and money supply. Hubungan antara investasi, pendapatan nasional dan jumlah uang beredar saling berkaitan. Peningkatan investasi dapat meningkatkan pendapatan nasional. Begitu pula sebaliknya, peningkatan pendapatan nasional dapat meningkatkan investasi. Selain itu peningkatan investasi juga dapat meningkatkan jumlah uang beredar. Ketika investasi meningkat maka pendapatan nasional akan meningkat yang berarti terjadi peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat. Kenaikan pendapatan masyarakat ini akan menyebabkan konsumsi masyarakat meningkat sehingga akan menyebabkan kenaikan jumlah uang beredar. Apabila terjadi kelebihan jumlah uang beredar, Bank Indonesia akan mengambil kebijakan penurunan tingkat suku bunga. Kondisi ini akan mendorong minat investor untuk berinvestasi yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan output dan pendapatan nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan adanya hubungan kausalitas antara investasi, pendapatan nasional dan jumlah uang beredar di Indonesia periode 2007.1-2015.4. Untuk membuktikan ada tidaknya hubungan kausalitas antarvariabel penelitian maka dilakukan uji kausalitas Granger dengan metode VECM (Vector Error Correction Model). Hasil analisis kausalitas Granger menunjukkan bahwa, pertama, terdapat hubungan kausalitas antara pendapatan nasional dan investasi. Kedua, terdapat hubungan kausalitas antara pendapatan nasional dan jumlah uang beredar. Ketiga, tidak terdapat hubungan kausalitas antara investasi dan jumlah uang beredar.

Kebijakan dan Implementasi Program Relokasi PKL Kawasan Tlogosari Kota Semarang

The purpose of this study is to describe the condition of street vendors in the city of Semarang Tlogosari; describe and analyze the policy of the City Government, the role of the function of the actors involved, implementation and efforts aimed at addressing the causes of the inefective of the relocation program Tlogosari street vendors in the area of Semarang. The method used is descriptive analysis with qualitative approach. The data used in the research is a secondary data. The population in this study consisted of 21 keyperson consisting of elements of Semarang City Market Agency, Chief Tlogosari Kulon village, Semarang municipal police and street vendors in the area Tlogosari. The results showed that the condition of street vendors located in the area of Semarang has Tlogosari displacement relocation traders to place, but in relocating the government does not hold a follow-up in preparing the infrastructure and facilities. The role of the function of the actors involved in the relocation of street vendors in the program Tlogosari namely the Semarang City Market Agency and the municipal police personnel Semarang. Factors that cause the inefective of the relocation program of street vendors in the city of Semarang Tlogosari them is a culture of street vendors who keep returning despite being moved, PKL reluctantly relocated to Taman Suryokusumo, and street vendors were difficult to set or disciplined. And last effort in addressing the causes of the inefective of the relocation program PKL among other actions determine the place / location for street vendors selling. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendiskripsikan kondisi Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL) di kawasan Tlogosari Kota Semarang; mendiskripsikan dan menganalisis kebijakan Pemerintah Kota, peran fungsi aktor yang terlibat, Implementasi dan upaya yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi kurang efktifnya program relokasi PKL di kawasan Tlogosari Kota Semarang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian berupa data skunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 21 keyperson yang terdiri dari unsur Dinas Pasar Kota Semarang, Kepala Kelurahan Tlogosari Kulon, Satpol PP Kota Semarang dan PKL di kawasan Tlogosari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kondisi PKL yang berlokasi di kawasan Tlogosari Kota Semarang telah dilakukan pemindahan pedagang ke tempat relokasi, namun dalam melakukan relokasi pemerintah tidak mengadakan tindak lanjut dalam menyiapkan sarana dan prasarana. Peran fungsi aktor yang terlibat dalam program relokasi PKL di kawasan Tlogosari yaitu pihak Dinas Pasar Kota Semarang serta para personil Satpol PP Kota Semarang. Faktor program relokasi yang berjalan kurang baik PKL di kawasan Tlogosari Kota Semarang diantaranya adalah budaya PKL yang selalu kembali meskipun sudah dipindah, PKL enggan di relokasi ke Taman Suryokusumo, dan PKL yang sulit ditata atau ditertibkan. Dan terakhir upaya dalam mengatasi berjalan kurang baiknya program relokasi PKL antara lain melakukan tindakan menentukan tempat/lokasi berjualan bagi PKL. Pemerintah Kota terjun langsung mendekati PKL untuk berbicara dan melakukan musyawarah.

