The new shortly and low cost Regular Airlines Cargo & PAX directions via Arctic Cross Polar Air Transportation Routes of the future High Ecology Efficiency and Safety ICAO Strategy will be base on the more perspective for Trans Continental Airlines Operations by IATA International Law Regulations and World Climate Protect Law. Using the more shortly directions of Trans Polar Flight for Long-Haul Aircrafts (LHA) Routes by leader Airlines Sky Teams with Aeroflot are request to find new Geometrical Layout of Aircraft Design Industrial Projections & Products Lines. The increase in the dimension of LHA came into conflict with modern Airport Infrastructure and led to the search for alternative Arctic Planes & Dirigibles Options for constructively layout circuit solutions with protection of minimum weight and drag issues in order to deal with this contradiction. Computer Digital Aircraft Structural-Parametric Analysis of the influence of Aviation Infrastructure Constraints in the basing of LHA on the choice of alternative Design Options for Lift Fuselage Body or Flying-V layout was carried out.

The article analyses peculiarities and specific features of the use of alternative power and fuel capacities during its formation in the sphere of air transport land management. The following elements of the system for producing power-efficient resources comprises have been considered. It substantiates the necessity to involve the concepts of design and use of a modern power-efficient airport infrastructure and its connection with sound and efficient land management. The authors consider the experience of other countries and the perspectives of alternative power and fuel resources – the "green areas". Also It have been established that every new project of an airport or a reconstructed one, shall be focused on meeting the latest standards of minimization of the airport’s impact on the environment and on the reduction of climatic changes, connected with its infrastructure and activities. Within the studies of the experts in the sphere of the aviation industry, and the members of ICAO council, it have been considered the concept of development and use of a modern, power-efficient airport infrastructure. The authors have proposed a modification of the methodological calculation of resource conservation indicators by reducing fossil fuel emissions within the airport and surrounding areas.

Terrorist acts are typical threats that provoke a crisis of considerable size not only in the country but also in the countries or regions. Terrorist interest will always be aroused by elements of state infrastructure, which are defined as essential for the daily functioning of people and public administration. Airports serving people and providing fast transport of goods are of particular interest to modern terrorists. Terrorist attacks targeting the airport infrastructure can cause both their destruction and damage, as well as initiate breakdowns that result in not only huge material losses, but significant deaths and damage to a substantial number of people. As a consequence, they may cause insecurity, panic and abandon the use of services guaranteed by carriers and airports. Developing real and effective protection plans, based on the results of research and analysis and good practice - allows for effective protection of a key airport area and, in a crisis situation, to minimize costs resulting from an attack. The Crime Prevention Trough Environmental Design (CPTED) concept of prevention of crime by shaping space focuses on physical space as an important factor influencing criminal behavior. This space is connected in various ways with the criminal act. The theory of shaping safe spaces assumes that criminals make a rational choice of purpose, and their decisions are supported by an analysis of the conditions existing in a given space (risk analysis). Their choice applies to both the places they prefer as the crime scene and the areas they avoid. The aim of the article is to present elements of the CPTED concept, which may be adopted in the protection of airport infrastructure

An application of Bluetooth beacons is here proposed to perform real-time tracking of the locations and movements of airport staff through different monitored airport infrastructure elements, such as rooms, terminals or boarding gates. With respect to this, the aim is to provide an efficient location service of airport workers and users through an indoor tracking controller based on fuzzy logic. For this purpose, a mobile application and a Web service have been implemented. This location knowledge may be decisive while performing common airport procedures or managing airport resources, staff or emergency situations aiming at ensuring a short response time. Likewise, the proposed system integrates an operational module of coordination to facilitate the communications of users at the airport. Besides, particular attention has been paid to the security of communication between mobile devices and the Web service, both regarding secure authentication of users and protection of confidentiality of information exchanged between airport staff.
