Invariant Algorithms of Multiple Regression for Optimal Control of Electric Drive Technological Installations

The theoretical aspects of the development of an invariant control system for high-power automated electric drives of oil and gas pipeline facilities are considered. A generalized mathematical model of the compression process is proposed, depending on the production, structural and climatic parametric disturbances on the electric drive. The results of the synthesis and analysis of invariant control systems for changing the parameters of the main factors of technological processes are presented. Using a concrete example of a compressor station of a main gas pipeline, the possibilities of stable operation of electric drives with multiple regression algorithms that provide resistan-ce to external influences and transition to low-population technologies for servic-ing electric drive units are justified.

During the construction of oil and gas pipelines, a complex of engineering and geodetic works is necessary to ensure the geometric parameters of the designed routes during their laying. Therefore, the development of new methods for performing engineering and geodetic works for tracing linear structures using modern instruments is an urgent task. The purpose of this research is to analyze the modern methodology for the implementation of engineering and geodetic works for surveying and construction of the gas pipeline. The object of surveying is the route of the main gas pipeline «Aikhal-Udachny». The approbation of the methodology for performing engineering and geodetic works surveying for the «Aikhal-Udachny» gas pipeline was carried out and an analysis of the results was given.

The efficiency issue of energy systems in the oil and gas industry is a crucial factor nowadays. Energy share in the production costs of oil and gas can reach 50%. Among the most important energy equipment are the electric drives of the pumps, compressors, auxiliary units, etc. The paper considered the lifecycle of the electric drives used at oil and gas fields and evaluated their efficiency parameters during periods of operational wear or malfunctioning. At the same time, the lifecycle of the energy equipment was seen as its technical state during operation. Based on the spectral analysis of the current using the finite Fourier transform (FFT), the main frequency components were identified that characterize the type and level of malfunction, taking into account defined efficiency indicators of the electric drive. A technique for assessing the technical state of an electric drive was proposed based on the normalized levels of the amplitudes of the frequency components. Predictive management of the electric drive was implemented in terms of correcting the control system when a malfunction occurs, providing the required efficiency indicators. Boundaries for the technical state of the electric drive were determined. Recommendations for further operation, terms of maintenance and repair or preventive management were presented.

The main negative factors affecting the starting modes of synchronous electric drives of pumping units of irrigation water supply systems were identified, computer simulation of direct and soft start of synchronous electric drive was made, the simulation results are shown in graphs and a brief conclusion was made on the study.
