ABSTRACT Objective: to unveil the feelings experienced by health professionals working at a Child and Adolescent Psychosocial Care Center (Centro de Atenção Psicossocial Infanto-Juvenil) in the care for children and adolescents victims of violence. Methodology: qualitative, descriptive and exploratory research, carried out in a Child and Adolescent Psychosocial Care Center (Centro de Atenção Psicossocial Infanto-Juvenil). Data were collected through a semi-structured interview with ten professionals from the multidisciplinary team between May and June 2017. Data interpretation was based on the thematic analysis. Results: there were two themes: Contact with violence: feelings that emerge; and Between reason and emotion: contact with the perpetrator of violence. It was evidenced a multiplicity of feelings that affect the professionals involved in the care for children/adolescents victims. Conclusion and implications for practice: from the results, it is identified that professionals have difficulties in caring for children/adolescents victims of violence, with a need to devise strategies to deal with the range of feelings that emerge when performing this. In order to do so, it is believed that it is necessary to improve attention in the care network in order to reduce emotional levels overload and improve quality of life of victims and professionals, in order to solve problems for a healthier working process.

ABSTRACT Objective: To describe the unique therapeutic trajectories of children linked to a Center for Psychosocial Child and Adolescent Care (Centro de Atenção Psicossocial Infantojuvenil, CAPSi). Method: A qualitative, descriptive and exploratory research. Data collection was carried out with five school-age children, linked to a Child and Adolescent Psychosocial Care Center (CAPSi), located in the South of Rio Grande do Sul (RS), from April to July 2016, from the consultation to the chart, observation, field journal entries and by the narrative interviews, which were transcribed and submitted to narrative analysis. The narrative interviews mediated by the ludic instrumental called Map of the Five Fields (MFF) allowed for oral expression. Results: Two themes were constructed: “characterization of children participating in the research” and “singular therapeutic trajectories of children”. Conclusion: The therapeutic trajectories made it possible to present the uniqueness of the life of the participants, through the relation established between the child, the territory in which he/she transits and the social context.

Abstract Objective: To analyze the possibilities and challenges in building intersectoral networks in mental health in the professional’s view involved in the care for children and adolescents treated at the Child and Adolescent Psychosocial Care Center. Methods: A qualitative, descriptive and exploratory research, held from May to June 2014, performed a town in southern Brazil. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 26 workers intersectoral networking and submitted to thematic analysis. Results: The articulation of different services and intersectoral care devices, and challenges to be overcome, the individual treatment plan, social policies that realize the real needs of users, including family and the medical-hegemonic model, were pointed out as possibilities. Conclusion: The care raised to the intersectoral level is a necessity and a way to achieve new perspectives on care and its articulations to consolidate the Child and Adolescent Mental Health policy.

ABSTRACT Purpose: The speech therapy practice in mental health is questioned by the challenge of producing shared care strategies to, above all, expand the conditions and the communicational repertoire, the discursive and social circulation of people with mental suffering. Objective of this study was to identify the perception of clinical listening in professionals of Child and Adolescent Psychosocial Care Center (CAPSij), specifying the role of speech therapy in the care and listening of patientes. Methods: This is a participatory and dialogical research. A discussion group was used to collect data. Results: were grouped in the following categories: listening conception; listening and working process; listening effects; speech therapy and clinical listening. These professionals think of clinical listening as a central device for mental health care. The clinical listening favors reflection on the bio psychic dynamics of healthcare. It was observed contributions of speech therapy in intra and interinstitutional scopes, in the clinical-therapeutic work of the health professionals, patients and relatives. The speech therapist’s skills and knowledge about organic aspects of child development in the opinion of professionals enhance clinical listening. Conclusion: It was concluded that without teamwork, care in CAPSij would not happen in a qualified way under the public health policies: Psychosocial Care Network (PSCN) and Unified Health System (SUS) frameworks. The clinical listening is a condition of possibility of the care offered by the professionals.

