This research is carried out to prove factors of tendency of accounting fraud in companies empirically. Variable used in predicting the tendency of accounting fraud is profitability level, capital turnover, financial leverage, assets composition, and firm size tendency of accounting fraud. The population is companies registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange that are suspected to fraud the accounting during observation year 2013 2015. Samples are taken by using purposive sampling, there are 12 companies are proven to be done fraud accounting and 12 companies are not. Data is analysed by using logistic regression analysis and Hosmer and Lemeshow test to measure the model. The result shows that capital turnover and assets composition has significant influence on tendency of accounting fraud. Besides, profitability, financial leverage, and firm size has insignificant influence on tendency of accounting fraud variable. This research concluded that capital turnover and assets composition can be used as predictor of tendency of accounting fraud in a company.

This study aimed to examine the effect of Firm Size, Financial Leverage, Dividend Payout Ratio, and Firm Value toward Income Smoothing in BUMN Companies Listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange.  Income Smoothing measured by Index Eckel’s.  The Population in this study is BUMN companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019 Based on the purposive sampling method, the sum of a sample obtained from the population is 16 companies.  Sources of data obtained from annual reports of companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019.  The analytical method for this study uses logistic regression analysis and Mann Whitney test with SPSS 21.  Based on the result of the analysis showed Firm Size, Financial Leverage, Dividend Payout Ratio, and Firm Value are not influence Income Smoothing.

The purpose of this research is to reexamine the factors allegedly effecttoincome smoothing, whiches firm size, profitability, financial leverage, institutional ownership. The sample of this study consisted of 59 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2013 until 2015. To determine the status of grading company and not a profit grader used Eckel index. As for answering research hypothesis used Logistic Regression analysis tools. The results of this study concludes that income smoothing taken by the company to go public in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Multivariate testing using the Logistic Regression showed thatfirm size, profitability, financial leverage has significant effect on income smoothing. While, the variable institutional ownership had no significant effect on income smoothing.

The aim of this research is to prove the effect of financial leverage, profitability, net profit margin and firm size to the income smoothing. Population of this research is manufacturing companies listed at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the period of 2016-2018 with sampling determined by purposive sampling. Data analyzed using logistic regression (binary logistic regresion). The results of this research showed that financial leverage and profitability have negative effect to income smoothing, and at the opposite net profit margin has positive effects  to income smoothing. Whereas firm size has no effects to income smoothing

The company's financial performance is the first benchmark to build investor confidence. Describes the state of the company and can be a reference for investment decisions. This article aims to increase the influence of firm size and financial leverage on financial performance of PT.Japfa Comfeed Indonesia  firm size shows the size of a company. While financial leverage the proportion of debt usage to finance its investment. This article also uses descriptive methods and quantitative approaches, namely to describe the results of research whose data is presented in numerical form. The data in this article is secondary data taken from  financial statements PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk. and supported by literature and documentation studies, which are processed statistically and quantitatively. The results of this study concluded that partially firm size has an insignificant influence on financial performance. But for financial leverage has a significant influence on financial performance. Simultaneously, firm size and financial leverage have a significant influence on financial performance with a contribution of 66.8% meaning that 33.2% of financial performance is influenced by other factors that are not examined in this study.

The capital market in Indonesia is currently growing, so that competition between companies is increasing. The company will try to increase the value of the company in order to attract investors to invest in the company. Management realizes that attention investors tend to only focus on profit, so managers are encouraged to practice income smoothing. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of firm value, firm size and profitability on income smoothing practices in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2018 periode. The number of samples selected in banking companies is as many as 31 companies, using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is a logistic regression analysis and the results showed that the firm value and firm size had a positive effect on income smoothing practices, while the profitability did not effect the income smoothing practice. The purpose of this empirical research is to examine the effect of firm size, financial leverage, profitability, and cash holding against income smoothing in the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014-2016. This research uses 63 manufacturing companies that were selected using purposive sampling method for a total of 189 data in three years.In this study, the hypotheses test is performed using the logistic regression model.The results showed that profitability, cash holding and firm size has no effect on income smoothing. Financial Leverage has a negative influence on income smoothing.

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of company size, profitability, financial leverage, and cash holding on income smoothing practices. The population in this study were 126 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014 to 2018. The method of determining samples by purposive sampling. The number of samples obtained was 48 samples with observations over 5 years so there were 240 observations. The practice of income smoothing is calculated using the eckel index and the analysis technique used is logistic regression analysis. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that company size, profitability, financial leverage, and cash holding have a positive effect on the income smoothing practices of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014 to 2018. This study can provide additional knowledge about the effect of company size, profitability, financial leverage and cash holding on income smoothing practices. Objective - This research aims to obtain the empirical evidence on the influence of dividend policy, income tax, firm size, profitability, and leverage on income smoothing. Methodology/Technique - In this research, income smoothing is proxied with the Eckel index and logistic regression is used to test the hypothesis. The research population consists of non-financial companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2013 to 2016. The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling. The number of companies selected is 79 with 316 data. Findings - The results show that dividend policy, income tax, profitability, and leverage all have an influence on income smoothing. Meanwhile, firm size has no significant influence on income smoothing. Novelty - These findings are consistent with a firm's dividend policy and income tax having an incremental impact on income smoothing behavior. Type of Paper Empirical. Objective - This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of severity, free assets, company size, asset retrenchment and CEO expertise on the success of recovery companies experiencing financial distress that are listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). Methodology/Technique - The population used in this study are all companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange between 2011 and 2016. This study uses a simple logistic regression analysis to test the hypotheses. Findings - The results indicate that free assets and CEO expertise have a significant and positive effect on the success of a company's recovery. Meanwhile, variable severity, asset retrenchment and firm size do not affect the success of the company's recovery. Type of Paper - Empirical. This research aims to analyze the defining factor of Corporate Internet Reporting’s timeliness. The research’s population is all registered manufacture company in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample using purposive sampling method. Data collecting method is using documentation method. Hypothesis testing using logistic regression analysis. The results of this research is that the defining factor from Corporate Internet Reporting’s timeliness variable company, profitability, laverage, liquidity, issue of shares measurement.
