This article analyzes the activities of children and youth organizations with a pronounced national pedagogical component. It is noted that the progressive development of these organizations acquired the features of consistency at the turn of the 20th century. Social movement in the student environment is associated with education in many educational institutions in Western Ukraine's school communities. With their help, Ukrainian literary circles, theatres, libraries were created, which, on the one hand, contributed to the youth’s self-education, on the other – reflected the people's pedagogical experience of teaching and upbringing of children accumulated over centuries; student societies often issued their periodicals. The ethnopedagogical component of the activities of created youth organizations and movements ("Sokil", "Sich", "Plast", "Lugh", Kamenyary”, "Dorist", etc.) is analyzed. People's pedagogical foundations of their activities expressed in moral and ethical principles, included, as a rule, the upbringing of a healthy body and spirit of the young generation of the Ukrainian nation, love for Ukraine, concern for the national honour, the development of a strong character, ability and aptitude for daily work and cohesion. The connection between the content of the activities of youth organizations and movements and the leading ethnopedagogical concepts is highlighted: Family (these public organizations declared and embodied the enduring value of the Ukrainian family as the most important unit of national education and the formation of a Ukrainian patriotic character), language (all youth societies of the late XIX - early decades of the 20th century were Ukrainian-speaking and considered the Ukrainian language as an indispensable basis for their nationally oriented activities), Faith (each of the youth organizations had representatives of Christian churches, most often - Greek Catholic), Society (each of such organization was itself a community, implemented a social model of functioning and management; the collective nature of decision-making provided youth organizations with wide popularity and respect among the Western Ukrainian national-conscious community).

The article substantiates the relevance and features of the formation of health-preserving competence of student youth as a priority area of public policy. Despite the scientists' active interest in the problem of developing the individual's health competence, in theory, and practice, this issue remains insufficiently studied. In particular, there is no common understanding of the essence of health competence, the process of its development. In this regard, the concept of «health competence» requires clarification and specification and analysis of the pedagogical conditions of its formation in student youth. Today, it is vital to introduce a systematic approach to maintaining public health by involving not only health but also education, culture, social work, etc. Statistics show an exacerbation of negative phenomena in Ukraine: the spread of drug addiction among young people, alcohol use, smoking, sexually transmitted diseases, early pregnancy. The problem of health and a healthy lifestyle has been exacerbated in the context of the current global pandemic. In the context of the importance and role of youth in the social structure of society, the study of the essence of youth problems, including health issues, becomes relevant. The author found that one of the most pressing problems of today is the formation of health-preserving competence of student youth, which involves the formation of a healthy lifestyle in the younger generation. Given the diverse scientific approaches to the problem in the study of the formation of health competence of students, youth has been considered as an integrative personality trait that ensures the organization of a healthy lifestyle in the physical, social and mental (spiritual) spheres of student youth as a separate socio-demographic group. Differs in the set of age and psychophysiological features, the level of health of which depends not only on the quality of their own lives but also the quality of the future professional activity.

The article considers the process of adaptation of young people in the labour market. It has been determined that the main adaptation barriers for young people in the modern Ukrainian labour market are: low competitiveness; lack of the majority of young people with the necessary knowledge and skills for self-determination in the labour market, career development, negotiating with employers on employment issues; inconsistency of the professional qualification structure of youth with the needs of the economy and the available vacancies; lack of a mechanism to ensure the relationship between the labour market and the market of educational services; backwardness of personnel policy of most organizations, focused mainly on achieving current results, rather than on long-term development. It is analyzed that the successful adaptation ends, as a rule, with stable employment, adoption of laws of the labour market functioning. Violations of young people's adaptation in the labour market can have serious consequences, the main of which are chronic unemployment of large groups of young people, negative impact on socio-psychological development of young people, frustration at work as a means of personal self-realization.

The article describes the prerequisites for the creation and implementation of an inclusive educational environment in higher education settings in Ukraine. Contradictions have been identified between the legal framework governing higher education for students with special educational needs and the lack of appropriate physical and psychological conditions for the realization of the right to education, and the contradiction between the existence of a tendency to integrate the educational process and the need to individualize the educational process. It is determined that the state of development of inclusive education in Ukraine is characterized by insufficient development of both social and acmeological mechanisms of interaction of key figures of the educational process. The types of inclusive education implemented by higher education institutions are described. The experience of implementation of inclusive educational policy at Lviv Polytechnic National University and the University "Ukraine" is considered. The author's development of the model of acmeological interaction of participants of the inclusive process in the inclusive educational environment is presented, and the criteria and indicators of evaluation of the interaction of the participants of the inclusive process in the inclusive educational environment are explained. It was found that a serious obstacle to the introduction of inclusive higher education in Ukraine is the lack of financial capacity of universities: there is no equipped environment, there are no special programs aimed at such education. Conclusions are made regarding the importance of acmeological interaction of participants in the inclusive process in an inclusive educational environment, which is not only to improve the situation of students with special educational needs but also to create positive aspects of social development in general.

The article considers the essence of the concepts «project», «design», «social project», «social design». Social design is considered a creative process of social reality led by a man. It has been specified that all kinds of social formations cannot be created and realized without a person, his/her initiative creative work, one of the results of which is social design.  The presence of social projects in society testifies to its maturity and deeper perception and understanding of reality, penetration into the society of the idea that everyone is responsible for the fate of their land, people and that it is impossible to build a comfortable life detached from what is happening around. Social projects are created by socially active, creative people for the development and progress of their country. Thus, the subject of social design can be both one person and a group of people (organizations, teams, social institutions, etc.). It is established that any social grouping is impossible to imagine without a person, his/her active public position and creative work, one of the results of which is social design. A creative person as a social being based on social connections and interactions changes the future for the better, creating micro-and macro-groups, associations, and later communities. Social design, despite the huge typology, originates from the awareness and development of innovations in social work. A promising area of further research in this aspect is the features of social design as an effective means of solving social problems in the context of the development of modern social work. It is noted that social design is aimed at all types of human activities, but only with an innovative view and a systematic creative approach is the possible optimal design of social phenomena and processes. The existing approaches to the classification of social projects are considered, the features of social projects are defined and generalized: goal setting, innovative, time, territorial, socially determined, social-institutional, resource, organizational, social-informational.
