This study aims to determine the influence of the complexity of the banking business on the quality of financial statements that are moderated by the XBRL reporting form on the banking industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017. The sample used was 43 banking companies from a total of 91 financial sector companies, based on purposive sampling. The complexity of the banking business in this study is measured by the level of complexity of the BOOK based on OJK regulations No. 6 / POJK.03 / 2016, the quality of financial statements is measured using non discretionary accruals and xbrl is measured by the use of the company in that year. In analyzing data, this study uses statistical tests of multiple regression analysis. Based on the calculation of multiple regression analysis with the help of Eviews 10 software, the relationship between the complexity of the banking business and the quality of financial statements is strengthened by the form of XBRL reporting

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of competence, independence, time pressure, and ethics of auditors on the quality of audit. This research is expected to improve the quality of audit conducted by an auditor who has the competence and independence. The population used in this research are auditors who work in the public accountant office in jakarta of which is there are as many as 171 of respondents. This study used multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are (1) The competence has significant effect on the quality of audit, (2) The independence has significant effect on the quality of audit, (3) The time pressure has significant effect on the quality of audit, and (4) The ethics has significant effect on the quality of audit. The implication of this research for institution that is public accountant office as an evaluation on upon the performance of auditors to increase the competence, independence, time pressure, and ethics of auditors to produce a good quality of audit in terms of the disclosure of the financial statements and can help investors and other parties concerned to avoid the possibility of fraud by those who use the audit results.<br /><br />

The Effect of Bonus Mechanisms, Tunneling Incentive and Debt Covenant on Transfer Pricing Transactions. (Empirical Study of Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018).This study aims to determine the effect of bonus mechanism, tunneling incentive and debt covenants on transfer pricing transactions in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2014-2018.The sample of this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2018. By using purposive sampling method which consists of 6 companies. The data used in the form of financial statements with multiple regression analysis methods are processed using SPSS 23. The results of the study that the bonus mechanism affected the transfer pricing transaction with a significant value of 0.002, tunneling incentive affected the transfer pricing transaction, with a significant value of 0.004 and the debt covennat had no effect on the transfer pricing transaction with a significant value of 0.153.

The purpose of this study to know the influence of fundamental factors that ROA, DER, TATO, and CR on stock price. In this case the researchers used data in the form of financial statements food and beverage companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Researchers used a population of 10 companies listed on the Stock Exchange period 2009-2012. The data used financial statements are the financial statements that have been published in the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) in 2013 and in www.idx.co.id. The analysis tool used is multiple regression analysis, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination was tested with the classical assumption. Based on the analysis of data it can be concluded that the variable DER and CR have a significant effect on stock price.

This study aims to look at the effect of each variable (DER, ROA, NPM, EPS) on underpricing in companies conducting an initial public offering on the Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. Testing is done by using a sample of 31 companies that conducted an initial public offering listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016 -2018, using purposive sampling method. Data processing methods use SPSS with descriptive tests, classic assumption tests, and in the measurement of hypotheses using multiple regression analysis. The results in this study address the influence of ROA and EPS on underpricing, while DER and NPM have no effect on underpricing. It is expected that this research can be used as a material consideration for investors in analyzing financial statements that will be used as a reference in investing, while for academics can add knowledge related to the influence of several fundamental factors on underpricing.

<p><em>The objective of this study is to examine the usefulness of the financial ratios at individual and construct levels in predicting earning growth for one year ahead. To predict the earning growth, there are 15 financial ratios categorized into four constructs. This study used data taken from financial statements for three years (1999 2001) from 76 companies listed on Jakarta Stock Exchange.To examine the usefulness of financial ratios in order to predict earning growth, this study uses multiple regression analysis and Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS). The multiple regression analysis is used to test the usefulness of the financial ratios at individual level while the Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) is used to test at the construct level to predict earning growth. The colleting data techniques used are library research and documentation from the Jakarta Stock Exchange. After data collected, it will be calculated and tested with statistic test in order to get a result. The next step is to take hypothesis from the result earlier and make a conclusion as the last step.The result of this study shows that changes of financial ratios at construct level which is debt ratio is useful to predict earnings changes for one year ahead in 76 companies listed in Jakarta Stock Exchange, whereas financial ratios at individual level are found unuseful.</em></p>

This study aims to determine the effect of audit committee quality, workload, audit rotation on audit quality in financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (idx) for the period 2016-2018. This research is a causative research. The population in this study are financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the period 2016-2018. By using purposive sampling method, obtained 107 companies as research samples. The type of data used is secondary data and multiple regression analysis is used. The results of this study indicate that the quality of the audit committee and audit rotation do not have a significant effect on financial quality, only workload has a significant effect on the financial statements

The objective of this study is to analyze (1) the factors that affecting firm value, and (2) the impact of growth opportunities to profitability and liquidity and firm value. Sample used is manufacture companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2015 Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis and moderate regression. Based on the findings, we conclude that profitability has a positive relationship to firm value. Liquidity has a positive relationship to firm value. Growth opportunities are able to moderate the relationship between profitability and liquidity toward firm value.

Purpose: This research aims to study the relationship between perception of elderly’s health and health behaviors in Nakhon Nayok province, Thailand Methods: This research was a cross-sectional study. The questionnaire was used to collect the data. This research was conducted in Nakhon Nayok province. The sample size was 270 which applied Taro Yamane's formula at a significant level 0.05. The descriptive statistics was implemented to describe the variables by presenting the frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Furthermore, multiple regression analysis was applied to analyze the relationship between perception of elderly’s health and health behaviors. The statistical significance was considered to reject Hypothesis-null at < 0.05. Results: From a total of 270 people, more than 58.22% of the elderly perceived that they had moderate health conditions. Most elderly had congenital diseases (62.2%). The multiple regression analysis results showed that health status perception and health status perception when compared to their cohort related significantly to health behavior. Conclusion: The government should support the elderly on participation, trust, engagement, and cultural concern of the people in the community, which can contribute to promoting the physical, mental and social condition of the elderly.
