The ship escort mechanism and system in KRI / KAL in reporting the position of the ship beingguarded at this time is only limited to reports via radio communication equipment / HT. This causedthe KRI / KAL Commander's decision to be reconfirmed manually between the ship's escort Personneland the KRI / KAL Guard Officer. Therefore it is necessary to have a system that can monitor theposition of ship escort personnel periodically by applying LoRa (Long Range) technology integratedwith a GIS-based information system (Geographic Information System). The position monitoringsystem for ship escort personnel can send coordinate data from the Client transceiver device that iscarried by the ship escort personnel periodically with the 915MHz LoRa TM protocol and receive theclosest Gateway transceiver in KRI / KAL with the same frequency with an average time of two once asecond transmits, the coordinate data received is stored in the application server database monitoringthe position of ship escort personnel in the form of markers, so that the position of personnel ismonitored periodically and can be immediately reported to the KRI / KAL Commander as decisionmaker. Στη σημερινή εποχή των σύγχρονων τεχνολογιών του διαδικτύου, ταπληροφοριακά συστήματα και τα συστήματα λήψης αποφάσεων αποτελούν κινητήριαδύναμη για τη μετάβαση από τη βιομηχανική κοινωνία στην κοινωνία τωνπληροφοριών. Ολοένα και περισσότερες διαδικασίες της καθημερινότητας μαςτείνουν να αυτοματοποιούνται και να υλοποιούνται σε διαδικτυακό περιβάλλον.H ηλεκτρονική διακυβέρνηση συμβάλλει στον εκσυγχρονισμό και στηναπλοποίηση της γραφειοκρατίας σε περιφερειακό, εθνικό και υπερεθνικό επίπεδο,καθώς επίσης και των δημόσιων υπηρεσιών. Καθορίστηκαν νέοι, πιο ρεαλιστικοίστόχοι στο πρόγραμμα της Κοινωνίας της Πληροφορίας i2010 της ΕυρωπαϊκήςΈνωσης στα πλαίσια της ηλεκτρονικής διακυβέρνησης σε διάφορoυς τομείς. Έναςτέτοιος σημαντικός τομέας είναι το Εθνικό Κτηματολόγιο.Στη σύγχρονη εποχή της εξέλιξης των τεχνολογιών, της ανάπτυξης τωνπληροφοριακών συστημάτων και στα πλαίσια περιορισμού της γραφειοκρατίας στιςσυναλλαγές του πολίτη με τα κτηματολογικά γραφεία απαιτείται αύξηση τηςταχύτητας και απλούστευση των διαδικασιών. H απάντηση στα καθημερινάπροβλήματα είναι η ανάπτυξη ενός πληροφοριακού συστήματος για την ηλεκτρονικήυποβολή όλων των αιτήσεων με όλα τα επισυναπτόμενα έγγραφα, έπειτα απόσάρωση, που θα απαλλάσσει τους συναλλασσομένους από την ταλαιπωρία τηςιδιόχειρης κατάθεσης.Στην παρούσα εργασία σχεδιάσθηκε ένα πληροφοριακό σύστημα όπουεπιλέχθηκαν, για την υλοποίηση της εφαρμογής, τεχνολογίες οι οποίες επιτρέπουν τηνάμεση πρόσβαση του πολίτη στο πληροφοριακό σύστημα των ΚτηματολογικώνΓραφείων, μέσω του διαδικτύου. Χρησιμοποιήθηκαν ολοκληρωμένες λύσειςανάπτυξης εφαρμογών της ORACLE, η οποία είναι από τις πλέον αξιόπιστες εταιρείεςστον συγκεκριμένο χώρο. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, χρησιμοποιήθηκαν : 1) ΒάσηΔεδομένων ORACLE, 2) ORACLE Application Server και 3) Oracle FormsDeveloper 10.Υλοποιήθηκε ένα πλήρες Σύστημα Υποβολής Αιτήσεων, προσβάσιμο μέσωτου Διαδικτύου, το οποίο αποτελείται από: 1) Κεντρικό Παράθυρο Εφαρμογής, 2)Φόρμες Αιτήσεων, 3) Φόρμες Αναζητήσεων, 4) Φόρμες Καταχώρησης Στοιχείων, και5) Φόρμες Διαχείρισης Εφαρμογής. Τα δεδομένα τα οποία υποβάλλονται μέσω των προαναφερθεισών φορμών,διαβιβάζονται μέσω του Application Server στην Βάση Δεδομένων, όπουαποθηκεύονται, ώστε να γίνει η απαραίτητη επεξεργασία τους. Τα δεδομένα αυτάείναι, δυνητικά, διαθέσιμα σε οποιοδήποτε άλλο Σύστημα, το οποίο χρησιμοποιείται ήθα χρησιμοποιηθεί στο μέλλον, από τα Κτηματολογικά Γραφεία.

Today’s rich Web applications use a mix of Java Script and Asynchronous communication with the application server. This mechanism is also known as Ajax: Asynchronous JavaScript and XML. The intent of Ajax is to exchange small pieces of data between the browser and the application server, and in doing so, use partial page refresh instead of reloading the entire Web page. AJAX (Asynchronous JavaScript and XML.) is a powerful web development model for browser-based Web applications. This project is designed and developed keeping that factor into mind, and a little effort is made to achieve this aim. Our project is capable to recognize the speech and convert the input audio into text & style sheet it also enables a user to perform operations “save, open, exit” a file by providing voice input.

ABSTRAKJumlah pengguna yang meningkat merupakan salah satu penyebab menurunnya kualitas jaringan jika hanya menggunakan ukuran bandwidth yang sama. Sebagai contoh pada implementasi jaringan kampus, jaringan LAN antar gedung yang berbeda biasanya dihubungkan dengan menggunakan perangkat switch. Penurunan performansi jaringan pada jaringan tersebut akibat pertambahan jumlah pengguna bisa diatasi dengan menggunakan konsep load balancing dengan memanfaatkan teknologi EtherChannel. Implementasi teknologi tersebut dapat menggunakan dua pilihan protokol yaitu PAgP dan LACP. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji performansi jaringan yang menerapkan konsep load balancing dengan menggunakan protokol PAgP dan LACP. Skenario pengujian menggunakan konsep client-server, dimana aplikasi server yang digunakan adalah FTP untuk implementasi layanan pertukaran data dan penggunaan software VLC untuk implementasi layanan video streaming. Pada penggunaan layanan FTP dengan protokol PAgP dihasilkan nilai delay 42% lebih baik dibandingkan dengan LACP. Begitupula untuk nilai throughput, penggunaan protokol PAgP masih lebih baik 10% dibandingkan dengan LACP.Kata kunci: LAN, Load balancing, Etherchannel, PAgP, LACP ABSTRACTThe increasing number of users is one cause of declining network performance if only use on the same bandwidth value. For example, in the implementation on the campus network, LAN among different building is usually connected using a switch. The decreasing of network performance on that network due to the increasing of the number of users which can be overcome by using a load balancing concept with EtherChannel technology utilization. The implementation of that technology uses two protocols, namely PAgP and LACP. This research intends to test the network performance by applying the load balancing concept using both PAgP and LACP protocols. The experiment scenarios used a client-server concept, where the implemented application server is FTP for exchanging data services and VLC software for implementing video streaming services. In the use of FTP services with using PAgP protocol showed a delay value of 42% better than LACP. The same with throughput value, the use of PAgP protocol still better 10% than LACP.Keywords: LAN, Load balancing, Etherchannel, PAgP, LACP