Pengaruh Program Bos terhadap Keputusan Anak Putus Sekolah

This study aims to analyze the influence of the BOS Program on junior high school dropout decisions in Purworejo Regency and analyze individual, family and school characteristics of junior high school dropout decisions in Purworejo Regency. This type of research is quantitative. The population used in this study were all junior high school children in Purworejo Regency with 24,827 students graduating from junior high school and 30 students dropping out of school. Data analysis method used in this study is binary logit regression. The results in this study indicate that the BOS Program has no significant effect on the decision of school dropouts because BOS funds cannot cover all school operational costs so that many school fees are charged to parents and there are other factors that cause children's decision to drop out of school. Individual characteristics in the form of education and health perceptions significantly influence the decision of school dropouts. Family characteristics in the form of the number of siblings, siblings drop out of school, help parents, and academic support of parents significantly influence the decision of children dropping out of school. School characteristics such as problems with teachers, problems with friends, and distance do not have a significant effect, while school dropouts have a statistically significant effect on the decisions of dropouts. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Program BOS terhadap keputusan anak putus sekolah tingkat SMP di Kabupaten Purworejo dan menganalisis karakteristik individu, keluarga dan sekolah terhadap keputusan anak putus sekolah tingkat SMP di Kabupaten Purworejo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anak sekolah menengah pertama di Kabupaten Purworejo dengan anak yang lulus sekolah menengah pertama sejumlah 24.827 siswa dan anak putus sekolah sebanyak 30 siswa. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi binary logit. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Program BOS tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan anak putus sekolah karena dana BOS tidak dapat menutup semua biaya operasional sekolah sehingga banyak biaya sekolah yang dibebankan kepada orang tua siswa serta terdapatnya faktor lain yang menyebabkan keputusan anak untuk putus sekolah. Karakteristik individu berupa persepsi pendidikan dan kesehatan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan anak putus sekolah. Karakteristik keluarga berupa jumlah saudara, saudara kandung putus sekolah, membantu orang tua, dan dukungan akademik orang tua berpengaruh signifkan terhadap keputusan anak putus sekolah. Karakteristik sekolah berupa masalah dengan guru, masalah dengan teman, dan jarak tidak berpengaruh signifikan, sedangkan teman putus sekolah berpengaruh signifikan secara statistik terhadap keputusan anak putus sekolah.

Money Supply, Counterfeit Money, and Economic Growth Effect to E-Money Transaction

Electronic money is an innovation in payment systems. Although transactions continue to increase, the ratio of electronic money transactions to transactions using the Card Payment Instrument is always less than 1%. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of monetary instruments namely the money supply (M1), counterfeit money, and economic growth on electronic money transactions in Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative method using time series data during the period January 2016 - December 2018. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression with a double log model based on OLS. The results of this study indicate that the money supply (M1) has a positive and significant effect on electronic money transactions, counterfeit money has no significant effect on electronic money transactions, economic growth has a positive and significant effect on electronic money transactions. The implication of this research is that electronic money should be given additional security such as PIN so that when the owner loses it will not lose the balance contained therein, Bank Indonesia should encourage and encourage the public to switch to using electronic money so that it can reduce the money supply and avoid the risk of counterfeit money. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif menggunakan data deret waktu selama periode Januari 2016 - Desember 2018. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan model log ganda berdasarkan OLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jumlah uang beredar (M1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap transaksi uang elektronik, uang palsu tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap transaksi uang elektronik, pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap transaksi uang elektronik. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa uang elektronik harus diberikan keamanan tambahan seperti PIN sehingga ketika pemilik kehilangan itu tidak akan kehilangan saldo yang terkandung di dalamnya, Bank Indonesia harus mendorong dan mendorong masyarakat untuk beralih menggunakan uang elektronik sehingga dapat mengurangi jumlah uang beredar dan menghindari risiko uang palsu.

Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel jumlah barang elektronik, jumlah anggota keluarga, luas bangunan rumah, pendapatan keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengeluaran listrik rumah tangga di Kelurahan Sekaran. Sedangkan variabel jumlah ruang tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengeluaran listrik rumah tangga di Kelurahan Sekaran.

Research analysis used a SWOT analysis tool. Sisi kelemahan yaitu tingkat pengawasan belum optimal, pelaksana menolak kebijakan, tingkat harga eceran tertinggi belum tepat dan informasi kebijakan belum tersampaikan dengan jelas. Sedangkan sisi peluang dari faktor eksternal yaitu kemampuan menambah persediaan beras dengan impor, kesiapan pemerintah untuk mengisi persediaan beras di pasar dan dorongan masyarakat untuk menjaga stabilitas stabilitas harga beras. Sisi ancaman yaitu ketersediaan beras dari petani terbatas, gangguan faktor produksi beras dan rantai distribusi beras panjang. Strategi yang tepat digunakan saat ini yaitu strategi defensif.

