In recent years, scholars have found content-based image recovery to be a particularly interesting and exciting field. This field develops quick image recovery algorithms that are very similar to pictures from various data sources. There is currently a lot of space and sources for data storage. Finally, once data sources are obtained, there is just competition for the exact and best result. The result is filtered using the heuristic correlation based on the above features of the photographs. The overall matching scores are calculated by adding all these individual feature ratings. The recommended method will be used to retrieve all images containing the content of the query image. The scores will be used to rate the match. The results of the combined method simulation demonstrate that the strategy is successful. This proposed model will improve the accuracy of search results. This research model, like the other metadata models on the web, is interactive and familiar for searching pictures from huge databases and data sources. This model also has a number of handy features built in to improve precision and efficiency. Although there are a few little mysteries in this model, they must be answered subsequently.

In diverse computer applications, the analysis of image content plays a key role. This image content might be either textual (like text appearing in the images) or visual (like shape, color, texture). These two image contents consist of image’s basic features and therefore turn out to be as the major advantage for any of the implementation. Many of the art models are based on the visual search or annotated text for Content-Based Image Retrieval (CBIR) models. There is more demand toward multitasking, a new method needs to be introduced with the combination of both textual and visual features. This paper plans to develop the intelligent CBIR system for the collection of different benchmark texture datasets. Here, a new descriptor named Information Oriented Angle-based Local Tri-directional Weber Patterns (IOA-LTriWPs) is adopted. The pattern is operated not only based on tri-direction and eight neighborhood pixels but also based on four angles [Formula: see text], [Formula: see text], [Formula: see text], and [Formula: see text]. Once the patterns concerning tri-direction, eight neighborhood pixels, and four angles are taken, the best patterns are selected based on maximum mutual information. Moreover, the histogram computation of the patterns provides the final feature vector, from which the new weighted feature extraction is performed. As a new contribution, the novel weight function is optimized by the Improved MVO on random basis (IMVO-RB), in such a way that the precision and recall of the retrieved image is high. Further, the proposed model has used the logarithmic similarity called Mean Square Logarithmic Error (MSLE) between the features of the query image and trained images for retrieving the concerned images. The analyses on diverse texture image datasets have validated the accuracy and efficiency of the developed pattern over existing.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to measure the impact of open government data (OGD) on citizen empowerment. Design/methodology/approach This study advances the body of knowledge on OGD by proposing an integrated research model based on transparency, accountability, participation and collaboration dimensions. The research model was empirically tested using 275 responses using the on-paper survey from the university students and professionals in Bangladesh. Data were analyzed using the structured equation modeling technique. Findings Findings revealed that transparency and participation have a positive and significant direct and indirect influence on citizen empowerment through accountability and collaboration. Overall, the four basic pillars of OGD such as transparency, participation, accountability and collaboration interrelated with each other and have the impact on citizen empowerment. Research limitations/implications This study has proposed an instrument that sums the dimensions of open government, which avoids tautology and redundancy among OGD dimensions. More research should be done to validate the proposed model and the instruments used in this study. Practical implications For the researchers, this study provides a basis for further refinement of individual models of empowerment. For practitioners, understanding the key constructs is crucial to design, refine and implement OGD systems and applications that empower citizens, create public values and strengthen the democratic process. Originality/value This research is the first step that empirically investigates the impact of OGD on citizen empowerment which is the ultimate goals of any democratic government.

The main goal of any data storage model on the cloud is accessing data in an easy way without risking its security. A security consideration is a major aspect in any cloud data storage model to provide safety and efficiency. In this paper, we propose a secure data protection model over the cloud. The proposed model presents a solution to some security issues of cloud such as data protection from any violations and protection from a fake authorized identity user, which adversely affects the security of the cloud. This paper includes multiple issues and challenges with cloud computing that impairs security and privacy of data. It presents the threats and attacks that affect data residing in the cloud. Our proposed model provides the benefits and effectiveness of security in cloud computing such as enhancement of the encryption of data in the cloud. It provides security and scalability of data sharing for users on the cloud computing. Our model achieves the security functions over cloud computing such as identification and authentication, authorization, and encryption. Also, this model protects the system from any fake data owner who enters malicious information that may destroy the main goal of cloud services. We develop the one-time password (OTP) as a logging technique and uploading technique to protect users and data owners from any fake unauthorized access to the cloud. We implement our model using a simulation of the model called Next Generation Secure Cloud Server (NG-Cloud). These results increase the security protection techniques for end user and data owner from fake user and fake data owner in the cloud.

ABSTRACTLeaders are widely exhorted to employ visions, yet surprisingly little research has been conducted on what constitutes an “effective” vision. A research model is proposed for investigating relationships between vision components, and business unit performance as measured by employee and customer satisfaction. The model, expressed both graphically and as three propositions, proposes that vision attributes of brevity, clarity, abstractness, challenge, future orientation, stability, and desirability, plus vision content relating to employee and customer satisfaction, can directly affect performance. However, the model also predicts indirect effects on performance mediated by six realization factors and two intervening variables.

The way of learning and teaching has been improved and the term of learning is developed. Generally, many researchers try to identify the important factors that affect the usage of multimedia in teaching and learning. However, there are few studies in this area specifically in Kuwait. Therefore, this study comes to fill this gab and identify the factors that influence the usage of multimedia technologies in teaching English language in Kuwait. Consequently, a research model is developed. To evaluate the proposed model, questionnaire is developed and the empirical data is collected and analyzed. The results reveal that there are seven factors that have an impact in using multimedia in teaching English subject, which are: facilitation, motivation, performance, behavioral, social, pedagogical, and effort factors. Moreover, the study proves that instructors have positive perceptions of multimedia technologies, but still need more supplements and supports.

Despite the huge growth potential that has been predicted for purchase intention toward paid apps and the mobile game market, little is known about what motivates game players to make such purchases. The purpose of this article is to build a research model based on the satisfaction literature and studies of value theory to identify the antecedents of paid app purchase intention in the context of mobile games. The proposed model was empirically tested and uses data from 310 players of different games groups. Multiple regression, Process Macro, and moderation regression were used to measure the research model. The results tell that satisfaction to the mobile game has a significant influence on a player's intention to make paid app purchase. The perceived values of the game have a direct influence on the satisfaction of all players but appear to have relatively moderation impact of price have significant negative impact on the purchase intentions of players. Specifically, our study revealed a high price decrease the purchase intention of a satisfied player.

G-quadruplexes are four stranded nucleic acid structures formed around a core of guanines, arranged in squares with mutual hydrogen bonding. Many of these structures are highly thermally stable, especially in the presence of monovalent cations, such as those found under physiological conditions. Understanding of their physiological roles is expanding rapidly, and they have been implicated in regulating gene transcription and translation among other functions. We have built a community-focused website to act as a repository for the information that is now being developed. At its core, this site has a detailed database (QuadDB) of predicted G-quadruplexes in the human and other genomes, together with the predictive algorithm used to identify them. We also provide a QuadPredict server, which predicts thermal stability and acts as a repository for experimental data from all researchers. There are also a number of other data sources with computational predictions. We anticipate that the wide availability of this information will be of use both to researchers already active in this exciting field and to those who wish to investigate a particular gene hypothesis.