Objective To associate the territory of identity with the production of care within a PCC focusing on children and adolescents with drug abuse and their institutional identity. Method We used the “ process tracing methodology” in four research categories: focus groups, characterization of professionals, observing the everyday and interviewing two members of emblematic cases of the service. Results territory of identity of the institution, which operates the production of care is crossed by the difficulty of dealing with the complexity brought by the users and the performance of the PCC network. This paper is also permeated by different conceptions of care and small problematization of these issues in collective spaces of service. Conclusion The discussion in focus groups and other devices can be powerful resources to reframe the meaning of care and identity of collective service.

Objetivo: analisar a violência de gênero sofrida pelas mulheres usuárias do Centro de Atenção Psicossocial Álcool e Drogas. Método: trata-se de um estudo quantitativo, descritivo, de corte transversal, com 30 mulheres atendidas pelo CAPS AD, que estavam ativas no sistema Registro das Ações Ambulatoriais de Saúde e responderam a um questionário estruturado. Analisaram-se os dados empregando a estatística não paramétrica. Resultados: apresenta-se, pelas mulheres pesquisadas, índice de violência elevada em relação à média nacional. Detalha-se que os fatores que apareceram como agravantes foram raça/cor, escolaridade e moradia, as maiores vítimas: mulheres negras e de escolaridade baixa. Conclusão: agrava-se, pelos fatores sociais, a violência praticada contra as mulheres pesquisadas. Mostra-se, para os agravantes, a necessidade de se incluir discussões nas políticas de combate à violência. Revela-se que o número de denúncia é baixo, assim como a procura por serviços de saúde. Method: this is a quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional study of 30 women treated at CAPS AD, who were active in the Outpatient Health Actions Registry system and answered a structured questionnaire. Data was analyzed using nonparametric statistics. Results: the surveyed women presented a high level of violence in relation to the national average. It is noted that the factors that appeared as aggravating factors were race / color, education and housing, the biggest victims: black women and low education. Conclusion: the violence against women surveyed is aggravated by social factors. For the aggravating factors, the need to include discussions in the policies to combat violence is shown. The number of complaints is low, as is the demand for health services. Conclusión: la violencia contra las mujeres encuestadas se ve agravada por factores sociales. Para los factores agravantes, se muestra la necesidad de incluir discusiones en las políticas para combatir la violencia. El número de quejas es bajo, al igual que la demanda de servicios de salud. Background: Metabolic syndrome (MS) is associated with a greater risk of morbimortality. Ob-jective: To estimate the prevalence of Metabolic Syndrome (MS) and associated factors in patients of a Psychosocial Care Center (CAPS) in the city of Salvador, state of Bahia, Brazil. Method: Cross-sectional study set at CAPS in the city of Salvador-Bahia, between August 2019 and February 2020. MS was evaluated according to the National Cholesterol Education Program's Adult Treatment Panel III. In addition to descriptive statistics, gross and adjusted prevalence ratios were described. Results: MS was found in 100 (35.2%) individuals, 116 (40.9%) were obese and 165 (58.1%) had increased waist circumference. Polypharmacy was identified in 63 (22.3%) patients and 243 (85.9%) used antipsychotics. In the gross evaluation, the female (PR = 1.88; 95% CI: 1.35-2.63) and the use of antidepressants (PR = 1.41; 95%CI: 1.05-1.88) were associated with MS. After logistic re-gression, depression (PR = 1.86; 95%CI: 1.38-2.51), acanthosis (PR = 1.50; 95%CI: 1.18 - 1.90), use of antipsychotics (PR = 1.88; 95%CI: 1.13 - 2.75) and the hypertriglyceremic waist (PR = 3.33; 95%CI: 2.48- 4.46) were associated with MS. Conclusion: The prevalence of MS alerts to multimorbidity among individuals with mental disorders and the need for clinical screening.
