Students’ experiences in doing clinical learning are a challenge in themselves where studnets interact directly with patients and face the changes that occur. Students are prepared in various aspects to deal with learning in clinics where students contact with patients. The phenomenon that occurs is students are not confident to practice and learn cases in clinic, fear of the tasks and responsibilities given. The purpose of this study is to describe of nursing student readiness when practice in clinical setting at the Nursing Institution in Jakarta. This research method is a quantitative method with a correlative design with 219 samples (nursing students). The measuring instrument used in this study is by using the CLES questionnaire, motivation and anxiety faced by students. The results showed that the RMSEA value is 0.000, which means that the fit of the model is good or good fit and 90% internal confidence, and there is an influence from the environment (p value 0,000), motivation (p value 0,000) and anxiety factors (p value 0,000) to the readiness students doing clinical learning. Therefore, to get good service quality in nursing education, collaboration between health care and education is very important to create a conducive environment for students to conduct clinical learning.

Preeclampsia is a multisystem complication that occurs after 20 weeks of gestation. In recent years there has been no significant decrease in the incidence of preeclampsia, even in developed countries it is still the main cause of maternal and fetal morbidity and mortality. This study aims to analyze differences in individual characteristics, lifestyle (physical activity), nutritional status and diet in pregnant women with a history of preeclampsia. This research design is descriptive analytic with cross sectional approach. Samples were obtained from 55 pregnant women with consecutive sampling who met the inclusion criteria. Data analysis used chi-square test and spearman correlation test. The results showed a relationship between physical activity with systolic blood pressure (p value 0.001, r = 0.449) and diastolic (p value 0.43, r = 0.273), there was also a relationship between diet and risk factors for preeclampsia through blood pressure measurements as evidenced by increase in blood pressure (p value 0.000) in pregnant women in the working area of Puskesmas Kedungkandang Malang. The results of this study are expected to be used as a reference in intervening pregnant women at risk of preeclampsia, so that the disease does not develop more severely so that it does not endanger the lives of the mother and the fetus she is carrying

Fluid resuscitation with 39ᵒC is one of the main therapies for hypovolemic (hemorrhagic) shock patients to prevent complications. In this time, we already have tools to keep the fluid warm, but not all health services have these tools. To find out the effectiveness of using woolen cloth against the temperature of Ringer Lactate 39°C crystalloid fluid at room temperature 18°C. This study used a pre-experimental method, with a static group comparison approach, with 4 Ringer Lactate liquid samples divided into 2 groups, namely groups using wool cloth and those not using woolen cloth. Data collected through observation sheets. Data analyzed using the Mann Whitney test. With this p value (0.00001) <α (0.05), it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the use of woolen cloth and those that do not use woolen cloth. The woolen cloth is effective to slow down the decrease in temperature of the crystalloid liquid Ringer Lactate 39ᵒC at room temperature 18ᵒC. The difference in temperature changes in the Ringer Lactate crystalloid fluid is influenced by several things including humidity, ambient temperature, and additional material used.

Physiological changes in pregnant women have an impact on reducing the hemoglobin (Hb) level so that they can experience anemia. Anemia in pregnant women is still a high case and be one of the factors of low birth weight (LBW). Iron (Fe) is consumed routinely is thought to help reduce the risk of anemia, but it's still not known yet between the relation of Fe consumed to LBW incidents. Data were taken by cross sectional as many as 150 samples of pregnant women. The results obtained that 56% of pregnant women had anemia. After Fe therapy doses 60-120 mg/day, Hb levels increased by 0.3 g/dL. Although there were significant differences before and after Fe therapy in pregnant women with anemia, about 74% of pregnant women still had experience anemia despite Fe therapy. Provision of Fe therapy for pregnant women either with a dose of 60-120 mg/day, had not been effective enough in increasing Hb levels. LBW cases were also found in this study, which is around 9.3%. Pregnant women with anemia have a higher risk of LBW. This indicates that offering Fe to pregnant women has not been effective.

One hundred thirty-two respondents had agreed to participate in this study. The results show that most mothers who choose non-exclusive breastfeeding had received insufficient support. There was a significant and strong correlation between grandmother's support and breastfeeding behavior (p-value = 0.000; r = 0.831), which means that the better the grandmother's support, the better exclusive breastfeeding behavior primiparous working mothers. All the support indicators were sufficient categories. The assessment support was the highest correlation to non-exclusive breastfeeding (r = 0.649). The conclusion is grandmother's support has a significant role in the success of exclusive breastfeeding for working mothers, so breastfeeding assistance by health workers should focus on mothers and families, especially grandmothers.

Several conditions that stimulate poor sleep quality in the elderly come from high blood pressure which causes sleep disturbances, thereby changing several sleep components such as short sleep duration less than 6 hours, sleep latency 15-30 minutes, decreased sleep efficiency below 85%, and activity dysfunction in daytime. Future research is expected to be able to modify sleep quality measuring instruments that are specifically used to measure the quality of sleep for people with hypertension.

The long-term treatment that a hypertensive patient has to undergo has resulted in the patient becoming non-adherent. Patients accidentally not taking medication is one of the causes of non-adherence. A method for preventing non-compliance due to forgetting to take medication is important. The AIMOHit application which means "Let's Remember to Take Hypertension Medication" is designed to support hypertensive patients to be compliant in taking medication. This study aims to identify the effect of AIMOHit application on adherence to taking medication for hypertensive patients in the Janti Health Center, Malang City. A total of 52 hypertensive patients were willing to be the sample in this study. The instrument used was the AIMOHit application on the Android smartphone for the treatment group and the checklist for the control group. It is known that the adherence statistical test showed that the average adherence to taking medication in the treatment group was higher (32.17) than the control group (20.83). Meanwhile, the Mann Whitney test results obtained p value = 0.000 (<0.05). The conclusion is that there is a significant effect of AIMOHit application on compliance with taking medication for hypertension sufferers in the Janti Health Center, Malang City.