Implementation of Swadaya Housing Stimulant Assistance

People who are less fortunate still find it difficult to get access to decent homes. The Government of Indonesia through the Ministry of Public Works and Housing has developed a program that is oriented towards housing development, namely the Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance aimed at Low-Income Communities. The purpose of this study is to measure the success of the implementation of Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance in Tempuran Village, Bringin District, Semarang Regency. The research method used is descriptive percentage. The type of data used is primary data using a questionnaire. The variables used are program standards and targets, institutional capacity, funding and social and political conditions. The results of the study, the percentage of standard variables and program targets is 73% categorized as successful. The results of the analysis of the percentage of institutional capacity variables that is 73% are categorized successful. The results of the analysis of the percentage of financing variables are 86% until the categorization is very successful. The results of the analysis of the percentage of social and political conditions variables are 44% categorized quite successful. The policy implications, assistance and supervision of the Field Facilitator are needed for the KPB to carry out its development independently, the need for prior notification of the preparation of additional self-funding in the BSPS program by the beneficiary community itself for the completion of the housing construction process, the need for participation from surrounding communities and interest groups who have the opinion that the implementation goes well. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif persentase. Jenis data yang digunakan adalaah data primer dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Variabel yang digunakan adalah standar dan sasaran program, kapasitas kelembagaan, pembiayaan serta kondisi sosial dan politik. Hasil penelitian persentase variabel standar dan sasaran program adalah sebesar 73% dikategorikan berhasil. Hasil analisis persentase variabel kapasitas kelembagaan yaitu 73% dikategorikan berhasil. Hasil analisis persentase variabel pembiayaan adalah 86% sdikategorikan sangat berhasil. Hasil analisi persentase variabel kondisi sosial dan politik adalah 44% dikategorikan cukup berhasil. Implikasi kebijakan, pendampingan dan pengawasan dari Tenaga Fasilitator Lapangan diperlukan agar KPB melakukan pembangunannya secara swadaya, perlunya pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu untuk persiapan dana tambahan swadaya pada program BSPS oleh masyarakat penerima bantuan itu sendiri demi terselesaikannya proses pembangunan rumah, perlunya partisipasi dari masyarakat sekitar serta kelompok kepentingan yang berpengarung agar implementasi berjalan dengan baik.

This research was conducted to see the plan to implement the partnership and Community Development program implemented by PT. PLN TJB and see the effect of the Partnership and Community Development Program on the welfare of PT. PLN TJB. This research method is quantitative descriptive using primary data with the number of respondents as many as 50 people who are members of integrated livestock fostered groups. The analytical tool used is SPSS. The results showed the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility implemented by PT. PLN TJB Goes Well. The CSR program received a positive response from the community. The community also welcomed the CSR program of PT. PLN TJB. The relationship between the implementation of CSR programs in partnership programs involves several parties, namely the CSR unit of PT. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk melihat mekanisme pelaksanaan program kemitraan dan bina lingkungan yang dilaksanakan PT. PLN TJB serta melihat pengaruh Program kemitraan dan bina lingkungan terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat binaan PT. PLN TJB. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif diskriptif menggunakan data primer dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 50 orang yang tergabung dalam kelompok binaan ternak terpadu. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Implementasi Corporate Social Responsibility yang dilaksanakan oleh PT. PLN TJB berjalan secara baik. Adanya program CSR mendapatkan respon positif dari masyarakat. Masyarakat juga antusias menyambut program CSR PT. PLN TJB. Mekanisme pelaksanaan program CSR pada program kemitraan melibatkan beberapa pihak yakni unit CSR PT. PLN TJB, Perguruan Tinggi, Pemerintah Daerah, serta Masyarakat kelompok binaan Ternak PT. PLN. Pelaksanaan program kemitraan melalui tiga tahapan yakni perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Untuk program bina lingkungan mekanisme pelaksanaan program CSR, PT. PLN TJB menyalurkan alokasi bantuan ke masyarakat langsung, tetapi untuk infrastuktur dan lingkungan PT. PLN melibatkan pemerintah desa dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan CSR nya. Peran perusahaan dalam pembangunan ekonomi desa cukup sentral. Adanya perusahaan memberikan dampak positif terhadap masyarakat. Program CSR yang dilakukan PT. PLN TJB cukup berpengaruh terhdap kesejahteraan masyarakat sekitar PT. PLN TJB. Seperti CSR bidang ekonomi melalui program senter dan desa wisata yang memberikan dampak langsung ke pendapatan masyarakat sekitar. Serta program pengobatan gratis yang mendapatkan antusias dari masyarakat.
