Comparative Study Benefits of Straw Mushroom on Media Planting Straw and Media Planting Oil Plam Bunches (Case Study on Beuna Raseuki’s Farm) in Peujeurat Batoh Village Lueng Bata Sub-Districts Banda AcehAbstract. In an effort to increase production and meet market demand, the farmers should be able to get the media planting with good quality and able to utilize the planting medium well. Selection of planting medium is very influential on increasing production of mushroom. The purpose of this study is to see the amount of benefits obtained from the use of planting media empty palm bunches (TKKS) compared with the use of straw planting media. The research method used is case study method with qualitative analysis (descriptive) and financial analysis in the form of income analysis and hypothesis T test, quantitative. The result showed that R / C value on mushroom cultivation using straw planting medium on the fourth, fifth and sixth period 1, then the use of straw planting media is not recommended because it does not always provide benefits for mushroom cultivation. The use of planting media for empty palm fruit bunches (TKKS) for the cultivation of mushroom is highly recommended because the R / C value in each period 1. The statistical test results obtained are 6.72641 2.2281, then t search t table at a real level of 0.05. This shows that there is a significant difference between the income of mushroom cultivation using the empty palm oil bunches (TKKS) with the income of mushroom cultivation using straw media. So the use of planting media empty palm oil bunches is more profitable compared with the use of straw planting media.

Straw Mushroom (Volvariella volvaceae) as well asmushrooms edible otherhave been developed in Indonesia, including North Sumatra as a substitute for animal protein. Mushrooms or also known as button mushrooms are vegetables that are recognized to have high nutritional value, and are even believed to have medicinal properties for various types of diseases so that they have a fairly high selling value. Some studies report that in 100 grams of mushroom, only 0.17% fat is contained and even better, this fat is not bad fat. Seeing the high demand because of its nutritional value, and its rich content, its taste that is liked by many people, mushroom cultivation has a very promising market value. Basically until now the demand for mushroom continues to increase, but farmers have not been able to meet market needs. good quality start to be limited. Some farmers have started to switch to alternative planting media which is currently mostly practiced, namely oil palm pulp or empty palm oil bunches (TKKS). EFB is a waste that is very easy and is found mostly around palm oil processing factories, whose use has been limited so far as heating materials for boilers and particle wood, many empty bunches have not been utilized. This service aims to provide training in the form of mushroom cultivation using TKKS, as well as provide training in the form of post-harvest handling which is important given the lack of understanding of farmers in production and marketing activities.

Sorting of palm nuts from palm fruit cake, a byproduct obtained after palm oil has been extracted from the batch of digested palm fruit, is burdensome especially to small-scale entrepreneurs involved in palm oil processing business in Africa. This paper has triumphed over the perceived difficulties by using the knowledge of processing engineering to design pilot nut/fibre separator that can efficiently and speedily sort out nuts from nut/fibre mesh. Basic design considerations necessary to achieve reliability of the machine are discussed. Performance evaluation data from the machine obtained were related to its industrial correlate and, in particular, the van der Waerden Normal Scores test carried out inclined us to accept, at a p-value of 0.941, the null hypothesis of no significant difference in processing time between the pilot nut/fibre separator and its industrial counterpart.

Hemorrhagic shock patients require fluid resuscitation, but extra efforts should be made to provide 39 C fluids to avoid hypothermia. One of the media to maintain temperature is a thermos. The purpose of this research is to identify whether the flasks can keep 39-degree crystalloid fluids at 18 degrees Celsius. This study used a pre-experimental method, with One-Shot Case Study type, 12 bottles of crystalloid liquid was warmed to 39°C, then put into 2 rice flasks, and temperature changes were measured for 6 hours at AC temperature 18˚C. The study was conducted on 30 November 2019. The findings show that temperatures in 6 bottles of RL liquid decreased by 6.8 -7.4 C and in 6 bottles of NS 0.9% liquid decreased by 5.3 - 6.4 C. Statistical results using the Mann-Whitney p-value is 0,000. It was concluded that there was a significant difference between changes in temperature of lactate Ringer's fluid and normal saline 0,9%. A thermos can maintain a temperature of 39˚C for about 1 hour and can prevent hypothermia from reaching 36˚C for about 3 hours.

The territorial image is formed both purposefully by the subjects of image-making, and spontaneously-based on the influence of information content published in various media. The purpose of the research is to analyze the image of the Republic of Mordovia in the information space of the Volga Federal district. The image of the territory formed by external target audiences by means of news materials is studied using the method of case study and content analysis of publications: “Volga news”, “Federal Press” news of the PFD, “Pravda PFD”. The authors conclude that modern reality is perceived through the prism of the information field created by mass media. The media creates images filled with certain data, facts, colored by emotions, on the basis of which representations, opinions, judgments, and assessments are subsequently formed. The media play a significant role in shaping the territorial image, especially for external target audiences who are not familiar with the region and do not have their own assessment knowledge and experience. Most of the information content about the Republic in the studied media is related to the main thematic blocks: politics, economy, social sphere, culture (art, sports). Moreover, if in the publications “Volga news” and “Pravda PFD” mention of the region prevails in the economic block, then in the publications “Federal Press” and “Nezavisimaya Gazeta” - in the political one. The Volga news publication significantly dominates the rest in terms of the number of publications about Mordovia. The content of publications is mostly positive and neutral related to the issues of economic development of the territory and the preparation and holding of the world football championship. Pravda PFD mentions the Republic in the context of news from neighboring territories, most of the publications date back to 2018, but here the context is related to the Republic's positions among the regions of the PFD in various ratings. The publication “Federal-Press” forms a generally reflective image of the territory, focusing on the negative aspects of regional life. “Nezavisimaya Gazeta”, giving priority to political news, maintains a neutral and reflective context of publications, paying attention to the key problems of the territory. Thus, the desired image of the region is counter-dictated to the image broadcast by the media through various information channels, so it is necessary to constantly monitor the information space and timely correction of the broadcast materials.

This article examines how freedom of speech is framed in the media controversy surrounding the Australian rugby player Israel Folau’s April 2019 Instagram post. A content analysis and framing analysis of newspaper reportage reveals that the controversy has been largely discussed in terms of whether or not Folau’s speech was being curtailed and whether this curtailing indicates a broader, ideologically motivated censoriousness. This discussion is problematic in that it says little about the actual substance of Folau’s post. This article argues that debates surrounding freedom of speech such as the one involving Folau could and should be enriched by an engagement with ethical principles. This engagement is premised on a commitment to the free exchange of views, while acknowledging that ‘speech’ is not always inherently beneficial for democracy, nor worth defending.
