In 2018, an observation complex (automatic video-spectral meteor patrol (AVSMP)) was designed and constructed at the Institute of Astronomy, V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, for obtaining kinematic and physical characteristics of meteor bodies and their spectra. Cameras were tested in astronomical observations mode with the aim to identify the technical capabilities of the device. This paper presents some of the first results of observations conducted with the help of AVSMP. The created observation complex is intended to expand the material, scientific, as well as educational and scientific base of the Institute of Astronomy. It will be used in the educational process at the Department of Astronomy and Space Informatics of V.N. Karazin KhNU, during practical and laboratory classes, performing bachelor’s and master’s works and developing the newest methods of remote sensing of astronomical objects of the Solar system. In August 2019, the first baseline observations of Perseid’s meteor shower were conducted using AVSMP. At Chuguev observational station of the Institute of Astronomy, where the complex is located, 225 video fragments with meteors in integral light and 98 videos with spectra of meteors were recorded. In Kharkiv, 132 video fragments with meteors in integral light were recorded by the secondary video camera. Of the obtained observation footage, 98 meteors recorded in the integral light are basic, and another 40 video fragments with spectra of meteors have corresponding basic observations in the integral light.

The article analyzes the peculiarities of the format of native advertising in the media space, its pragmatic potential (in particular, on the example of native content in the social network Facebook by the brand of the journalism department of ZNU), highlights the types and trends of native advertising. The following research methods were used to achieve the purpose of intelligence: descriptive (content content, including various examples), comparative (content presentation options) and typological (types, trends of native advertising, in particular, cross-media as an opportunity to submit content in different formats (video, audio, photos, text, infographics, etc.)), content analysis method using Internet services (using Popsters service). And the native code for analytics was the page of the journalism department of Zaporizhzhya National University on the social network Facebook. After all, the brand of the journalism department of Zaporozhye National University in 2019 celebrates its 15th anniversary. The brand vector is its value component and professional training with balanced distribution of theoretical and practical blocks (seven practices), student-centered (democratic interaction and high-level teacher-student dialogue) and integration into Ukrainian and world educational process (participation in grant programs).

And advertising on social networks is also a kind of native content, which does not appear in special blocks, and is organically inscribed on one page or another and unobtrusively offers, just remembering the product as if «to the word». Atmospheric properties have a significant influence on electromagnetic (EM) waves, including the propagation of EM signals used for remote sensing. For this reason, changes in the received amplitudes and phases of these signals can be used for the detection of the atmospheric disturbances and, consequently, for their investigation. Some of the most important sources of the temporal and space variations in the atmospheric parameters come from the outer space. Although the solar radiation dominates in these processes, radiation coming out of the solar system also can induces enough intensive disturbance in the atmosphere to provide deflections in the EM signal propagation paths. The aim of this issue is to present the latest research linking events and processes in outer space with changes in the propagation of the satellite and ground-based signals used in remote sensing.

The collective monograph is a project of the Department of Foreign Philology, Ukrainian Studies and Social and Law Disciplines of Mykhailo Tuhan-Baranovskyi Donetsk National University of Economics and Trade. The content is devoted to topical issues of competence approach provisions implementation in the higher institution educational process organization in terms of studentstraining. The authors identify the didactic and ideological potential of the humanities education content. The optimal ways of implementation of the competence-oriented paradigm of university students' training in the educational process of higher education have been developed, substantiated and shown

Problem of globalization of the educational process and integration into the international educational space is one of the most urgent problems for the Kazakh universities. In this regard, generalization of experience in training of PhD students is of particular interest, since training of PhD students is different in different countries. The example of the organization of educational process and scientific research in the PhD studies of chemical specialties at Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technology Al-Farabi Kazakh National University shows the peculiarities of the organization and defense of dissertations in Kazakhstan universities. It is shown that the training of specialists - doctoral students at Kazakhstan universities is carried out on the basis of theoretical and practical tests. At the same time currently the state of theoretical training and practical research is 1:1,5 however there is a tendency of decrease of the theoretical training. Conditions for preparation and defense of PhD-dissertations are described. The main requirements for the defense are marked: fulfillment of theoretical training and practical research in amount of 75 credits, the publication of results in journals with non-zero impact factor and approbation of the results in international scientific conferences.

One of the world-recognized practices of modern higher education is the application of problem-based and project-based approaches to teaching STEM-disciplines. In case of integration of problem-based and project-based learning, the educational process is organized around the problem to be solved by students and stimulates them to find optimal strategies for solving, and project activities are chosen as a way of organizing work. The article describes the ongoing experience of implementation of project-based STEM-courses "Hydro- and Gas Dynamics" and "Applied Mechanics and Fundamentals of Design", which is part of training of engineering students of 151 Automation and Computer-integrated technologies speciality at the Bohdan Khmelnytskyy National University of Cherkasy during 2017-2019 academic years. The impact of problem-based and project-based approaches to teaching STEM-disciplines on the formation of professional and general competencies of future engineers had been analyzed. The dynamics of changes of personal and interpersonal skills of junior students during the teamwork on mono- and multidisciplinary projects had been studied. The case study method was chosen as the general research method, which corresponds to the number of research participants and the active role of researchers in the educational process. The results of surveys developed using the 5-point Likert scale, demonstrates that students mostly positively evaluate the projects and teamwork. The possibility of self-grouping, which made possible to form teams based on common interests and promote freer and more natural communication within the team, was the important factor of positive perception of project work. The disadvantages of the implemented approaches include the difficulties that manifested itself at the stage of students' planning of the project process. One of the reasons for this is the lack of previous experience in the realization of students' team projects. The introduction of multidisciplinary projects made it possible to optimize the workload of students working simultaneously on a project in two disciplines and increase the motivation to study the disciplines of the STEM cycle.

The article describes the prerequisites for the creation and implementation of an inclusive educational environment in higher education settings in Ukraine. Contradictions have been identified between the legal framework governing higher education for students with special educational needs and the lack of appropriate physical and psychological conditions for the realization of the right to education, and the contradiction between the existence of a tendency to integrate the educational process and the need to individualize the educational process. It is determined that the state of development of inclusive education in Ukraine is characterized by insufficient development of both social and acmeological mechanisms of interaction of key figures of the educational process. The types of inclusive education implemented by higher education institutions are described. The experience of implementation of inclusive educational policy at Lviv Polytechnic National University and the University "Ukraine" is considered. The author's development of the model of acmeological interaction of participants of the inclusive process in the inclusive educational environment is presented, and the criteria and indicators of evaluation of the interaction of the participants of the inclusive process in the inclusive educational environment are explained. It was found that a serious obstacle to the introduction of inclusive higher education in Ukraine is the lack of financial capacity of universities: there is no equipped environment, there are no special programs aimed at such education. Conclusions are made regarding the importance of acmeological interaction of participants in the inclusive process in an inclusive educational environment, which is not only to improve the situation of students with special educational needs but also to create positive aspects of social development in general.
