<p>Researchers say that in recent years, driven by economic development, China’s construction engineering industry has developed vigorously. In this process, with the emergence of a large number of construction projects, the attention of all sectors of society to the quality of construction projects has been continuously improved. To solve this problem, as the main designer and builder of the project, the construction enterprises should actively analyze and explore the construction and design work according to the actual situation of the project, so as to effectively improve the comprehensive ability of their own engineering buildings and lay a foundation for further improvement and optimization of the engineering quality. In this study, the researchers explored and thought about the main problems existing in the design and construction of architectural engineering in China. In the process, the researchers put forward corresponding optimization countermeasures for related problems with their own professional knowledge, aiming at further improving and optimizing the comprehensive quality of architectural engineering.</p>

With the rapid development of China's overall economy, the construction engineering industry is gradually improving. Architectural engineering is an important environment for people to live, and its quality and safety are directly related to people's life and property. The most important part of the construction project is the mechanical and electrical installation, to realize the cost control of the project is the key point of the project. This article mainly explains the mechanical and electrical installation engineering in building engineering, and introduces the installation and construction technology in mechanical and electrical installation engineering in detail, and analyzes the control difficulties. It provides an important reference for the management of mechanical and electrical installation technology in the future.

AbstractThe collapse of the Soviet Union was the cause of a significant decline in many economies of the newly created countries. However, many of them, including the Ukrainian economy, are slowly recovering. One of the largest branches of the economy in this country is construction, which, despite political turmoil, is constantly growing, especially in the private real estate development sector. Despite the fact that the construction market is constantly developing, it is limited by the costs of rework and alterations resulting from many reasons. The key negative effects of modifications to the results of the project are exceeding the budget and time of project implementation, dissatisfaction with the project team, violation of contractual requirements and lowering the quality of the final product. Therefore, the purpose of this article was to determine the reasons for the emergence of rework in the in Ukraine by analyzing the results of surveys conducted among construction enterprises.

In order to ensure the quality of the construction, the government played a very important role in the process of project supervision management. Based on the analysis of the Chinese present construction engineering quality supervisions, managements and controls, this paper gave some optimized measures. By studying the overall objectives, the implementation strategies, the function modules, the plans of implementation of the Quality Supervision Management Information System of Changchun, the conclusion was drawn: the quality supervision management information system could help the government quality supervision department improve the quality of the construction projects and the office efficiency. Further more, the quality management information analysis in the thesis could also be a reference for the architecture engineering quality supervisory organ.

Nowadays, the scope of bridge construction projects in China is becoming wider, which promotes China’s economic development to a large extent and also improves China’s transportation system. Meanwhile, people also put forward new requirements for the quality of steel structure bridges. However, in actual design, due to the influence of many factors, some problems are inevitable, which will affect the integrity of the design. Therefore, the designer needs to fully grasp the possible design problems, and then take effective measures to improve the integrity of the design scheme, so as to ensure the quality of the steel structure bridge and improves the safety of the steel structure bridge from the fundamentals. This paper mainly focuses on steel structure bridges, analyzed the current status of steel structure bridge types and their selection, and proposes the integrity design strategy of steel structure bridges.

<p>Bored piles involve making pile holes in the site needing pile by mechanical drilling methods and other methods, then placing the pile made of reinforcing cage and pouring concrete inside the holes. Bored piles have smaller vibration and noise compared to sinking pile by hammer method, and are suitable for all kinds of foundations, thus getting the favour of construction enterprises in recent years and is widely used in construction engineering. However, during the process of borehole piling, the bearing capacity of the pile was severely affected by the quality of construction and it is difficult to control the quality of concrete. Hence, bored pile technology is very important. This study will mainly discuss bored pile technology in building construction.</p>

The quality control during construction phase of building projects plays a decisive role in project quality. This paper, via analyzing the relation between PCI and failure rate and combining the special characteristics of construction projects, comes up with PCI model feasible to evaluate the inspection of construction projects. The model in this paper can quantitatively measure the grade of work procedure quality of the ongoing construction projects in a way to find and correct the quality problems during construction stage for construction enterprises with the aim to enhance construction technique and management as well as capabilities in other areas and finally it can increase the overall construction quality and enhance enterprise competitiveness.
