A comparative study of serum fractions associated oxyproline underwent various periods of hydrolysis. Its duration depends on the completeness of splitting associated and consequently the accuracy of its content in the blood serum. The studies were conducted on children diagnosed with juvenile idiopathic arthritis. Depending on the performance OP also noted the state of bone tissue in children when they are sick.

Aim of the study. An actual problem of the modern approach to the management of patients in the post-traumatic period with the aim of predicting, preventing and treating complications of post-traumatic pneumonia is the assessment of the dynamics of the cytokine profile in this period.Material and methods. Investigations were carried out at the time of hospitalization prior medical interventions. During the research the following methods were used: clinical, physical, instrumental, follow-up, radiation (MRI, CT, X-Ray), endoscopic, laboratory. Blood was taken from the peripheral vein on the first, third, fifth, seventh and ninth day of hospitalization to determine the interlikin profile. The definition of Proinflammatory cytokines: IL-1, IL-6 and IL-10 in the blood serum performed by ELISA on the immunofermental analyzer Abbott AXSYM using standard kits ProCon (“Protein contour”, St. Petersburg, Russia). Data were processed statistically using Student’s t-test.Results. Analysis of the results of determination of IL-1 in the serum of patients DK showed that in all stages of the disease, in addition to IV, the contents of this cytokine exceeded the control values in varying degrees of severity. While the levels of IL-1 in the serum of patients with the 1ststage of the disease was 4.0 times; stage 2–3.4 times; the third stage is 1.5 times higher than normal. And only in patients with very severe stage of pneumonia contents IL-1 did not differ from the norm. A similar picture was observed when determining the serum content of patients with a very severe stage of pneumonia, and only in contrast to the level of IL-1 in patients with a very severe stage of pneumonia, the IL-6 content remained significantly higher than normal. So, the content of IL-10 in patients with a very severe stage of pneumonia of stage I, II, III and IV of the disease averaged 330.7±24.5, respectively; 210.5±17.3; 123.4±15.3 and 98.5±12.7 pg/ml (in all cases p<0.05). CONCLUSION The results obtained in a comparative study of contents of proinflammatory cytokines (IL-1, IL-6 and TNF-a) in the blood serum showed that the determination of the spectrum of cytokines in peripheral blood, in our opinion, is the most perspective and can be a key marker for early detection of inflammation. Key words: post-traumatic pneumonii, interlikin profile, peripheral blood serum>˂0.05).Conclusion. The results obtained in a comparative study of contents of proinflammatory cytokines (IL-1, IL-6 and TNF-a) in the blood serum showed that the determination of the spectrum of cytokines in peripheral blood, in our opinion, is the most perspective and can be a key marker for early detection of inflammation.

: Quantitative determination of pyridostigmine bromide in the presence of its two related substances; impurity A and impurity B was considered as a case study to construct the comparison. Introduction: Novel manipulations of the well-known classical least squares multivariate calibration model were explained in detail as a comparative analytical study in this research work. In addition to the application of plain classical least squares model, two preprocessing steps were tried, where prior to modeling with classical least squares, first derivatization and orthogonal projection to latent structures were applied to produce two novel manipulations of the classical least square-based model. Moreover, spectral residual augmented classical least squares model is included in the present comparative study. Methods: 3 factor 4 level design was implemented constructing a training set of 16 mixtures with different concentrations of the studied components. To investigate the predictive ability of the studied models; a test set consisting of 9 mixtures was constructed. Results: The key performance indicator of this comparative study was the root mean square error of prediction for the independent test set mixtures, where it was found 1.367 when classical least squares applied with no preprocessing method, 1.352 when first derivative data was implemented, 0.2100 when orthogonal projection to latent structures preprocessing method was applied and 0.2747 when spectral residual augmented classical least squares was performed. Conclusion: Coupling of classical least squares model with orthogonal projection to latent structures preprocessing method produced significant improvement of the predictive ability of it.

A polarographic study of the hydrolysis of [8-lysine]vasopressin and some hormonogens of the vasopressin series with the blood serum of women in the last week of pregnancy was studied. The dependence of hydrolysis on pH (pH optimum: 7.4-7.50, substrate concentration (Km 1.2 . 10-5M), pH stability and thermal stability were determined. The rate of hydrolysis of individual vasopressin analogues decreases in the order: [8-lysine]vasopressin > Nα-glycyl-prolyl[8-lysine]-vasopressin > Nα-leucyl-[8-lysine]vasopressin > Nα-alanyl-[8-lysine]vasopressin > Nα-phenyl alanyl-[8-lysine]vasopressin > Nα-diglycyl-[8-lysine]vasopressin > Nα-prolyl-[8-lysine]vasopressin > Nα-triglycyl-[8-lysine]vasopressin > Nα-sarcosyl-glycyl-[8-lysine]vasopressin. The degree of hydrolysis gradually increases to a multiple with the length of the pregnancy in consequence of the presence of oxytocine. However, vasopressin is also hydrolysed to a small extent with the enzymes from the blood sera of non-pregnant women. Under similar analytical conditions oxytocin was not hydrolysed with the sera of non-pregnant women and therefore oxytocin is a more suitable substrate than vasopressin for polarographic determination of serum oxytocinase.

Immigration should be discussed within the context of the city rather than the state because cities are now quite autonomous political entities and because nearly all immigrants settle in cities. Hence the meeting between locals and immigrants take place in the context of urban life rather than as citizens of the state. The book’s three questions are presented: should cities be in charge of deciding whether to allow immigrants to settle in the city? If yes, what local political rights should be granted to immigrants? And is there a model of integration which is superior to other models? The latter involved a comparative study of three such models, in Amsterdam, Berlin, and Jerusalem.
