Multilingual Education in the Republic of Kazakhstan: Problems and Prospects

The article is devoted to the problem of multilingual education in modern Kazakhstan. Currently, Kazakhstan is fully modernising the education system and introducing a multilingualism policy in the educational process. Experimental sites for multilingual education have been created in several Kazakh universities and secondary schools. The young Kazakhstani generation brought up in independent Kazakhstan is involved in the process of multilingual education. By 2020 it is expected that 100% of the population will speak Kazakh, 95% will also speak Russian and 25% will also speak English. The research results are based on sociolinguistic data that were collected in all regions of the country using sociolinguistic data collection methods.

The purpose of the study: the development of the recommendations for managing the motivation of didactic staff. Оbjection: analysis of research results in the field of teacher motivation in the Republic of Moldova; argumentation of the professional needs of teachers and a system of actions to improve the motivational aspect in the competence profile of teachers. Proceeding from the fact that the level of teachers' motivation determines the effectiveness of an educational institution, as well as that the teacher's motivation for a high-quality educational process is closely related to the student's motivation to learn, the main problems of the teaching staff are identified to affect the level of motivation and the reasons for low motivation in the education system, such as lack of social status, lack of information, lack of communication and participation. Based on the analysis of the research results, such factors of motivation in the education system as influence, competence, significance and choice have been identified. The personal values of teachers in general education are revealed, putting forward as a hypothesis the idea that a set of personal values can determine / contribute to the implementation of a managerial model for motivating teachers. There has been established a hierarchy of professional needs of teachers (the need for harmony of values, in the creation of values; the need for professional self-realization; the need for quality, for a job well done; cognitive needs; the need for gratitude; the need for synergy; information needs; material needs); the importance of the system of managerial actions is reasoned to exclude the phenomenon of demotivation. In conclusion a number of actions to improve the motivational aspect in the competence profile of teachers in the Republic of Moldova and the conditions for the effective management of teachers' motivation, are recommended.

Oh Gitu is one of the Edutainment genre programs that aired on Trans Tv television station. Oh Gitu has a goal to educate while entertaining his audience by choosing hosts from comedians. Information about public service, the production of a product, to the unique information about a culture that is still rarely known by people, is packed lightly by Oh Gitu. But unfortunately after 3 months from its premiere in November 2019, Oh Gitu had to stop airing at the end of February 2020. The purpose of this research is to determine the cause of the program Oh Gitu to stop airing and to know what kind of strategy the team is doing in an effort to attract the audience. In this research authors use qualitative methods of case studies to help achieve research results. Authors use data collection methods from interviews, Internet data observation, and data documentation. The results of this research author found that the edutainment program Oh Gitu stopped airing because more people are interested in pure entertainment program, decreased program rating, and strategy mistakes in promoting the program. And the authors hope, this research can be beneficial for Trans Tv in the future to be able to maximize the impressions and programs that educate for many people.Program Oh Gitu merupakan salah satu program bergenre Edutainment yang tayang di stasiun televisi Trans Tv. Oh Gitu memiliki tujuan untuk mengedukasi sekaligus menghibur penontonnya dengan memilih host dari kalangan komedian. Informasi mulai dari pelayanan umum, produksi suatu produk sampai informasi unik mengenai suatu budaya yang masih jarang diketahui oleh orang, dikemas secara ringan oleh Oh Gitu. Namun sayang setelah 3 bulan dari tayang perdananya bulan November 2019, Oh Gitu harus berhenti tayang pada akhir bulan Februari 2020. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penyebab program Oh Gitu berhenti tayang dan untuk mengetahui strategi seperti apa yang dilakukan oleh tim dalam upaya menarik minat menonton masyarakat. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif studi kasus untuk dapat mencapai hasil penelitian. Penulis menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dari hasil wawancara, observasi data internet, dan dokumentasi data. Hasil penelitian ini penulis menemukan bahwa program edutainment Oh Gitu berhenti tayang karena lebih banyak masyarakat yang tertarik dengan program pure entertainment, menurunnya rating tayangan, dan kesalahan strategi dalam mempromosikan program. Dan penulis berharap penelitian ini dapat bermanfaat bagi Trans Tv kedepannya untuk dapat memaksimalkan tayangan dan program yang mengedukasi bagi masyarakat.

The purpose of this research is to know the influence between gestalt counseling with techniques of game dialogue and hipnocounseling technique against self achievement in terms of the gender of the student. The research is the research experiments with 2 x 2 factorial design, this research was conducted in SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada. The Sampling technique used to determine the research sample is Random sampling. Data collection methods used are observation, interview, questionnaire and diary, recording documents. Data research results are analyzed using two lines of Anova. The results showed that, there may be differences between the influence of gestalt counseling with techniques of game dialogue and hipnocounseling technique against self achievement.
